I previously posted that I was unhappy with the aeration and overseeding performed this early fall. They came within days to inspect. Out of curtesy, they completed the entire job again. A lot of work! I have had their yearly service for several years and have and would again recommend this company.

I was referred by one of my friend in same neighborhood. From the beginning of this service, I had good experience with their professionalism. Alex was helpful in explaining the content used in treatment.

Alex took great care of me. We spoke prior to the application which alerted him to skip the recently seeded areas.

We have been using this service for about 2-3 years now and our lawn looks way better than before. We used to get clover and other random types of weeds every year but since we started getting it serviced we haven t had any weeds growing in our lawn. Cost is pretty reasonable for a weed free lawn. This last treatment, Paul was there first thing in the morning spraying the lawn, getting the job done. Well worth the money.

Was told I was going to be called before arrival of technician so I could talk with them about what I am looking for in my lawn care but did not receive call. But per home security cameras, Alex (the technician) did good work.

Ive lived in this area for 18 years and have tried numerous lawncare services over that span. Its hard to find people who know the local climate and flora well enough to help maximize results. The large franchised chains can keep your weeds down, but maintaining a healthy lawn year after year goes well-beyond that. You need people who understand the science. Green T does. They are TOP-shelf and my absolute favorite over 18 years. I just wish Id found them earlier. Responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. If you have an issue, they get to the bottom of it. The expert senior staff regularly work with the younger folks to train them up and pass on that know-how. Love that! Keep it up, Guys!!

All staff members providing service are professional and courteous. Our lawn continues to look great year after year. Recently even one of the driveway sealing company scammers commented Wow, your lawn looks like a green carpet.

Cancelled their services and have requested a refund. Was told I need to look into this . Have never heard a word from them since. I paid Green T Lawn Care (NexGreen) $744.96 in advance on 1/18/2023. After that, I continued to receive a bill in the mail almost weekly until approximately March 2023. During this time, I reached out at least 2 times requesting that I stop receiving bills in the mail from Green T because I already paid in full. I never heard back from anyone. I have had 3 services from Green T Lawn Care in 2023 since my payment on 1/18/2023. Service dates, 2/24/2023; 4/14/2023; 6/08/2023 @ $124.16 each. That leaves a remaining balance of $372.48. Yet they state they need to look into it and disappear. When the company changed ownership or management from NeGreen to Green T Lawn Care it was a noticable change. Glaring. And it is not good. The company (first NexGreen and now Green T Lawn Care) has destroyed my lawn - for a 2nd time in 3 (or 4) years. NexGreen took responsibility and took the time and made effort to repair my lawn. Green T Lawn Care - dont want them to attempt to repair my lawn. Dont want them near my lawn. In the past, I have requested a few times to have at least a 24-hour notice prior to my service days. Not only has that never happened, but I also never even received a response, or even an acknowledgement of my request. Recently, on one occasion an employee left fertilizer granules on every square inch of my driveway - and I have a long, wide driveway - and I have a dog. Recently, on one occasion it had just rained, and the lawn was wet. An employee was moving and turning the fertilizer vehicle so fast and recklessly it was tearing up my lawn. Regarding the 2 afore-mentioned occasions, I asked their customer service person to speak to someone about this. I never heard back from anyone. I referred 2 neighbors ( regretfully) ever since I have been a customer with NexGreen (or Green T Lawn Care). I never received any $25 for referrals as they advertise. The service AND customer service has become so bad since rebranding as Green T Lawn Care. The 2 worst looking lawns in my neighborhood this year (2023) are the 2 that have Green T Lawn Care. Fortunately, 1 other Green T Service customer in the neighborhood quit the service and oddly enough, their lawn doesnt look nearly as bad as mine. In my opinion Green T Lawn Care presents themselves as a company that drops fertilizer and collects money on a regularly scheduled basis regardless of weather, lawn conditions, or anything. Its not lawn care. It appears as though employees that provide the service have no formal education and / or training in agricultural science, horticulture, pesticides, lawn care, or anything. No customers were ever notified that the company changed owners, the company name changed and / or the website, login, etc., changed. In my opinion Green T Service has no accountability for their services, their customer service, or their employees. The best thing that could have happened for NexGreen is disassociating itself from Green T Lawn Care. Through all of this I have tried to be patient, tried to stay quiet, tried to be understanding - or just try to understand. All the while, since NexGreen became Green T Lawn Care, it is glaringly noticeable that they have no interest in providing a quality service, providing quality customer service, earning a customers business, keeping a customers business, earning a customers trust, or appreciating a customers business.

They have certainly improved my lawn from what it was a couple of years ago, I have visual proof of that. They show up when they re supposed to and do the work professionally. I would definitely recommend them.

I was home when they treated my lawn. For some reason they only treated half of the grass. This is just like when they skip all the trees and shrubs that aren t adjacent to my house and lawn, despite assurances otherwise. Yet I am still charged full price.

My lawn has never looked better after just one complete season. I love the detailed emails I receive the day after work is completed. Keep up the good work fellas!!

I just moved into my new home and had a new lawn that needed help growing. Many of my neighbors used Nexgreen and recommended it. Their prices are very reasonable and they are very easy to work with. I had a top soil service done on my lawn and i was not happy with the work. I reached out to Nexgreen and Eli (the owner) called me because I wasnt happy and he wanted to make sure that i was happy with my service. Eli even went as far as to come out to my house so he could see the work for himself and talk to me about my concerns. He told me that he would come back out and redo the treatment at no additional cost. When the service was redone it turned out great. When i called Eli to let him know how happy i was with the work and that i appreciated him coming back out and making things right and not charging me one cent more for the additional man-hours and supplies he Responded with it is not about the money. it is about making you happy and satisfied. This is a value that you do not see often anymore and is a big reason i will be a customer for life !

I strongly recommend using NEXGREEN. I called the office and the very next day the OWNER Eli came to my house to address my concerns with my yard. He was very professional and knew what he was talking about! Soon after, Greg came out with his crew and applied compost and did aeration and overseed. I have never seen my grass so green and full and its only been a month and a half. I cant wait until spring comes to see how it looks when it warms up!

I have had Nexgreen Lawn Care for several years now and have referred neighbors and friends to them. They take very good care of my lawn and treat my lawn in timely increments. When I have had a problem with the lawn, I just call and they have someone out to discuss a treatment plan and take corrective action. For years, Nexgreen has kept my lawn in great shape.

We have used NexGreen for a a year now and have been very happy with their service. We chose them because they are an ecofriendly service with competitive prices and came highly recommended. We first started using them a few months after we moved into a new house. The developers did not leave much in the way of topsoil when they graded our yard, and the ground was hard as rock. NexGreen applied their normal treatment, and in addition, the owner came out to evaluate our lawn. He showed us that he could barely force a screwdriver into the ground. He pulled up a small piece of sod and showed us there was no root development because most of our yard had no topsoil. In the few areas where the grass was growing, he could easily push the screwdriver into the ground, and a small piece of sod pulled up did have good roots. He then applied a liquid aerator, which he said should help break up the soil and allow roots to grow. After a few weeks, he came back and used the screwdriver test again, and we could see that there was improvement. He followed up with another treatment and said it would take a couple of years for our lawn to normalize, but it would. Its been one year now and we are happy with the progress we have seen. The technician who comes out for our normal periodic service is very friendly, thorough and professional. I highly recommend them.

What a great company! My lawn wasnt looking too good last year. I tried TruGreen with not very good results. I saw the reviews for Nexreen and decided to give them a try. Am I glad I did! My yard hasnt looked this good in many years. They take their time and do a great job making sure your entire yard is treated. I highly recommend them!

I had nexgreen treat my lawn for 2 years and then stopped last year to save money - not because their service was expensive but just had other needs to focus on that year. My yard looked terrible for the year I stopped their services. I just started using them again and it already looks 1000 times better like it used to. The techs are professional and give great explanation to any questions I have. I will never cancel again.

My lawn showed improvement after the first treatment. So did my dog, who suffers from seasonal weed allergies. I love the safe nature of the treatment, and Keith is friendly and prompt. Great communication which is necessary as we have pets. And they always secure the back gate. I highly recommend them. Many of my neighbors also use them and we are all satisfied.

I usually like to care for my yard, but long work hours have prevented me from caring for my yard the way I am accustomed to. Weeds, grubs,compacted soil and bare spots have left my yard looking very undesirable. A friend recommended I try her lawn service, NexGreen. I signed up for the year round service last spring. It is now early fall and I cant believe the difference NexGreen has made in my yard. It looks much thicker and healthier than it has in a long time. Price wasnt bad since I got a deal at the home show but once they came to my house they came up with all this other stuff that I supposedly needed and after a season my lawn looked no better then what it did before they started. Matter of fact it looked worse in my opinion. Then the following year I had MORE moss grow then anything. Better off doing it on your own and saving your money

While all lawn treatment companies are a little pricey NexGreen is fairly priced and the lawn has filled in and is looking good. My neighbor liked the looks of my lawn and has just started with them.

Communication is terrific with NexGreen. They are very attentive to specific problems in our lawn. I particularly like that we get an email before they come and detailed service notes via email after the service call. I have made special requests in the past, and they have been extremely responsive. Although I hate putting chemicals on my lawn, I believe NexGreen is sensitive to that concern and have been able to promote a fabulous lawn with minimal and appropriate chemicals

Ive been using NexGreen for 3 years. My lawn was in really bad shape. It was actually mostly dirt. I tried other lawn care services with no success. The Areation and Seeding was done on the date and time promised. The technician doing the work was extremely courteous and paid detailed attention to make sure that the work was done professionally. NexGreen has been providing us the necessary services and we would highly recommend them for their services.

The experience was great only when you pay upfront. Lesson learnt when you was not clear about the initial agreement. I started my lawn care journey with nextgreen a year ago. They was willing to offer reasonable price for my lawn. I could see the improvement on my lawn, but I am not so sure if they did come to service my lawn as promised. Earlier this year, they sent the bill to my house, we are both very busy so we missed the chance to call them and discuss the payment. My husband did call and leave a voice message for them, but no one call back. Until recently, one of the customer service called my husband out of her anger. She was so impatient and literally scolding my husband over the phone and didn t let him explain his situation. We ended up cancel the service and pay all the balance due.

It was truly amazing how quickly my yard got into shape once NexGreen started. The company is staffed with professionals, that know exactly what is needed to make your yard look great. They dont over apply chemicals and they dont try to apply treatments when its not needed. Last summer when it was hot and dry, they said it was too hot and dry to apply treatment. The competitors dont do that.... they show up and apply treatment regardless of whether its needed because thats how they make money.

Not very reliable. Last year they put down fertilizer and weed killer and my lawn looked pretty good. This year it s like they sprayed sand and water. Weeds popped up everywhere and my lawn looks deprived like it hadn t gotten any fertilizer at all. I had to go to Home Depot and re-fertilize my yard after paying them $60 to seemingly do nothing. They also try to get you to buy year-round service at a ridiculously high cost. You re better off buying seed, fertilizer and a spredder and doing it yourself

I highly recommend NexGreen Lawn and Tree Care. My yard was a complete mess crabgrass, dandelions, bare patches, mole tunnels, you name it. I spoke with a NexGreen service representative, who was not only very pleasant, but honest about the results I could expect if I hired their company. True to that representative s word, it took only one visit from NexGreen to convince me I had made the right decision with my lawn care service provider. I noticed a HUGE difference in my lawn after just one application. Needless to say, I could not be happier with my decision. And, the icing on the cake is the cost for my service package was very reasonably priced. I look forward to continuing my lawn care relationship with NexGreen and watching my lawn grow to be the envy of the neighborhood.

Nexgreen effectively killed our lawn. When we called about our browning lawn after our last treatment, we were told Oh, didnt someone call you? There was a problem with the equipment that day. There was no offer to compensate us or refund our payment for that treatment, only a vague statement that it would bounce back and if it didnt they would take care of it.. I feel at the least we should have been refunded out payment for that treatment and given instruction on what we should do to help save the lawn. Should it not bounce back we will definitely be asking Nexgreen to take care of it before we take our business elsewhere.

Lawn looks great. True, weve had a lot of rain, but they deliver what they say they will, provide the coverage areas as described, and the lawn looks good- at a fair price. Save on self-treating with big box store chemicals and give these folks a shot. At this price point, its really not much of a gamble.
