All Seasons is a good company but beware. They do excellent work but their accounting is anything modern or correct. My wife and I had a $3K credit on their books that we thought was used to buy matching pavers to complete our job once another project was done by another contractor. But it was not. So when we wanted our pool deck completed, the pavers do not match. We are still working this issue. The landscaping service is fair, lawn is green but now full of dandelions. The control panel for my sprinkler system does not have all the features I was told it would have. We have paid AS over $75K, I think we should have had better service.

Best fill dirt I've ever bought! I even went back for more because Im growing a moss garden. PLUS All Seasons has a boneyard that has tons of left over items from jobs at a huge discount! I was in heaven!! The ladies in the office were so kind and helpful!!! And the pricing was excellent!! I will definitely be back!!!

To start this is the first time I have had an "issue" with All Seasons, I've bought fill, gravel, sand, and wood multiple times. <This is not to bash but so people can make an informed purchase>. I've purchased 8 or 9 bags of wood in the last 2 or 3 years and know that they don't do refunds. Never had any comment about the wood, some sacks are better than others. I purchased a sack yesterday to cut to size, split and stack for an elderly customer. When purchasing I did go through bags to select one that I thought was filled good as well as dry. I dug down about 3or4 layers and down the sides as far as one can see to check and all looked good. When I got back to my wood shed to start processing it was great. The wood on top was good dry and clean for about 35-40 logs once I got to the middle I found logs with surface rott and wet, (I understand that not every log will be good and threw the few I saw off to the side and kept going). Then I got to some red logs that were EXTREMELY heavy for size, pulled some out to split and my 6lbs maul had a hard time getting through. At this point getting frustrated I decided to dump the rest of the 2/3s remaining in the bag to see what I had.** I found that the top logs where great, the middle and below logs were definitely green green, then to top it off and what give me a chuckle, the bottem two layers of logs were completely dry and EXACTLY like the top 30 or so logs.** So to me who loaded this particular bags threw some good logs in, filled the center of the bag with green logs with some rotten logs, then topped the bag with good logs deep enough that if someone digs in a bit you wont see anything. At this point I sorted the wood out, took the dry and some of the boarder line green logs out(because some greener logs are nice to put on once a fire is started for long burn time, but not wet logs that will smother a fire). Split 2 or 3 to show the customer and explain that I need to figure something out for her, Then loaded the bag with the green and wet logs in the truck to bring back to All Seasons just to see what they would say. Today- I went up there *before the rain to make sure there could not be any talk of "it rained". Todays date is February 10th, it has not rained since January 28th. When I got there I asked about wood details with the front desk woman and said I would bring in a couple for her to see and instead she came to my truck and looked at the bag herself. I showed her some wet, the green, the extremely heavy. With in 30 seconds she agreed that its wet plus over half a bag, and that she would call the boss that wasn't there. Before that I told her I was looking to buy another bag, in my head thinking maybe we can take a couple bucks off the second bag and move on. She came back out in 1 min still on the phone then hanging up saying, "We do not do refunds, the boss says that he's using this wood at his house and its fine, leave it out to dry". The point of buying seasoned wood is so that it doesn't need to be layed out to dry. Dry from a recent rain I understand. The boss also told her that" I touched the bag so there is nothing we can do".*The desk woman was great, helpful and understanding*. So in conclusion, if you're looking to stack wood for here and there or for bonfires grab a sack and it'll be fine, but if you're looking to burn right away for a secondary heating source make sure you take your time to put an eye on whole bag. Even though the 50ish green logs will be dried and will be used, being a local small business owner its hard being out time and money to fufill a commitment for an elderly customer that doesn't have the ability to let dry. Again Ive never had an issue and will probably use All Seasons again for building materials because its less than 2miles from my house and decent prices for the jobs I do, but wood will be purchased differently next time. In the pictures, I have the bag filled with the wet wood in comparison to the bag size and side by side comparisons of dry& wet wood, *Wood that was together in the same bag*.

I had a truly disappointing experience with All Seasons Landscaping & Irrigation LLC. To begin with, the staff was extremely bad mannered. I've never felt so unwelcome at a place that's supposed to be in the service industry. Their unprofessional behavior was evident from the moment I walked in, and it only went downhill from there. To top it all off, the level of hospitality was subpar. It felt like they were doing me a favor by allowing me to spend my money with them. Well, that's not happening. There are plenty of competitors out there who understand the value of customer service. I'll take my money elsewhere.

Chris installed a concrete swale in the yard for yard drainage and a trench drain for drainage in our pool area. I couldn't be more pleased with the results and would highly recommend him for any drainage issues you may have. Chris knows what he's doing, does quality work and is a pleasure to work with.

Pretext: I'm being billed $160 one year later when I had no idea I was being billed as I thought they cancelled the fees after breaking the back flow. Was a brand new back flow prevention device and flooded my yard. Water fees + damages.. I mean come on.. soon as I called the technician - he automatically knew what I was calling about said "it's broken isn't it?" Entire company has zero integrity from what's I've experienced. Denying no professional involvement in the failure of our device is just unprofessional. If you think I'd pay $160 to have you come back out to just charge me to fix my system is ridiculous. They have no interest in doing right by their customers. When informed of what happened and requesting to speaking to upper management or the owner himself - we get zero responses. So hopefully some reviews will get their attention. Even though we've already mailed in our payment so we can be done with them, the fact y'all didn't offer to waive the fees to earn our business is what I would take away from here to better your company. Do keep in mind your technician requested we fixed it ourselves to CYA himself? Hmm. Lastly: we've been nothing but polite from the start so just an FYI - be prepared for their shenanigans. Not our fault for the poor customer service. Whatever they say we left out POC and never heard back from them - call history supports that. Keep CYA'ing all you want. BBB & DPOR perhaps.

ust a horrible experience and an inferior product with absolutely no accountability. I ordered 4 yards of topsoil to fill a culvert and they were super prompt and easy to deal with. We had purchased river rock in the past and try to stay as local as possible to our house for these things. The four yards of topsoil arrive and seem ok although I mention it seems like it's more clay than topsoil. It was workable and going into a culvert so it wasn't the end of the world. I ordered 12 more yards to be delivered and I wasn't there for the 2nd delivery, but was there for the 3rd and finally stopped the rest of the order. The loads were so compacted at this point I couldn't work the "topsoil" with a shovel. The clumping and color got redder and it was apparent I'm either getting fill dirt, even the driver referenced "that's what we got" and was clearly not trying to defend this was a quality product. When I called the nice lady at the desk she said that people come from all over for their topsoil and she was sorry and would let the owner know. Told her to cancel the last 4 yards and they said they would give me a store credit. I didn't want a store credit but more importantly, what are you going to do about basically delivering fill dirt? A couple of days go by and now Victoria the account is engaged and she apologizes and says the owners have contacted the supplier and chew them out. Super, what are you doing for me? They did issue a refund for the last four yards AND deducted a 3% fee (I assume the fee credit cards charge them). BTW, no one has come out or asked for pictures until I mention again there's a bigger issue, what are you doing about the product you delivered. The response was all sales are final. Wow, no adjustment on the costs between topsoil and clay or fill? Seems like a perfect business model to never take ownership of your mistakes. I get it, someone provided you an inferior product. So go after them. So I fully expect the owner to come in with a response that somehow covers them (see other reviews on Google), but I'll let you judge with the pictures that I will post. I went and got topsoil from another supplier and it is night and day difference in quality, texture, etc. Literally, you'll see a photo of red clay dirt (theirs) being cover by black topsoil as I would have expected from them. The last picture is just one of three buckets (tractor that is) full of clumps so big of clay you would have to cut or break them up somehow. The right answer is to come to inspect the situation, realize the mistake, adjust the bill to fill dirt pricing, and apologize. Mistakes happen, but you either take ownership or you compound them.

I used All Seasons Landscaping & Irrigation to complete some repairs to my sprinkler system as well as to replace sod around an in ground pool which was recently completed. I want to say first that the company was very responsive and friendly when I first contacted them. I had an extremely short timeline to have the work completed (less than a week). Frank was very helpful and knowledgeable about the sprinkler system. He said that his goal was to give me the best system possible. When it was time to install/repair the system he arrived with 3 trucks and a number of people to complete the process in short order. Due to other factors the only had several hours to complete the work. I trusted Frank and thought that it would be completed according to the highest standards. Ben was very helpful when it came to the sod replacement and ground prep. He was able to "squeeze" the job in at the last minute and the yard surrounding the pool looked great. I was not able to stay on the location during the entire process; however, they did an outstanding job. There are several suggestions/comments that I would give to future customers: 1) Once you receive and estimate and you make the initial 50% payment - the company will not adjust the estimate and send you an updated bill - you must realize that the initial estimate is the only one you will receive. I did not know this and was not treated well when I was "asked" why I didn't pay the rest of the invoice. I did pay the bill in full once I found out that they did not intend to make adjustments to the invoice. 2) Make certain to have everything in writing and clearly spelled out on the invoice. 3) Make certain to research what the normal standards are for such items as the depth of the irrigation pipes in the ground. I was not aware that the depth of some of the pipes were only below the landscaping stones, until I moved some of the stones to repair my fence. According to my research most of the pipes should be 8 to 12 inches deep. When I asked about it in an email, I was told that I was criticizing and employee and doing so to one does so to all. My fault - I will just have to make certain to winterize the system very early to ensure the pipes don't freeze with water in the system. All things considered I would recommend the services of All Seasons, but know the conditions and get everything in writing going into the deal. I was and am VERY APPRECIATIVE of their response time and willingness to work with me on a very short time line. The owner and most of the employees are GREAT to work with and do everything in their abilities to give you the best service and quality.

All Seasons so generously supported a local Veteran/retired law enforcement officer and his wife by donating stones for their landscaping. Our organization helped to surprise the couple with a garden makeover. The garden was this older couple s retreat and this wonderful company helped restore that to its former glory. The veteran has since passed and this garden, thanks to All Seasons, has become a refuge for the grieving spouse. Thank you to All Seasons Landscaping & Irrigation for their continued commitment to our community and for helping Ellie s Elves and SCSO to show our support in their hour of need. We commend you for letting your light shine for this veteran! #letitshine

Hands down the best company for your hardscaping, landscaping, bulk material and irrigation needs! Worth the money! Their guys work hard, and the estimators are very knowledgeable about their materials and the process of install. We love getting our mulch and stone from them, much more convenient than buying by the bag at an over priced home improvement store!

Horrible service. The estimator came to our house and berated me, was extremely rude, and made me feel downright uncomfortable. I had 3 children in the house and he chose to use profanity while the rest of us remained calm. Several neighbors witnessed this scenario and will also NOT be using this company ever.

I hired All Seasons to do the irrigation system at my new construction. I chose them over the company my builder had a deal with because they offered a far superior product/system. Frank, who is change of irrigation installs, is PHENOMENAL. He is extremely efficient, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and personable. There were some rough patches with my builder and his big ego but Frank handled them like a champ and took the burden off of me. The office staff is also very good - thorough, very quick at following up on emails and issues, and courteous. We are extremely happy with our irrigation system. I would recommend Frank and his team 100%!!

Still waiting to hear from the owner, Chris- he won t return calls. We had $11,000 worth of work done in our Yard , To include six trees recommended by this company for a small space after they put in a drain system that they guaranteed to work. All the trees died not sure if the drain is working, but they refused to replace any trees OR come look at their work! all of a sudden we had to have purchased a warranty for the trees. They won t return our phone calls and any email they reply to say you re welcome to buy more trees . I will never recommend a company that does not stand behind their products.

Unprofessional service. Ordered from them twice and both times were terrible experiences. First time their driver Mike damaged property during delivery and denied it. Second time driver never called beforehand as discussed and just dumped sand in the middle of my driveway even when area to dump was clearly marked. Go with Daves Trucking if you are looking for stone/mulch/sand delivery and you will be much better of.

Chris and All Seasons have been consistently a decent source of rock, mulch, and stone for our home. They have delivered to my home in the rain, and made sure the product (in this case pine bark nuggets) was covered with their own tarp, and protected! Great service, even when I had to change the delivery date. During the estimate process, Chris was informative, knowledgeable, and patient with me, and spent nearly an hour explaining the details of an upcoming project. Great job!!

On Wednesday, August 2, 2017, I had a working time schedule from 11am-12pm. Around 10:50am I called the company to confirm the appointment. I was told someone will come in within that hour. Around 12:10pm I called to verify the status and I was told I was going to get a call back. I waited 10 more minutes and I decided to call back. Another gentleman answered and he said the employee called in sick in the morning and he did not come into work. I was extremely disappointed because I am a new customer and I was expecting a better customer service. Yet, the answer I received was, I quote, ...things happened you know . That answer expressed how they handle their customers and how much value they have on us. Customer service goes hand-in-hand with work performance because without customers you cant perform. It was obvious to me that there is a lack of attention to details. None gave me the courtesy call to inform me at all. I waisted my time! Will not recommended.

January 22, 2018

I was forced into using this company after buying our house over the summer. The prior owners had used All Seasons in an attempt to satisfy our concerns with water issues in the yard prior to settlement. After taking control of the house, the issues had not been resolved. I asked them to send a technician back out to check the issues that should have been resolved in May. The request was made in June. In late August, a technician finally arrived, without an appointment, to check on the system. He repaired the system, without confirming I wanted the repair and then charged me for the visit and parts used in the repair. He argued that the issue may not have presented itself during his original inspection back in May. Two days later, upon seeing the return of dripping from our sprinkler system, I requested he come back. The technician came back, repaired the item, and charged me again for the part and the visit. I called with my disagreement about being charged and was offered a $10 discount on a $75 bill. They claim to be the lowest price around. Well, you get what you pay for. I cannot recommend the company.

About a month or longer ago I had the Company come out to my residence to give me an estimate for design under my deck. The contact person came and I also emailed him the picture as to what my idea would be. I waited a week for a response for an estimate and never got a call or email from the company. I have called them weekly to find out about that estimate and consitantly I am asked what my name and number are and will be called back. Not 1 phone call have I received. If your in a hurry this is not the company I would reccommend

We had All Seasons (371-5563) install a sprinkler system & 2 hose bibs in May 2013. One of the hose bib pipes broke over the following winter, despite the system being winterized. We paid them to put in a new pipe in May 2014. The same thing happened with that pipe over the following winter & we paid them to replace that pipe again in April 2015. The same thing happened with that pipe over this past winter; we replaced it ourselves this year. When we scheduled the county-required backwater preventer test this year, they gave us a 4 hour window for the appointment. When we called 45 minutes after that 4 hour time period passed, their explanation was that the tech had gotten wet in the rain at an earlier appointment as the reason for the no-show with no call to let us know. After they did make it out to do the backwater preventer test, they emailed an invoice that billed us a spring turn on charge in addition to the test we scheduled. We had only requested the required backwater test that cost $65. We had not turned on the water to the sprinkler before they came out because it was not necessary due to almost constant rain this spring. WE turned the water on the day they came out; their tech did nothing to turn on the system. They billed us another $65 for that spring turn on & when we complained that the tech had done nothing to turn on the system & nothing different from the past 2 years, they said we had not been charged it previously because it was a new install. They also said that he had checked that the settings we had left in the system from last year were still there. Apparently, that is what constitutes a spring turn on. If they had informed us we would have to pay $65 for him to look at the controller settings, we would have declined him doing so. Maybe their business is down & they are trying to make up the money on the backs of their existing customers; we don t know. We had overlooked the pipe problems for 3 years running, but this bogus $65 turn on fee for a tech to check that the controller they installed had retained the settings we had put in the prior year is the last straw. We will never use them again & strongly advise against anyone using this company. Update in response to business reply: You obviously overlooked the main issue here: that you charged us for a service we did not request or schedule (a spring turn on) & did not see occur. We scheduled the backflow preventer test, as we have for the previous 2 years, & are happy to pay for. It was being charged for a turn on that we did not schedule or request or see occur when the tech was here that we objected to & the response to us when we let you know we were not happy. The technician did nothing more than he had done the previous 2 years for the backflow preventer test, but you charged us an additional $65 & declared that he did a turn on service as well. That double charge for the same service as the previous 2 years & your response to our complaint is the primary issue.
