I can honestly say that Spring Green is the best lawn service we’ve ever had. Never before has our lawn looked the way it does now. I love the feedback I get on their service statements, telling us exactly what needs to be addressed. I have never experienced that with any of my previous lawn care providers. Communication with them is prompt and I can count on my concerns being addressed in a timely manner. Would highly recommend Spring Green to anyone.

I started using their services fall of 2020. I was looking for a company to help with all of the weeds I had in my yard. It was really bad! Fast forward a year later and a half later, lawn is looking much better and healthier. It still work in progress but please with the results thus far. What I like about this company is how professional they are. Their communication is excellent. Always keep me inform before the service. They are always on time. If you are looking for someone to help you with a weed issue in your yard , given them a try. You won’t be dissatisfied. They sure helped my distressed lawn get a life!
I'm very happy with my lawn's appearance with service by Spring-Green. Excellent communication from the office staff and my technician advises me regularly concerning my lawn's care. The power slit seeding he recommended made a big difference. I will use Spring-Green again next year.
This company, and Warren specifically, has delivered remarkable results to our lawn. Our grass was a barren wasteland with many many weeds and now in the short span of one season, the grass looks like grass found on a fairway at a golf course, without having to spend Country Club like money on the services provided by Spring-Green Lawn Care. Warren is a true professional, super friendly and knowledgable in his field of expertise. Whenever I may have a question, he answers the question fully and listens to understand. The office staff are amazing as well for any questions I may have as it relates to billing, which they have been few, or questions about scheduling of treatments to our lawn. If I could give a rating higher than five stars, I would do so.
Needless to say my experience with this company was very good. However, the last few months of service was horrendous, especially the month of September. If I could rate them a zero I would. I canceled aeration service for this month due to other work that needed to be done from the removal of a tree. Thus, someone showed up without notifying me they were coming to do anything. When I got home I saw their flag in my yard and no invoice of services. So, I just let it go until I received the bottom half of an invoice for services rendered. I called them to ask what service did they perform because it appeared nothing was done to warrant a payment. The receptionist had someone contact via email which was someone name Warren. I assume he was the one who came to my home and put the flag down. He informed me they put down fertilizer. I told him it looked as if nothing was done because I saw no remnants of fertilizer, tire marks from the spreader or invoice, just a flag. For some reason he apologized for putting down one flag because they ran out (which had nothing to do with my complaint). He informed me that Spring Green would be in the area the next day and would apply more fertilizer which they would not be held reliable for damages to the grass. Well, when I got home they put down six Spring Green flags and a dust pan full of fertilizer on my driveway, sidewalks and patio. It was if they took the spreader and released it on my driveway. Needless to say I replied back at this foolishness, fired them and they are not to step foot on my property again. Total dissatisfied with this company.
We were contacted in early Spring about utilizing their service. I scheduled an appointment for treatment of out lawn. They did not initially show up. I initially called to cancel, but I was convinced by the call center/answering service to give them a chance to service our property. During that call (Thursday) I told their call center that unless they called me that upcoming Monday, I wanted to cancel. The call center assured me that they would inform them of my concern and agreed to my request. Spring-Green didn't return my call. Approximately that Monday/Tuesday they showed up and applied the treatment. The treatment was very effective in killing the dandelions. I have no complaints about the efficacy of their treatment, it's very effective. I take issue with the communication piece, or lack thereof. They have no problem contacting you regarding inquiries such as soil analysis (a paid service) but the issue I have is regarding the customer service. It is obvious to me that either the call center was shining me on, or the company is. To be clear, I have no problem with the service itself, as previously stated is very effective. I am have paid them and have canceled the service.

The grass is really looking great this Spring/Summer (cant do much about the lack of rain). As I say, its a process, but its starting to show dividends. Im very pleased.

warren made a great first impression and seemed very knowledgeable. used spring green for one season only since did not see much improvement in my yard. asked them to come out and take and look, had a hard time getting them out during the season. staff they sent out to do aeration and seeding did not do the complete yard. had a hard time getting them back out to complete the yard. unfortunately, the result of the aeration and seeding was none. no new grass growth at all. bitter pill to pay $$$ for aeration and seeding and to see no results.
Warren is the only reason we are happy with our service. He makes sure to address any concerns we have and is a delight to work with.

I normally do not comment on social media but make an exception in this case. We had the slit and seed service this fall but I was not at home when the service was completed. I had several questions and concerns and called Warren to address them. Warren and his crew came back to the house, explained what was done, and addressed all my concerns. I was particularly impressed because Warren took the time to explain and demonstrate the proper technique of spot seeding with peat moss to a relatively new employee. This will make his team more effective and efficient in the future. Thank you, Warren.

Overrall happy with the service. The one area I am not satified with is quality control. It seems someone shows up, works for 15 minutes or so and leaves. There is never any follow up to see how the yard is progressing. I still have bare spots that would be nice to have addressed.

I have cancelled my service for next year, after 2 years. - The weeds are under better control. - However, I had a bad experience with the aeration and then horrible follow-up and attempted communication. Then asking for Barry s email to discuss, I was ghosted. I would have shared this feedback with Barry, but there was no way to and I can t get past the local service manager, who won t respond to me. Again, I ve cancelled for next year (since I didn t receive an acknowledgment when I mailed that in regarding next year and I continue to be asked to comment).

I have had Spring Green for a couple years now. At first very good. I don t know what happened but this year has been terrible! I was offered extra services and paid for them online. The services were done and then they leave a bill, but as I said it was paid online. Contact them to address the situation and was told they would look into it. A few weeks later I get an e mail stating that they couldn t find where it was paid online and they were halting my service and to forward any proof that it was paid online. I did forward from my credit card statement where it was paid. No response what so ever! Terrible customer service. Oh and I forgot to mention this was the second time this has happened saying they couldn t find proof of payment and tried to bill me again..
After 1.5 years finally fired them. The first season was good, this season has been horrendous. The spring assesment indicated an additional treatment was needed. I called to get further explanations, no answer, EVER! I left voice messages, no replies! Needless to say the year of money invested was wasted, the lawn is completely brown ( could it have been their plan?). My advice is to stay away from this so called lawn service, as the word service is not in their vocabulary. Your response indicated an email address, that came back undeliverable... the franchises learn from corporate
Seem to know what they are doing, but very bad service. Do not get done in a timely manor or even call back.
