TKT Lawn Service in Franklin

We bought a house and the irrigation system was installed by them. When I called multiple times for an intervention they never answer or call me back to acknowledge my phone calls. Suddenly, one day, the technician showed up unexpectedly. Thank goodness I haven’t been served by another technician from another company, otherwise I would have been charged twice! After a month I received an invoice and when called the number to ask who the company was, the very super rude woman basically said I had to just pay the bill and don’t ask questions or give them any feedback. This was the was they work, they don’t call customers back to let them know when and if a technician will go to fix your system. Unbelievable rude and unprofessional, the worst customer service I have ever experienced

When we purchased our home in 2020, the previous owners had been using TKT for irrigation services and sent their info to us. We've used them for the past three years, but have been dissatisfied with their response time and communication. It wasn't until this past spring irrigation start-up that we decided to change companies; after contacting them multiple times trying to get them out to our home, they finally came (no notice) and supposedly turned our irrigation system on. However, when I went to check it, there was a digital reading that our main valve was disconnected. Finally called another company (Nashville Irrigation & Lighting) and had them come out. Turns out we needed the valve replaced along with multiple nozzles. They either didn't notice or look, nor communicated along the way. Super disappointed in TKT, and won't be returning for future services.

We've been using TKT for our landscaping needs for a few years now and they do great work, would definitely recommend.

I love working with TKT for all my landscape and irrigation needs. Had both major and minor jobs done and quality is excellent. I love supporting a local business as well.
