The technician was not only friendly but very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained today s service. He answered all my questions and helped me understand what today s service is going to do for our yard.

We have been TruGreen customers for the past 3 years with overall good success. However, two days ago, there was a significant incident that happened at our home due to negligence on behalf the the TruGreen employee. I reached out to them Monday afternoon requesting a call from a supervisor. I followed up Tuesday morning and was told no one would get back to me until it has been 48 hours. I was told to expect a call Wednesday morning. The customer service rep said they had no way of reaching anyone in person from my particular branch and I would just have to wait. I told them this was unacceptable, as it was a major issue, and I needed to speak to someone as soon as possible. I was basically apologized to for the inconvenience, but nothing could be done. It is an extremely poor business model to not have access to a supervisor when various staff are coming and going on your property. I feel all trust has been lost at this point and it only makes it worse that there is no way to reach anyone for days. I have never heard of such a thing!

Spoke with the crew about my lawn. They were very professional and very knowledgeable.

We have had Jason as our tree and shrub specialist for many years. He is an outstanding representative for TruGreen. Jason is friendly and knowledgeable. Yesterday I had a concern about a mountain laurel bush. Jason immediately knew what the problem was, allayed my fears and addressed the issue. My wife, Ginny, and I are retired teachers. We give Jason an A+.

I signed up for service last Saturday. However, I have not been able to physically talk with any TrueGreen representative since signing up. Every time I make a phone call, I get your headquarters automated answering message system, which does nothing to allow me to interact. When scheduling the day and time of my service, I need to know at least two days in advance when he or she is coming to my home, and whether it will be morning or afternoon, and a four-hour time window, (preferably a two-hour window) so I can plan my schedule and activities. All of my other service providers like Verizon, National Grid, Eversource, Visiting Nurse, plumbers, electricians, etc. allow me to speak with a representative to schedule a visit at least two days in advance within a two-hour window. I want to be present while the applications are being done. Like you, your customers are also busy people. We are sometimes home and sometimes away from home. To be a customer-centric company you need to allow interactive live voice-to-voice phone communications. Otherwise, you are a corporate-centric company focused on overly automated systems to maximize your profit at the expense of your customer satisfaction. I very much liked your technician, Kaigani Williamson, who came today. He was very professional and thorough. I give him a five-star rating. Because of your inability to talk by phone with your employees, I give TruGreen, at best, a two-star rating. To be a satisfied customer, I need to be able to talk to Michael Reed, your Franklin, MA service manager when necessary. I need to know Michaels phone number at the Franklin office so that on occasion, I can talk with him in a professional customer-vendor conversation and relationship. You owe this to your customers. If you do not provide me with Michaels phone number, I will consider stopping and canceling your service. Thank you very much for your professional response. Bob.

We use TruGreen for our lawn service and mosquito and tick service. Lawn service seems ok after 1st service BUT mosquito service has been a DISASTER. Prior to our service wed see the odd mosquito occasionally. However, the day after our first service and every day since, weve had a MOSQUITO INVASION on our patio rendering it absolutely unusable. There are literally thousands of mosquitos on our patio. I called to request a respray and was told resprays arent allowed in first week and would have to wait 9 days for next appointment. While not ideal, I accepted it. The following day, the situation got worse and I sent photos to TruGreen hoping they would move my appointment sooner. To my HORROR, they moved it back! Im now not getting a respray till May 23rd - 11 days after original spray. Ive reached out to TruGreen multiple times often to be told computers arent working or wait 48 business days for this to be escalated to a manager. Its a joke! Id love to speak to someone to get this resolved but seems impossible.

This is my first time dealing with TruGreen. The first visit last week the service person did our entire back yard which is 85 x 120 feet. Unfortunately he packed up before doing my front yard and pool area. I gave customer service a call and explained the situation. They told me they would send another service person to apply chemicals to the missed areas no problem and apologized for the error. Derek came today and did the application. Very good customer service response.

Their service was problematic. They were not responsive to our concerns. We cancelled 6 months ago and they continue to call and harass us to come back. I would recommend avoiding them.

We have attempted to talk to the Franklin Office about our Lawn care continuation and they never called us back. A Kind Young Man came to the door today and I asked to talk to a Manager to resolve the issues. He called and talked to his manager (KEVIN) and then handed me his phone. KEVIN REFUSED TO TALK TO ME and demanded that I hand the phone to the driver. Then DEMANDED that he turn off the SPEAKER. I am unsure as to what was said but the issue is now resolved. After 13 plus years, I have cancelled my lawn care through TRUGREEN. Very Unprofessional and when I called to talk to someone, I got transferred to JAMAICA..... I AM DONE....

TruGreen always arrives as scheduled. If I have a concern about a result of service, they never hesitate to come back to assess and address any issues. With that said, I feel I see more crabgrass than I should with this service. Also, I do not care for the constant phone calls looking to treat my shrubs and trees, because they are infested with this and that . I did have a local landscaper before TruGreen and that turned into a disaster. No disasters with TruGreen.

True Green has been a reliable, responsible resource for treating my lawn . Have been with them for 3 years my lawn has greatly improved.

Awful company! Sent so many spam emails over and over. I never signed up for TruGreen lawn care and got too many emails. Tried to block them, report them as junk email, unsubscribed from them and even emailed them to stop send me emails. They STILL are sending spam emails over and over. They have no respect. Horrible company!

Aeration and seeding done in October. No new growth in spring. Was told someone would come look at it. No one called or came. Only response was from 800 number saying they don t guarantee service. Been a customer for several years. Very disappointed in lack of professionalism and response. EDIT: Corporate office reached out to me and reimbursed me for the failed seeding. I also spoke with the technician who came to do weed control. I have always been satisfied and will continue since they responded and deserve another chance.

Thorough, helpful and knowledgeable. What more can you ask for. They arrived on time and performed the work as expected. They even spent the time to point out a large ant issue and the necessary steps to eliminate it. Im looking forward to the results of a nice green, weed free lawn.

We were completely misinformed from the very beginning regarding the services we were going to receive: 1. We were told they would be out every 6-7 weeks to treat, when in fact they were out 3-4 weeks in between treatments. 2. Grub control would be applied in the fall - They applied it last week with no notice - and automatically took the payment. 3. You will be notified 48 hours prior to treatment that they would be out - They have been out twice BOTH times no notice!! 4. While being taken by surprise our last visit with no notice and since they were just out 3 weeks ago, we called on Friday and inquired about pushing the payment until next week, since we didnt know they were coming back so soon and was not in our budget and they said yes no problem account has been noted, HOWEVER, they took the payment out that night not just for one treatment but for TWO!! When calling this morning, and voicing all my concerns and letting them know all the information that was provided was extremely misleading, they did not offer any sort of refund or apology until I asked to speak with a manager, even after that they only offered 50% back on the grub control that was done even though I was told they would not be applying that treatment until the Fall. Very unprofessional. If you do sign up with this company, make sure you get all details in writing with the sales person you are speaking with, as ours didnt seem to get anything correct!!!

Requested trugreen for insecticide, fungicide, and tree care. The guy who came Bruce was super knowledgeable and was even able to address our concerns with our cherry trees this year. He listed general concerns and suggestions on the receipt left at our door as well. Really happy with the service.

Beware. They charged me for a service that I have cancelled. They charged me $180 for a service that was never performed. Also I have clearly mentioned that they have to do a soil test before they do the first application as I was planning to do reseeding, but they just ignored my request and did the first application and just asked me wait for two weeks if I want to do reseeding. Never would trust them or recommend them to anyone. Gave them an opportunity for 6 years to see if they would do any better job, but they have degraded year after year.

I hired the company over the phone, and asked the person who came the first time, to talk to me and explain the process, they didnt, they just left the note, I called and talked to the manager, and he assured me that someone would come, they scheduled and the person didnt even show up, theres no communication with the customer. firt time came, did the job in 8 min, 25000 sq/ft front yeard. and I have camera, even not walk to see what the problem.

Beware of this company. Very poor customer service. I have been using them for the last couple years. The results have been ok. However, this year was some of the worst service I have seen from anyone. They started treating my lawn at the beginning of the season. It was just starting to look green. Then one day after a treatment I came home and there were huge brown spots all over the front and back lawns. I went from almost green to the worst lawn in the neighborhood in one day. I called customer service and after a couple phone calls, I was able to get an appointment for someone to come out and look at it. I called to confirm the appointment and it seemed they couldn t find my appointment. So, I went through the whole explanation again, and made another appointment. When they came they never came to the door. Just took pictures and left. I called the next day and asked for a manager. It took several phone calls and days to accomplish this. When he called back he just left a message. They called the issue a little mishap on thier end. It took me 3 or 4 days to get back in touch with him. He said the voicemail they have is unattended. I told him I was not happy with the service and I was horrified with my lawn. I asked him to refund me for the season as I had a dead lawn caused by thier mishap he told me they would refund me for the service that caused my lawn to be all burnt. (That should have been automatic) I asked to speak to his manager and he told me his manager was not available and I asked how I could get in touch with him. He said I could not. Here we are in the middle of July with a nasty looking lawn. And I have paid all season for nothing. I have sent this to the Better Business Bureau for hopefully a better resolution. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they do not know what they are doing and they have lousy customer service.

Just started to treat our lawn with Truegreen and the service was on time and very professional. Communication through text, email and the app was very helpful. Excited to see our lawn growing and all the weeds disappeared.

This is the 2nd year I have TruGreen for weed control. It was great the last year, but this year they didn t come back for over 2 months after the second service and they skipped the third treatment. It was a no show yesterday for the 4th scheduled service, and now they said it takes at least another 3 days just for the action of making a booking. The company they use to handle the calls this year has no customer service quality. They gave you a does-not-care attitude. At this point I just want to cancel my contract, get my money back and hire another company. Do yourself better and stay away from TruGreen!

Trugreen services are not the best quality and they apply minimum efforts on their lawn plans. What is even worse is their process to cancel the plan and services. It is uncoordinated, rude and obnoxious. After I cancelled the service in November, they send the technician in March and charged me for this service even though my account is cancelled. To make sure you pay for it they deploy a two times a day bot to call you and leave messages. What a way to make sure I ever come back as a customer. Never again.

Bruce is terrific! He took time in his busy service schedule to explain specifics about certain trees. It s unusual these days for a business to have a loyal employee who has been with them for I think he said 37 years! You can tell he s passionate about what he does. I was also impressed to hear his arborist credentials- at least one graduate degree in horticulture.

I am a brand, new customer, spent 10 years with a prior company, however, Trugreen came through with a price. It was actually less expensive, and their documentation is far superior. My tech today was professional, and seem to understand my lawns needs very well.

I booked this TruComplete service 2 weeks ago. My service date got rescheduled and cancelled and rescheduled and cancel 5 times and the lawn care service has still NOT been performed. I received a text yesterday that the specialist has arrived and another text 4 minutes later that the service has been completed. However, one of them came in and left a service ticket with a note that the lawn service could not be performed. Then, I got a bill immediately. I called in to cancel the service and I was told the bill will be removed from my account. The bill has NOT been removed. They took out the payment the next day immediately without any notice.

The front lawn is weeds free. On one side we have bald patches, and on the other side weeds are growing unchecked.

Gregory M was the best technician we ve ever had. He did a very thorough mosquito spraying for us. Never had a specialist take such a long time thoroughly spraying all areas the way Gregory did. Very pleased.

TruGreen service from Franklin MA is absolutely a joke. I terminated the service recently after 7 years. 1. The good Quite frankly, they were responsive if you complained. They then offered you a free service. I appreciated that but couldn t keep complaining. After complained 3 times, I had to call it quit. For any service I use, 3 is my magic number. 2. The bad Although they offered you a free service after you complained as mentioned above, the free service wouldn t really work. After 7 years with them, my lawn had quite some weeds especially near the street! Besides, they just did the applications routinely but didn t really care if your lawn had any problems for some reason such as mosses. I don t mind if they would charge me more for extra service if needed. Instead they seemed to be only interested in collecting money after applications but didn t care the result. 3. The ugly It s known that lawn care applications especially weed control should not be done in rain. But the serviceman from this office assigned to serve my lawn definitely had no work ethic and even did the weed control during a heavy rain. It s absolutely not acceptable to knowingly do something wrong. My lawn is nowhere near what it used to be 7 years ago. Enough is enough.

This is my second year under seasonal contract with Trugreen. The lawn looks the best it can be. They arrive when the say they will and leave you a report on paper and online. I will probably sign up again next year for the same lawn care program.

The technicians, Raheed & Kirmani, were couteous, knowledgable and professional. They overseeded and aerated my lawn and did a great job.

Ive had the same TruGreen guy come for several applications now. Hes very friendly, professional and is able to answer any questions I have about the lawn and the different applications. Not to mention my lawn looks good and healthy.

TruGreen is the worst in every aspect.. highly recommend not to use.

Im in Texas and the worst service ever. Please save yourself from the nightmare of working with these guys. The do not schedule the regular service unless you call, they cancel without notification and the so called technicians are the dumbest you can ever find. If you are in Texas please find someone local but stay far away from these guys. The customer service on the phone will sweet talk you until you actually see the work they do.

Compete scam. Called a year ago for a quote. Was in my opinion extremely high for what was offered so I decided not to use them and do it myself for 1/4 the price. The have halled me 3 times a week ever since. Calling as late as 9 pm. Had to block their number to get them to stop. Dont make the same mistake I did and get hounded for the next year by giving them your info. Look o.line amd you will see trugreens real reputation for ripping customers and shady sales tactics.

Excellent service

Not sure they are doing what they say they are doing to my lawn. We have asked them three times to let us know when they are there? They dont let us know anything. I arrived just in time to see a person walking back to a TruGreen Truck, and then look on my door handle to find a newly attached invoice in their little marketing hanger. I opened the invoice and to my shock saw that they claimed to have serviced my lawn. (Further they claimed to have rung my bell to discuss the service with me too, which is also not true, but not nearly as serious.) Prior to their arrival, I was staring out my window for nearly the hour because my computer faces in that direction AND SAW NO ONE STEP FOOT ON MY LAWN, front or back. Our lawn is a mess but they said they did what they say they do. I will wait 10 days to see if the weeds and stuff die. If not this service is a scam Avoid these folks at all costs. You have been warned.

First they went to the wrong house, next day didnt show up. Third day truck pulled up at 446 got text they arrived,448 hot text they could not do the application. Called to complain no satisfaction. Cancelled service. Obviously would not recommend them.

Disappointing changes in their service! I have been a Trugreen customer for probably over 20 years when it had a different name- Chemlawn. The lawn treatment has always been good and I appreciated that I did not have to put the treatment down on my lawn and could hire Trugreen to do this for me. However over the past couple of years I have noticed an increasing number of weeds in the lawn despite meticulous care that we have given our lawn over the years. I called Trugreen several times and emailed several times beginning on May 3. I notified them I had 1/3 of my lawn covered in weeds. I then contacted them seven more times and they finally came to treat my lawn on May 27. At one point they even told me don t worry the weeds will die in this heat! Needless to say, the weeds had already seeded and new weeds such as dandelions had grown and seeded by the time 22 days have passed before they treated the weeds from May 3! They call their service 911 service - I would definitely be dead by now if that were true!

My lawn has always been a bit tricky - too much sun, not enough good topsoil, weeds, bugs - you know the drill. I am not a lawn fanatic by any means, but mowing a dying lawn with the dirt flying all around your head is not a fun way to spend a Saturday afternoon. I have had several different lawn services in the past - but they either applied too much or too little fertilizer, or the wrong type, and the results were not good. This year TruGreen has done an excellent job - very focused and specific attention to the lawn which has yielded significant improvement. When I speak with the lawn care specialist, he is easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and looks at my lawn as a specific, unique situation, not just another lawn in a string of many.

I wanted to review their tree& shrub service which is not the same quality as their lawn care service. The technician comes and waits in his vehicle. In a few seconds we get a message that tree service is complete. First time that it happened, we were working from home so, we got confused because we saw the technician was just sitting in the vehicle. We went out to greet him. Thats when he got out and serviced our trees. But really really quickly. Second time, same thing. The technician just sits in the vehicle and sends a service completed text. We opened the garage to let him know we were home . Thats when he started the treatment. But again it was finished in literally few seconds. We paid for the services in advance. There is no sense of responsibility to deliver the service we entirely prepaid. Whats going on with the technicians ?

(mid-summer 2017 through fall 2018).Treatments work great (best lawn Ive ever had). Good value. Excellent communication. UPDATE: (summer 2019) I am now disappointed with the weed control. All sorts of weeds have been popping up through the season and a lot of moss. Nut grass has been a particular problem and the regular weed application doesnt kill it.The company has to come out and spray each weed of it so obviously they miss some. I still dont have a thick lawn (in May it looks great but after that it can be spotty) However, the company is always responsive and sends people back to re-apply at no extra charge.UPDATE: (summer 2020) I continue to to be less than satisfied with lawn service. Weed-killer applications are not entirely effective and scheduling has been a problem - people come out when not scheduled and when scheduled people dont come. It is very difficult to speak with a live person to straighten things out. But, I continue to be happy (so far) with the tree/shrub treatment service which I have had since spring of 2018) ..UPDATE (summer 2022). Technician for this third or fourth lawn treatment was awful. I left a large sandwich-board size sign(visible from the street) in the driveway(which is my front walk from the street ) saying Please ring bell before doing any service. I see him out in the yard doing service. I go out to ask didnt you see my sign. He says no, I came in from the side. He continues doing the spray. I put my hands up saying stop, stop and his reply I dont have time to stop and continued spraying without even looking at me. I never should have let myself be sweet-talked last winter into signing up again. All phone numbers for this company lead you to the same place and you cant speak directly to the local franchise manager if you have a concern.( I believe my franchise is Franklin, MA.). I give 2-stars(rather than 0) because the technician who does the tree/ shrub service is always the same guy and is very very nice, and for the lawn if you want them to come back for a re-application (because application didnt produce results) they do.

They gave me a price quote for my 16,000 square-foot yard of $1200 to over seed and aerate. I told them they were crazy went to a local landscaper he did it for $375. They need to reevaluate their pricing

I have been a customer for three years and each year I complain that their weed treatments are not effective. More types of weeds and more of each type appear throughout my lawn. When I called to complain. I was told that it takes time for weeds to die. I wish ghettos were true. Not only are they not killed, they spread through-out the lawn. The tree and shrub service tech was at my property for about 5 minutes from arrival to departure.We recently had aeration and overseeding, service. The over seeding was fine but the aeration was superficial , literally, the ground was hardly penetrated. Last year I complained and they came back. I was leaving the area for a few months so I decided it wasn t worth the aggravation I would not rate them 5 stars. A score of 3 and a half would be more accurate.

Service out of Plymouth has degraded over the past couple of years. They are always behind schedule in applying fertilizer. Every time I check when they re coming out it moves out another week. Worst of all was last year when I was home and watched the tech do about 5 strips of my lawn. And was leaving. I went outside and approached him and the story was ridiculous. He said he did it and I have video on the property so there s no question that he didn t I said you didn t do the back yard and he said oh that s your property . My property takes at east 30 minutes and he was done in 12 minutes. Really? Why I still continue with them I didn t know.

since we moved to a more rural location, their service has deteriorated and has become spotty and inconsistent yet they still insist that it will get better.

At least the second time the technician left the gate to my yard open. This morning came outside to my dogs almost being hit by cars! Immediately called and cancelled. Who leaves gates open in this day & age ?? Come on people. There is no excuse for mistakes like this.

Great service with great results every year. TruGreen was extremely responsive when I reported a specific weed concern that happened last year. TruGreen sent experts immediately to identify and treat the problem at no cost before it becomes a problem later in the season.

Its beyond horrible! Do not under any circumstances use their services. When I booked my services with this company, in 2019 I paid for aeration and seeding and other applications, the technician that came to my property used his phone the entire time as he walked once or twice on my front lawn completely ignoring the side and back of the house. I called right away and notified company that I watched his employer through my window, a service that cost $600 not be performed. After many complaints I was reassured that they would redo on the following fall, it was not done just as the first time. After many call and complaints I spoke with a manager today, 05/17/2021 that a refund will not be applied even thou the service was not delivered. Horrible customer service and unreliable! Please be aware as I trust their reputation and I have been ignored and pushed away for about 2 years.

The grass looks great. It has never looked so green. Had weed problem two years ago but weeds are no longer a problem.

I recently had an issue with some weeds. I left some less positive feedback and was contact that day by TruGreen. They treated my yard the next day and a mgr cam out to my property to assess. He then sent me a personalized and detailed email about what the next steps where. Very impressed with your customer service after i had an issue and complaint. Thank you!

Corporate CSR sold me a bill of goods.Said they treated for ants in the lawn. Tech came out to spray for mosquito and tick. He said they do not treat for ants in the lawn. The CSR tried to sell me mosquito and tick program to boot.

Never shows up when scheduled, always have to call would never use. Them again poor customer service

We used TruGreen for the first time this year to address problems we ve had with weeds in the past. We were assured the weeds would be eliminated with the Tru Green service. Despite multiple calls into customer support our grass doesn t look any better than it has in prior years.

I decided to give these guys a shot. Not only did they ruin my lawn, but never showed up on time, requested to speak to supervisor they never called, and did not show up 3 days in a row after they said they would comeback to fix my lawn. I fired them. If anyone is considering going to tru green please think twice. They are unprofessional. I honestly dont understand how they can run a business this way so sad.

Wow, Im kicking myself for ever switching lawn care services last year. This April started fine with a late April application (4/24). Then I waited...and waited. Finally I called their Support line and was told my next application was coming up in about a week (6/22); almost a full two months later. After speaking to several friends who also use TruGreen, every one of them said they were already on their 3rd application at that time. Afterwards I spoke to three people from the organization and all had a different answer as to why they missed the the May application. Not reassuring for a new customer. The service tech that did the 6/22 application said that because nothing was put down in May I might expect to see more weeds than normal, but he assured me that TruGreen offered free spot treatments and told me not to hesitate to use the service. In other words youre screwed for the season but well make an attempt. When calling to schedule the spot treatment 2+ weeks later (still had plenty of clover and crabgrass coming in) the call center service rep. was fantastic. Apologetic and eager to help. I wish I remembered her name, but kudos to her. She was great. My service was scheduled for 7/15 between 11am and 4pm. Well, 7/15 came and by 4pm no specialist. Around 4:30 I decided to call and inquire if he was still coming. Figuring he was just backed up I wasnt all that concerned that he was late. The call center rep assured me that he was still planning to come. Super. At 5:50 I received their On Their Way email and went to their View Live Map on their app. to see how far away he was. The map stated that he was at my house that very minute!....Great! I had been working in the backyard and ran around front to go speak to him. The problem was he was nowhere to be found. I hung out front for a few minutes to see if hed show, but nothing.... At 5:57 I get an email stating that hes all done with the treatment and asking me to rate his service. Wait, what? I had been outside in the yard all day and can 100% guarantee that this service tech never treated my lawn. Now I can deal with late or missed appointments, that stuff is going to happen. But to not get an honest answer as to why my treatment was missed, and then outright lying about servicing a lawn; thats where you have to draw the line. Im not sure whos accountable for the Franklin office, but if TruGreen Franklin was a college sport team Im sure they would be cited for lack of institutional control. So much for this season....

DO NOT USE TRUEGREEN! We signed up a very extensive program. They have been out 4 times and my yard is filled with weeds. When I contacted them to discuss, the person indicated there regular route staff dont have enough time to spot treat the weeds and in the heat, there isnt much they can do, they will die off when the heat comes down. They offered to spot treat, but what have they been doing the last 4 months? I called to speak with someone and I get an agent working who knows where, and they will not let you speak with a supervisor. DO NOT USE TRUEGREEN, they dont do what they promise when you sign up!

Our lawn looks horrible. When you call them up they make excuses including the heat. I have a ton of weeds and moss. Plus we had signed up for the mosquito service and at night, we still get bitten the same as before. When you call to speak to them, they blow you off. DO NOT USE TRUGREEN.

Horrible! Stay away. My beautiful lawn was fertilizer burned about 75%. After calling to get rectified, the manager shows up 3 weeks later claiming he will fix it and sprayed something that made it worse and said he would splice and reseed and never came back. I called to complain again and was told they were showing up over the weekend. This company is a disgrace. Please stay away.

My recommendation is to stay FAR away from TruGreen. I was using the TruGreen out of Franklin, MA. They love to charge you for services that are not clearly stated upfront. Our lawn is the worst looking lawn on the street. Seriously, not one of our neighbors would ask who we are using for fertilization. We gave them a chance and now are paying the consequences as we try to restore our lawn.

I have used TrueGreen Lawn Care for a number of years and appreciate their willingness to listen to concerns if any appear.

Pretty poor service..they didnt even show up for 2 months and then all of a sudden they were back...all done with that.

They are in constant contact with us concerning appointments, concerns, questions, etc. We had a widespread weed issue that they continued to work on until it was eradicated. Their representatives are quite personable and appear to be knowledgeable about their products.

Very helpful in correcting an insect disaster.I had a terribly destructive bug eat my lawn before it was caught. After calling trugreen about it, since they were the company taking care of it, they sent out Charles Oconnell.After inspecting the damage, charlie did everything possible have it restored. He had the bugs sprayed and killed. He then placed an order so that trugreen would send a crew to aerate and oversees this fall. He further placed an order in my file to have seeding done in spring at no cost.He has been responsive and responsible every time I called or texted.If there is a better customer service supervisor out there, I have yet to meet them.I know if there are still problems next spring he will see to it they are immediately remedied.

If you want to advertise your business, advise to do it a socially and environmentally responsible way. Stop littering the neighborhood with your signs, i have to pick your signs once or twice a month from my yard and street.

Id like to thank TruGreen, I was on the fence at first, but figured what would I have to lose, therefore I am happy to say I am glad I made the best choice!TruGreen comes on time, they provide appointment reminders, and most important my grass is greener than its ever been in a long time. The grass looks plusher and healthier, I also have the mosquito and tick service which has proven to reduce the nuisance, I also have the tree/shrub service, and the fall seeding. I will continue to use their services, prices are competitive and were able to beat other prices from local competitors.Thanks, TruGreen

Your trucks, should not be vibrating to the point the entire nieborhood knows it is there. Fix your vecheals, maybe youll get better reviews.
