G&C lawn care and Concrete llc in Fredericksburg

G&C lawn care LLC is my go-to for lawn everything! Been using them for almost one year and I couldn't be happier with their work everytime! G & C Lawncare Concrete, LLC is a fantastic company. This is the second time I’ve used this company and they surpassed my expectations and their work is the best! I had my old sidewalk and steps demolished and new sidewalk and steps. The concrete work is great. I also had my stamped concrete patio power washed, resealed and it looks brand new again. They also in 2021 demolished my deck and built my patio. They also mulched all my flower beds and put down new grass around the new sidewalk. The customer service is top notch. Cesar, April and their team run a great small owned company. I would definitely recommend this company to all looking for quality workmanship.

The Guys with G & C Lawn Care did a amazing job. My yard was overgrown and out of control! In 4 hours, they transformed my yard from a disaster to a yard that could be put in a magazine! There were 4 men all Bothers that came and worked hard on my yard! I can't say enough great things about this company!! I would recommend them without hesitation.

Highly recommend this company! Their customer service is amazing and their prices are even better. As soon as I put in for an estimate, I was immediately contacted my April and the guys were out that same day. April always kept me updated with whatever needed to be done as well as the best price for supplies. The work that they did to our yard was by far the best we've ever had done. They have definitely earned a lifelong customer! Keep up the great work guys and thank you for all of your hard work!

The quote and prescreen visit was great, when time to schedule a routine mowing and scheduling a large project for September responsiveness dropped significantly. Finally got a response back and set a new mowing time a week after the first scheduled date. Date came and went with no reply until the day after. Was told the next day but no one showed. Several days later they finally showed after we already canceled the mowing services with the company. Responsiveness and clarifying details of follow up dates was just lacking, slow, and vague. Finally got back to me and tried to justified the lack or response when I asked to cancel the service and the large work order. May not be worth the switch or time if you want a consistent service and responsiveness. I will be switching to a larger company that can handle the amount of customers and work loads.

If I could leave no stars I would. They were on top of their estimate request. On time, took the time to talk everything out. The lady was extremely adamant about her customer service. How she would be back in touch with a quote. 24hrs came and went. A call was made to her she said she would have it over within an hour... still nothing and a week later ... still nothing. A response as little as we cannot promise the estimated amount after reviewing. Personally - I wouldn’t request them for a big job. This is a smaller company that appears to stick to smaller jobs.

Today, June 17, 2020, I took the day off of work to meet with Nikki and her Site Manager at 10:00am to get a quote for a stamped patio at our home. No one showed. I understand that things come up, but a simple phone call or email would have been nice....
