Ben and the Sorenson team have down a phenomenal job of installing hard scape in our homes backyard. 11/12/24 update: crew came back out and made the job whole. Top notch customer service. Appreciate the effort to maintain their level of service offered to their customers. Aeration does not appear to be done to full depth. Job appears to have been rushed as topsoil/compost (appears to be mulch vs compost) spreading is uneven and light in some areas of the yard. Expected better as seen from previous years of neighbors lawns done by Sorenson.

Sorensen Outdoor Services has transformed our yard from a basic yard with problems (water, weeds and different grasses) to a place where our family enjoys to play and relax. These guys are worth every cent. There were plenty of people and equipment to make the job short work. They did everything we asked them to do, including different seed and straw matting (we had issues with snakes getting caught in the netting that usually is used) and did it quickly. Jack has been taking care of my lawn for over a year. He s has been so professional explaining what he is doing each step of the way. We contacted Sorensen Outdoor Services to give guidance and quote us on our backyard project that consisted of a few landscaping projects. They ended up connecting all of the gutters from the back of the house and made one pipe outside of our backyard. We have seen such a huge Improvement in not having water collection. They also created a beautiful stepping walk way off our deck with XL pavers, river rock, and curb stone to capture the landscaping together! Finally added 5 dwarf hydrangea and cant wait for them to bloom. This was such a large project that we could not have done on our own and Ben, Chris and the crew were so great at this task even in a tight space like a townhouse community. Ben and his team was always responsive and aware of payments needed and time-line. Highly recommend!

I use their 10-step lawn treatment plan and the annual aeration and compost services and been really pleased with the quality of my lawn. They also landscaped my backyard and small area of front yard. Had one of the bushes die but they replaced it at no charge. Easy to work with and good customer service. Highly recommend.

I have used many lawn care companies over the years. With Sorenson I have finally found one that does the work better than I can do it. In just a few treatments, all my lawn weeds were gone and the grass looks great. Even problem bare spots are filling in.

This is my second year of using their service. Excellent service. Reduced weeds about 98% - I mean absolutely NO weeds end of first and second year - AMAZING. Couldnt believe it because for years I use to grow a little grass with my weeds even though I put down bags of Lowes stuff over and over again - and Im 78 now!!! First year I used seeding service on very large lawn, front and back and the results were spectacular with a huge team laying seed and mulch. Dont get me wrong, none of the companies are cheap, but it beats you laying fertilizer and spraying yourself and these guys are in and out before you know it! I dont regret doing it. Sorensen even caught the yellow patch disease our grasses suffered at the end of winter and offered an addition treatment at a small cost which controlled that disease!!! Nice catch guys cause my grasses were turning yellow at the time when they emailed me about what was happening in our area! I use the 10 step lawn program! Try it for a year. Remember, you can stop anytime in the year if not satisfied!

Weve used Sorensen for a few years now and prior to contracting with them our lawn was not thriving. They came in and did a soil test to determine what was best for our lawn. I would highly recommend using Sorensen to take the guessing game out of having a beautiful lawn.
