NaturaLawn of America in Frederick

The guys at NaturaLawn are great! They always call the day before they are here so my dogs are inside. They leave notes for things I need to be aware of and my lawn looks great! Coming down the street my lawn is a beautiful dark green and there is a significant difference between my lawn and my neighbors! It’s nice and thick and I love it!

I tried for 2 years to make my yard look good and failed. Natural Lawn was successful.

Last year NaturaLawn of America by chance was in my neighborhood on a day that I was home. I spoke to the sales person on site and thought I would give them a try since their products are organic based. Wow, after the first year of treatment my lawn looks amazing! It's thick and very green. All the small bare spots are also filled in. Lamont is our technician and does an excellent job each service. He is very thorough. If there is a problem, he always calls and never just assumed. We get the seasonal fertilizing, weed control, aeration and end of season over seeding. In the winter we purchase an amazing safe ice melt. Over the years we have used many other lawn care services, including doing it ourselves, and Naturalawn gives us the best results at a fair price.

Last year, thanks to NaturaLawn, I had one of, if not, the most attractive lawns in the neighborhood. First application only very recently, looking forward to visible improvement, hopefully soon.

LEROY just fertilized our lawn.We just signed up with Natural Lawn bc our beautiful grass is now overrun with Bermuda Grass and other invasive grasses. Leroy took time to answer our questions and remind us of the upcoming treatments NL will be doing in October.

Naturalawn has been a company of their word. After our first treatment, we felt the lawn didn’t look any different than before they treated it. We called them and expressed our concerns and they were out the next day. Our lawn is now looking like the lawn they promised. Additionally, everyone should try their tick and mosquito treatment it has allowed us to finally enjoy our backyard. Thank you Naturalawn for an awesome job in the care of our lawn.

Started with Natural Lawn for mosquito and tick treatments. We did not see 1 tick the entire season and much less Mosquitos. Also, I feel better using a oil based spray that will not harm wildlife or humans. I highly recommend The Natural Lawn.

I used NaturaLawn of America this past season (2018), but I had several issues with their lawn treatment service, i.e. my lawn did not look as though it had been treated for weeds, etc. When it was time for lawn aeration, although I requested the service when I first setup a program, I had to call NaturaLawn of America, who told me I was not on the aeration list although they could see where I made the request and was given a price. They had to “squeeze” me into their schedule. The aeration team consisted of young men who seemed inexperience and who drove a truck into my lawn. Apparently they didn’t think anyone was home, but when we came out of the house and confronted the service staff, they didn’t think it was a big deal saying, we are going to aerate anyway. Later we found out they had aerated and overseed one of our flower beds. I had a weak moment and decided to give Naturalawns a second chance this year (2019). They came out and treated the lawn. My lawn is covered with perennial weeds that were not controlled/killed from the prior year. There are also huge clumps of crabgrass that they didn’t spray to kill this year. I called NaturaLawn four days ago and left a message in their “not satisfied with your lawn” voicemail box. “No one returned the call”. I then called another NaturaLawn number and spoke to a customer service staff member who acknowledge that they could see that I had called according to their phone message log. I was told that they would leave a message for the local NaturaLawn management to call me. “No one has called”. I am completely done with NaturaLawn of America. By looking at my lawn, I am embarrassed to tell anyone that I paid for a lawn service. My neighbor takes care of his own lawn, i.e. thick, green, no weeds, etc. Mine looks like unattended farm land: “Very Natural”, weeds and all. In the past I have used Lawn Doctor, Lawn Wrangler and Blade of Green. I would rank them in that order. I’m going back to Lawn Doctor or Lawn Wrangler.
