Weed Man Lawn Care in Frederick

Stay away! Stay far far away. Horrible service and what I have learned recently absolutely the worst customer service. A week after Fertilizing and a Nutsedge treatment half my backyard turned to this. After trying to reach a manager for days and me having to make 4 phone calls before getting a hold of someone (never 1 call back) I finally got in touch with a manager who refuses to take any kind of blame. I was first told I don’t water my lawn properly, not to mention this was a week that it literally rained every day. Once I brought that up, they have changed paths saying my lawn has a disease and that they “100%” can guarantee that what they sprayed has nothing to do with this. After me stating I needed a refund they came back with an offer (basically adding additional service) for me to pay for their aerate and seeding but they would comp me for the “over seeding”. As I continued to complain about not refunding me on what they had done they decided to refund me $65, take away the original offer on aerating/seeding as well as put my account on hold until I call back and decide I want to use them again. I have crab grass growing where my grass is still green which I should get complimentary follow up from previous application but they said they won’t because my account is now on hold as well. Not to mention no one will come in person to look at this. I have asked for someone to come take a look at this and they refuse. They also will not own up to any wrong doing because they are all “experts” and know exactly what is going on and it is not their product. Stay away!!!

Big dead spots all over our lawn and it’s not because we don’t water. None of our neighbors water so think again. I’d like to attach pictures but alas you site doesn’t allow it. Shocker!

I had written how the service did not take care of the weeds and my lawn is now at it's worse in 15 years. This is my first year with Weed Man, I have always used other companies in the past. Weed Man did reach out to me and is coming out to lime and apply another weed service. I appreciate the response. Just wish they had done it right the first time.

Signed up for weed removal service which includes spraying on the front, side and back of my lawn. The van pulled up, the guy did a J formation on my front lawn and got back into his van and drove off. 8 minutes total according to my Nest cam, my side and back was never done. Customer service was pleasent no complaints. They told me they will send someone to redo it since the scope of service was not complete within a week. 3 weeks later still no one. My front lawn is left with yellow trail of where the spray was. Cancelled the service because I did not want to have to question if work is done, lack of follow up and lack of care from their field workers.

This company is very responsive to customers concern. I am using the services from Weed Man company for the last 4-5 years. Both, Company owner and their technical manager, called me to my concern and promptly to make necessary actions. It is very rare these days to get this kind of customer friendly service. I would recommend them without hesitation.

We started using weed man because of a Groupon last year. Our yard Looks better than when I did it on my own and the prices are reasonable too

Weed Man Winchester has done a good job for us for a few years now. Whenever we have had any kind of issue, it has been promptly addressed and corrected. We try to use small, local businesses whenever we can.
