Agritech Turf Maintenance Inc in Freehold

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I contacted them as they advised to seed this fall (they don’t seed in the spring) and they told me to find someone else to do the job. I was ready to sign a contract. It’s so odd, but after this interaction I’d suggest you find another place to do your work. I would not trust them to communicate professionally with you.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - They put me on collections for something I paid, better said they paid themselves with my credit card on file!!!! They PAID THEMSELVES OUT OF MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT MY APPROVAL FOR STUFF THEY DIDN'T DO ON MY PROPERTY!!!! THEY DID NOT STEP FOOT ON MY LAWN AND CHARGED ME HUNDREDS USING MY CREDIT CARD

Our lawn never looked worse than when Agritech was maintaining it. I found their service to be unreliable and rude. We have two dogs and young children so we asked to be notified at least 24 hours in advance so we could make arrangements for dogs and children to stay off lawn the day of service. This request was repeatedly ignored...I'd find them spraying lawn with my dogs outside...once I witnessed a tech being impatient and mean to my 12 year old three legged dog because he did not move out of the way quick enough. I should have fired them on the spot but my landscaper had a contract with them and persuaded me to give them another chance. I should have listened to my instinct and got rid of them for their incompetence and for treating my dog like that. On the bright side, we have a new landscaper and a new lawn care company. My recommendation is look for a different company that will respect your property.

I tried to maintain grass on my own last five years, finally gave up. Called several companies to order the services. They refused because of my steep front yard landscape. Agritech was the only one that agreed to come and take care of my lawn. Best decision.

I’ve been using Agritech for a few years now. They do an excellent job. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

We have been clients of Agritech since 2003. When we decided to go with them our lawn was a diseased disaster. In one season, they turned our lawn from dead to envy of the neighborhood. The grass is a deep dark green and with weekly lawn maintenance and watering, it now looks like a putting green. There are cheaper solutions to Agritech and more well know solutions to Agritech but NONE come close to the quality of Agritech! The best in the business!
