We are shocked by the increased level of Service and the enhanced condition of our lawn since switching 2 years ago. This Fall when The Turf Doctor applied our Fertilizer it burned an area of our grass. I called to see if I could do something now or in the spring for that area. I was not expecting or even asking that The Turf Doctor come out at that time as I knew they were busy doing other lawns. Not only did they call but they came out the very next day and dug out the burned area and then reseeded with fresh soil. This is customer support above and beyond anything I expected, and I highly recommend you consider their Service.

The local Turf Doctor specialist who usually performs the work on my lawn, Mr. Kyle Grider, has done an outstanding job on each service visit from aeration and overseeing to more routine procedures such as fertilizing and weed control. If you want to quit worrying about your grass, when to aerate, when to fertilize , when to pre-herbicide…call The Turf Doctor. These guys are college-educated…degree from Miss State…worked at country clubs like Belle Meade, Richland, etc and they know their stuff. They are polite, respectful, show up on time, have excellent on-line communications (weather delays), have an easy billing system and most importantly, they answer the phone! They call you back the same day. They show up to discuss and fix any concern a customer has. We’ve used them for at least 6 years and our yard looks great!!!
