When I happened to check my files I could see I had the lawn cut service from Synergy for the last 7 years. Today I want to say I've been satisfied with their service. They are always on time to show up every week. Their works are always professionally done with a final blow-up to remove all derbies. John has been responded to my orders and questions in a timely manner. I'll definitely recommend his team to my neighbors and friends.
Thank you so much Synergy I would not be able to live in my house if it wasn't for them.I work very long hours leave for work at 5am and get home at 11pm so with them my front grass looks great. It's so nice to come home and it's done and looks good one less thing for me to do. They do a great job cutting and weed wack making the house look nice thank you again for all of your hard work.

I switched to Synergy Lawnscape during mid-summer. I was not satisfied with my current service. From my first phone call to the office the front desk assistant Tiffany was an absolute gem. She answered all of my questions and assured me that her team was happy to receive requests if I needed anything in particular. When the team came out to take care of my yard, they were so professional. It was a breath of fresh air. I didn’t need to request anything because they did everything out of the gate that I wanted. Billing is very transparent, and they have an online feature. I would 100% recommend them based off of the last two months of service.
Synergy was always a fair price for me, on time, and did a good job. I wish they would come out to Lake Orion. I moved this summer.
I am so incredibly grateful and pleased with Synergy Lawn Care company! They are the epitome of a phenomenal customer service vendor. We are dealing with so much at home. Illness being the chief concern for us and it has left our ability to keep up on household maintenance matters often lacking. On several occasions we have requested changes in schedule and this company has on each occasion, gone completely out of their way to help. They are meticulously flawless in the care of our yard. On one occasion we witnessed a new hire perform a task quickly and not exactly well. The team mate who had seniority spotted it immediately and jumped in to not yell or ridicule but actually, told him what the standard was then showed him then watched as the new hire performed the task again. They didn’t know we were watching. This is the definition of integrity. My yard is large and oddly shaped so it is a challenge to mow. Synergy is the first company that actually looks to make sure they didnt miss any spots. The other companies we have had in the past have always left odd mohawk lines which made the lawn look untidy. They are very timely and I love the auto pay so I do not have to worry about the payment. I would highly recommend them.
2023 Synergy Lawnscape does my weekly grounds maintenance. I hired the company to upgrade my front yard, and they did and admirable job. I am completely satisfied with the work that was done. Last summer I also had Synergy Lawnscape tear down as collapsing wood deck and replace it with a beautiful raised patio. I will continue with Synergy Lawnscape to maintain my front yard including the garden maintenance. 2024 My recent cleanup and yard work has been highly acceptable. The perennial plantings from last summers work are all coming back gorgeously, adding to the attractiveness of my street side frontage.
I have used synergy landscape for many years and they ve always been right on the money. They do a wonderful job and I never had any complaints.
I usually am very pleased with Synergy Lawn care but as of Tuesday of this week (5/14/2024) I was not pleased with how my lawn was left. It was cut shorter than usual, and the clippings were not mulched therefore they are sitting dormant on my lawn causing my lawn to look very dry. The clippings were not collected, mulched or even blow off the grass. I can only hope that when someone reads this not so pleasant review, it will be addressed. Thank you.
This was our first experience with Synenergy and it was wonderful. They did spring yard cleanup. It was done efficiently and the results were fantastic, clean, neat, and cautious of existing plants. Could not have asked for better.

Amazing good quality work and great office staff
Updating from ptrvious low rating (because it was hard to get in touch and schedule someone to come). Today Ron came to fix the pavers and her went over and beyond to fix and made it right. He was very professional and friendly. They do stand behind their work. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR TAKING CARE OF THE LOSE PAVERS. Will continue to do business with Synergy Lawnscape.

This is the worst company I have EVER dealt with! I hired them in May to put in a patio. They showed up at the beginning to dig a hole in the backyard and have not been back again to finish the job!! It is now late October. They don t return calls, they have $5000 of my money. Warning do not trust this company!!
