Many lawn machines received yearly service by Showcase Lawns by Firefly. In the spring I will pull the cords and they will fire up without delay. All blades were sharpened. All lawnmowers were cleaned. Excellent maintenance for a good price. I have received yearly service from Firefly for many years. I could not do the work myself for a cheaper price. There is real value in the many products used to keep my yard healthy without weeds and insects. I will continue to use this company until they retire. My yard is beautiful every year.

Unfortunately, the aeration cut my internet cable. Not intentional, just had to get it repaired. Otherwise I love Firefly.

**** Update*** Company admitted. Sent refund check and it cleared. Looks like they are making a concerted effort to do the right things...... Prepaid for lawn service. On 2nd visit, I was home and watch them fertilize and they never did my back yard. Told the owner, he said nothing. They quit me and never refunded the remaining balance.

I got my tractor picked up today by Steve. Nice guy, professional, and within the time frame discussed in our prior phone call. We discussed what it would be. Take to get my tractor back in top-notch shape. I m pleased with the process, and he is very reasonably priced.

Firefly has been taking care of my tractor for 5 years now, and I m always very pleased with their work. They pick up my tractor in mid-February, and they drop it off tuned up and clean before March, ready for the season. I highly recommend them.

My yard is healthy and vibrant. Firefly just doesn t come and federalize because it s the schedule. they evaluate the climate as well as the season and adjust as necessary. My yard went from barely growing to a healthy and vibrant yard. I have been ever so pleased with my yard.

Keeps to schedule. Explains rationale for each treatment. Easy to tailor your program. In addition to routine fertilization, they did a comprehensive over seeding that has turned out well. Also had lawn tractor and snowblower maintenance. Convenient as they pick up and return. Very comfortable with this firm.

Ive been using Firefly for years and I like their work. However, I would like to suggest to be notified before their visits so I can prepare as sometimes we leave the hose on the lawn :(

Firefly is a local company that cares about their customers. My Mom, brother, stepson and neighbors use this company as well.

Todays service was irrigation winterization. On time. Priced better than most. Will use for lawn tractor maintenance soon and am very pleased with their Platinum program. Results are positive!

Push mower tuneup

First time weve used Fireflys service for work on our lawn mower. Appreciate the pickup and drop-off lawn mower service. Mower runs perfect. Great communication on their arrival. We will continue to use their service moving forward!

Aeration and seeding done in October looking forward to the results in the spring. I signed up for the plan as well that covers fertilizing for each season. Price is comparable for what I pay at the stores for a bag of Scotts, so leaving it up to the professionals. The guys come do the work, answer any questions, and provide pamphlets on how to care for the lawn. After the first service of just lime and fertilizer my lawn responded great, can t wait to see the results in spring after the aeration and over seeding.

For the second year in a row, Firefly has done an exemplary job of getting our lawn looking good. They are professional in every way.

My past experience with this company has been nothing less than satisfying in the results and guidance they have provided. Looking to get them back as a permanent service for my lawn care.

Signed up for the bi monthly treatment. Came once, after three months emailed to find out why they didnt come in May. Mike said they would be out the next day. Week later I emailed to cancel account. No response. I do not recommend this company.

The chemicals do an OK job, and the price is good. But the reason I keep coming back is the professionalism and the excellent customer service. I truly appreciate being a valued customer, not just an invoice number. Thank you, Steve and crew.

Cant beat the prices! They specialize in what they say they will do..not just some kid running a machine through your yard (as with another company I was with). Worked with me to get my lawn one of the best on the street. No contracts so you cant loose.

If you want a true lawn professional you should not choose Firefly Lawn Company or Steve Lipscomb. He might be the cheapest of all lawn care services but you get what you pay for. Think twice before choosing this company. He is late on most services and he will give you the same excuse it is due to the weather. You are better off doing it yourself and you will get the same result or probably better. If you want a lawn service that keeps you informed of your lawns progress do not choose him or his company. If you just want to pay someone to apply fertilizer pay a neighborhood kid because that is exactly what this company does. Lastly, please make sure you do not misplace your bill or you go straight to collections. For a company that prides themselves on customer service and loyalty it is a shame. I used Firefly Lawn Company and Steve Lipscombs services for three years so you can say I gave them chance. I still cant believe it one late payment in three years and no phone call straight to collections. Actually I do believe it because that is the same way he treats your yard. Good luck in your lawn company search.

This guy doesnt know lawn mowers, and has very poor customer service skills when dealing with clients. BEWARE

Excellent company! Called them after having issues with Tru Green not showing up when they said they would or performing services that I had pre-paid to receive. I called Firefly REALLY LATE in the afternoon and I was called back about 10-20 minutes later! I explained the situation with my lawn and the gentleman said he would evaluate my lawn and have a quote for me in two days. I came home and there was a quote on my door, they keep their word! My lawn has been treated and has no weeds, is a healthy green, and they called me to let me know they were coming to do the aeration and overseeding. They keep me informed, I do not have to call them to wonder if I received service (unlike another company), and they do not do contracts! They take care of your lawn and you pay as you go. I highly recommend contacting them, very professional and if they say they are going to do something, they do it!

They never returned my calls.
