Alvaro F. and the work crew of AFM Landscaping are hard working, start on time, trustworthy, and do the work they contract for on schedule and to or above your satisfaction, including those parts of the job that I as a humble homeowner do not understand so well. We started by having Alvaro get our irrigation system running again after a hiatus of more than ten years operating it, and then kept adding jobs (landscaping of garden beds, irrigation system improvements, yard landscaping) to our work list for AFM as we progressively learned all of the knowledge and skills Alvaro and his team have! We love working with Alvaro and will keep having him and his team come back to maintain all aspects of our yard.

Outstanding Service and Expertise! I recently needed urgent repairs on my irrigation system due to some construction work, and AFM Landscaping came to the rescue. They responded quickly and were not only able to fix the initial issues but also identified and repaired additional leaking zones that I wasn’t even aware of. Half of my yard’s irrigation zones were down, and they expertly rerouted the pipes, getting everything back in working order. What really impressed me was that a previous irrigation company couldn’t fix the issues and quoted me double what AFM charged. AFM Landscaping’s team was professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them for any irrigation or landscaping needs. They truly go above and beyond!
Alvaro has been my lawn and irrigation system service provider for several years now. He is by far the best in the Fredericksburg area. Always on time and a shown expert in his trade. He has cut trees, repaired my irrigation system, and provided lawn upkeep with weekly lawn service. My lawn is the best on the street, well several streets. I am always getting compliments. Great prices, responsive, professional, and highly skillful. Next year I will use his aeration and overseeding service. I have fired several lawn services since I arrived in 2007. About 4 years ago, I installed new sod and then found Alvaro, he's a keeper. My lawn is beautiful.

We highly recommend Alvaro and his term. We have new sod and he and his team did an excellent job installing our irrigation system. He answered within one day, came to look over the job, gave us a very good price. The whole job was completed in less than a week with minimal disturbance to the new sod. He is very professional and polite. We give him five stars for excellent service.
We contacted Alvaro to come and give us an estimate to replace three irrigation valves that were leaking. He returned our call and came as promised. We accepted his estimate and replacement recommendations. When the valves arrived he and his crew came and completed the repair. What we really like about him is he comes as promised and always provides an update on his arrival time. We are greatly satisfied with the work and highly recommend him.
We engaged AFM to repair our irrigation system that was damaged in several locations during a construction project. Alvaro returned our call the same day we reached out to him and came out two days later on a Sunday. His service and responsiveness were exceptional and we will be hiring AFM to do our future gardening and landscaping. Pricing was very fair and reasonable.

AFM has been taking care of my lawn for the past 7 years. The quality of his work is outstanding and he always has reasonable pricing for any job I need done. Whenever I need him to come, he is always responsive and on time.
Alvaro and his team came out and did a variety of landscaping jobs at my home, from building a retaining wall in my back yard, to running drain pipes underground, curb appeal with decor flowers, areation and installation of a rain bird irrigation system. Him and his team are amazing. They get the job done in a timely manner; they are very professional, and their landscaping skills go unmatched. Alvaro has the best service and prices in the DMV area in my opinion. If anyone need any sort of landscaping done, him and his team are the go-to without a doubt. Summer is coming, and I will have him booked for my outdoor projects.

These guys are the best. They do fantastic work in a timely manner at a reasonable rate. When my sprinkler system froze (and a pipe burst) last year, they came out during a snowstorm, diagnosed the problem, and as soon as they were able to do so, replaced the broken flow valve (at the lowest cost I could find ANYWHERE) and winterized the system. They fixed some problems with the sprinkler heads, relocating some that needed to be relocated, aerated and seeded my lawn, and even built a concrete pedestal for an outdoor fountain. These guys are responsive, on time, professional, quality, and charge a fair price for the job. They are at the top of my go-to list, and should be at the top of yours, too.
I have nothing but good thing to say! After 4 year of business , I am looking forward to another 4! They are professional, fast, down to earth, honest company! I ve had yard detailing, shrub and bush trimming, tree trimming, and snow removal all done with AFM. Every job thats done is done promptly and efficiently.
