This is 3rd year I requested their services and every year they do something unprofessional. This first year they left the leaf pile in my driveway for 3 days and the 2nd year they left leafs all over my vehicles, and today I have called them 2 times since they were supposed to be here today and it is 3pm and have not heard from them. Will not use their service again!

Ive had most of my lawn service with Imperial Landscaping, and they have been outstanding. Giovanni and his crew do exceptional work and are easy to work with and responsive. Their work is so good, that my neighbors have started using Imperial Landscaping as well. Its one of the best choices Ive ever made.

Never had any service done because I couldnt get past the lady on the phone when inquiring on whether they performed leaf removal. She insisted that she needed my name and phone number first before providing a list of services. Not sure how anyone else feels about this, but this just reminds of auto dealerships who want to collect all your information first before providing the price, just so they can solicit you to death through phone calls, emails, and mail. Oh, and to top it off, she hung up on me twice. Not good business sense. I never leave reviews, but she deserved this one.

This is my second time using Imperial for sod installation. The crew prepped the area correctly, and used fresh sod cut that day. Prices are the best in the area. I will use them again for projects.

I saw this business advertised online and I called them asking specifically if they could make stripes in my backyard. I was so impressed it looked like a golf course, best service ever!

My yard had some pretty bad erosion problems. Imperial landscaping came in with a bobcat, a ton of good dirt, fertilizer, grass seed, wheel barrels, and other equipment. My wife and I have been living on our property for almost 5 years. The previous owner was too cheap to fix the problem. I spent a few bucks, by the way, Imperial Landscaping had the absolute best price. They fixed my erosion problem, and fixed a few additional problems that were not included in their bid. I would highly recommend this company if you have any landscape issues. Hope this review helps those who are thinking about getting some landscaping done on their property. Had a French drain installed and, due to the great work, plan to make Imperial my go-to for landscape work moving forward. Giovanni worked with me on options, his team did good work during install, and Giovanni worked with me after installation to make sure everything was functioning properly.

Initially hired these professionals for lawn mowing my property, only to find out they offer construction services as well. Ended up hiring them to build our deck. So I cannot speak on this companies services as I have not used them but I am giving them a 1 star review due to 2 no call no shows.

Very unprofessional company and, frankly, if this is how they operate, I m unsure how they re still in business. After two no-call, no shows to give us an estimate for a landscaping project, we ll be going elsewhere for the project and routine lawn care/maintenance. Reading recent reviews, this is a regular occurrence with this company.

Imperial did an amazing job with our yard. They cleaned up a yard that was very overgrown and neglected for years. They also removed limbs from a tree that was close to the house and mulched. My neighbor saw the work they were doing and hired them on the spot to cut down some of her tree limbs while they were here. The estimate they gave was very reasonable to the quality of work they do. They were able to finish the job in one day when it would ve taken us weeks. I can t recommend them enough!

I called to get someone to come to my home and give me a quote for some spring clean-up and shrub/hedge trimming. I was very impressed with other reviews and website. I called and left a voice message. The recording said I would get a call back within 24 hours. That didnt happen so I called back and spoke with Nicole. I scheduled a visit for today after 2 pm. So I took a half a vacation day to make sure I was home when you arrive. Its now 7 pm. No show, no call, no text, no email. I gave Nicole all that information when I called the second time. if this is any indication of your attention to detail and dedication to to customer service Im glad no one showed up for the appointment.

Imperial did our Paver patio this past winter. Quality of work is beautiful, always had job site clean, the turn around time was spot on and they were so easy to work with. They even worked with us to provide different ideas and suggestions as my wife kept changing her mind. Would definitely recommend!

Working with this company was a very pleasurable experience. Very professional and responsive. I laid out what my expectations were and they were very responsive and timely in their response. Very affordable as well considering some of the guys Ive worked with before. Id definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

I called a week and a half in advance and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. I called the day before for an estimated time of arrival and left a message which no one ever returned. I called the next morning around 9:30 and asked for an estimated time and I was told that I should have been first on the schedule and she said she would reach out to the person coming out and call me back. She never called back and they never showed up. I was extremely disappointed at the lack of communication and the fact that they never showed up or called. I saw the exact same complaint posted about a week ago by someone else and the response from the Company was are you sure you have the right company. Well I can assure you I do have the right company. The response the company provided to this review is false. They answered the day of my appointment and said the crew was out on jobs so the response of them not working that day is false.

First, I d like to say that I totally appreciate a quick response to a voicemail or email when I m trying to communicate with a business regarding their services. Giovanni called me right back and I got nothing but top notch customer service from start to finish. After providing onsite estimates on our wants and property needs we held off for quite a few months but he continued to answer all of my questions via email. Now, we have beautifully mulched and manicured flower beds ready for spring. They also cleared out a wooded area that I had never even walked across on our property because of the years of fallen leaves, dead trees, brush and yard waste. I can now see the ground and so many new possibilities. I can t wait! Finding someone who provides a quality service and a fair pricing can be challenging. Especially, if you re not from the area. POOR JOB with attention to details involving residential lawn mowing. Used mower without a bag and weed wacker that constantly sprayed grass clippings across my mulch. After I complained about it for the third time, Giovanni told me I needed to find someone with a push mower to eliminate the grass clippings from spewing across the mulch ???? absolute foolishness. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone who has grass and detailed landscaping.

The Imperial team did a great job w remodeling my 25 yr old deck. Upgraded materials, lights, new style railing and privacy screening. Extremely pleased w the finished product. As all projects have owner issues as the work is being done. These issues were of taste not quality. Giovanni was flexible as we requested the changes mid project. He wanted to make sure we received the product that we wanted. As a side note, I also use Imperial for lawn maintenance to include mowing, leaf pickup, aeration and over seeding each year. I highly recommend Imperial to handle all your lawn care, deck/fence, even sprinkler system needs.

This company destroyed my lawn. Their equipment left all types indentations and lines that were never there before. When I brought the issue to the owner, Giovanni, he didnt acknowledge the issue even though I provided him with picture evidence. His response was everyone else is happy and you are the only one. He proceeded to tell me there was no issue. I expressed that it doesnt matter if Im the only one if I have a valid complaint. Rather than attempt to make the situation right he opted that we part ways. I couldnt be more in agreement. Beware of the non-customer service!!! I do not recommend!

I was scheduled for a Friday lawn aeration service, however I received notice they would not be able to come out until Monday - due their schedule being delayed by weather. I was initially disappointed because I took off from work so I could over-seed thereafter. Plus more rain was on the way which would delay my service on Monday. I called Giovanni to see if they could fit me in the schedule late Friday or possibly on Saturday. Giovanni said they could only come out on Monday at the earliest. To my surprise, the workers showed up Saturday morning and completed my aeration. I am not sure if Giovanni was playing with my emotions (lol) but I was extremely grateful and satisfied with their service. Imperial Landscaping did a great job and would recommend to others!! Giovanni and his team of professionals did an outstanding job delivering and spreading 12 cubic yards of mulch in a matter of hours. Not only did they show up when they said they would, the job was estimated on a Saturday and done the following Wednesday. The mulch was applied on the side of a steep slope with numerous rose bushes, none were damaged. Review the before and after photos on their website and you will see their excellent work. My yard was a small forest in the back. There was no way we could do it in one setting even with our mower on the highest setting. They came and mowed all of the jungle down; trimmed and edged the entire yard, and then removed all of the grass for a reasonable price. Our yard looks nice and manicured. They did a fantastic job and it did not take the long!

I moved into my new house in December so nothing in my yard was in bloom. Once Spring arrived it was evident that the backyard had been neglected for years. Despite spending 3 full days filling 20 Lawn & Garden bags, I barely made a dent. Imperial Landscaping spent 7+ hours weeding, trimming, reworking a stone pathway, moving a birdbath and laying yards and yards of mulch. What a difference!!! My only complaint was that Columbine was mistaken for a weed and was pulled and the bushes were trimmed to a more manicured look than I would have done. It will all grow back!! They did a great job and worked very diligently on one of the hottest days we ve had all summer. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again!!

Twice this summer I have overestimated my own ability- and one call to Imperial had my gardening done within the week.
