I have had Lawnwise service my lawn for many years. Shanoah Southerland has always been responsive and professional, all my interactions with her have made me smile:). Few companies invest in customer-facing advocates that interface with customers and CARE. As a secondary point, my lawn is thriving.

JP and Farah did a great job.They were very efficient and took time to make sure all lawn area were covered. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

Communicative, responsive, knowledgable, fair pricing. Customer service is the key in a competitive business, and these people are excellent. Six years in, I have the best yard on the block - except for all the other lawns that LawnWise handles :)

I have had LawnWise for a year, after moving on from Turf Masters. Both my front and back lawns look very good. I had an experience that caused me to want to write a review. I had trimmed the edges of my lawn near the driveway, and somehow, this caused weeds to appear all along the edges of the driveway. Matthew B. showed up today to do the weed spraying. He called in advance, so I was ready to talk to him when he arrived. I explained the problem, he looked carefully at the weeds, identifying them by name. He said what I am spraying today will get rid of all these. He had a lot of patience with me showing him the weeds, and he also avoided spraying near my bird feeders. Im delighted, and recommend LawnWise. 2024 update: I had an opportunity to schedule an aerate and seed with Shanoah S., the Director of Administration. Shanoah is very responsive and courteous. She communicates extremely clearly, and answered all my questions quickly and comprehensively. With other companies, I sometimes had to wait a long time to get things organized, but not with Lawnwise.

I have one of the best lawns in the neighborhood thanks to these guys!

They are always on time, with good rates, and my lawn looks better than ever. And their office staff was super helpful and gracious when we had some confusion with my account and the services on my property. They got it all figured out quickly and all is well!

Dillon and Joey stopped by today to do aeration and overseeding. I was their last stop but they were not rushed. They covered my entire job and did an AWESOME job. They also asked me if I had any questions about lawn care afterwards. These two are great representatives of LawnWise.

I have been beyond pleased with the service I have received from Lawnwise. They were highly recommended to me by my neighbor and I have been so impressed with how they were able to turn my lawn around in 1 year. They have lawn care down to a science. Additionally, I have emailed them a couple different times about additional items I needed help with or rescheduling an overseeding time etc and I consistently receive a prompt (usually within an hour or so) and helpful response -- even if it is to give me the name of a different business better suited to address my need. Id give them 10 stars if that were an option! Thanks Jon!!! update Sept 2024: I needed to change the dates for my aeration and overseeding and sent an email to Lawnwise over the weekend. I was so pleasantly surprised to get a response within an hour on a SATURDAY from Shanoah. She was gracious and accomodating and responded promptly several times over the course of the weekend. This company has been professional and helpful every time I have worked with them, and this level of customer service is unique. Cant recommend them enough!!

Wonderful Customer Service provided by one of their techs (Sara). She went above and beyond to explain to me the issues I was having and was very friendly. That alone would push me to recommend LawnWise for your yards!

I would not recommend this company. People on customer service are very rude and don t listens to any customer opinions/complains. Technicians dont treat backyards and when you tell customer service then dont agree even you have your security camera recordings. They don t inform in advance that they will be coming to treat lawn even after asking to signup for text notifications. I dont see people are honest and professional in this company. Lawn care is not that great as well. Don t expect it will get rid of weed in your entire lawn. Stay away from this company and dont get impressed with other positive reviews. :)

Lawnwise is an excellent service - I utilize them for lawn care and also pest control services. Today, Dillion, went above and beyond his service call duties. While I was away from home, he called and informed me that our dog was in the backyard and he couldn t lay down pest control with him there. He offered to put him up and continue with the service! Our lawn looks so beautiful since working with LawnWise for the past three years. If I need to call the office Shanoa is friendly and super helpful. Last week JP did the usual lawn treatment and was so knowledgeable. He allayed my fear about a certain weed that only dies with sunshine so we are right on course. Malik came yesterday to do the fungal treatment. He let me know why he was here and had the biggest smile. He was so engaging and I could tell he truly cared about doing his best for us. The entire team at LawnWise is amazing and are genuinely concerned about the health of our lawn. I have used a few other companies in the past and LawnWise is far superior to them all.

I have used LawnWise for a couple of years now after being adamant about doing my own yard. I take pride in my yard and garden area but I simply would not be able to get it to look as good as it does on my own without a ton of work. LawnWise has lawn maintenance down for Middle TN! The office staff, Megan & Shanoah, are always so courteous when I call with a question and super prompt if I email. The technicians are personable and professional as well. I have been so happy with this company as a whole and would highly recommend them.

My lawn has been neglected for two years due to surgeries. I contracted lawn wise to kill the weeds so I might reseed late fall. Lawn wise can t seem to kill my weeds. My last contact I was told to plant more grass to help choke out weeds.

Things are always done quick and efficiently. Techs did a great job. Sales Rep are amazing and they care about their customers as much as the lawn. I would recommend Lawnwise to anyone looking for lawn care. Lawnwise has great prices.

We had some issues with our initial application due to the layout of our yard and fences. Megan and Shanoah were amazing in helping take the time to fix the issue to insure we received the proper care for our yard. My lawn has never been green . It feels like they are so afraid of turf disease that I never get enough fertilizer to actually thicken my lawn or get nice green color. Weed control is effective for normal weeds but no different than anyone else the good grassy weed control is gone. I have perennials. I feel like all I m paying for is kinda green grass and still have grassy weeds. Getting ready to switch..

Door to door salesman keep coming to our door and ringing the doorbell. It s waking up our baby. I ve called and told them face to face multiple times to stop coming by the house.

Three stars for showing up. As far as their services, it is a waste of money. Their seeding did nothing, still weird patchy grass that doesnt look even.

Lawnwise has taken care of my yard for the last few years. They do a fantastic job and their products work perfectly. My yard is usually the best looking on my street. They do have one Technician named Sara Shapovalov, that is absolutely amazing. She made sure every square inch of my year was treated and that any spots that looked rough or had the start of weeds were treated. Great job Sara!

Last year I signed up for their services after a friend of mine in Franklin, TN recommend them I had nothing but issues with my lawn. The customer service was the worst when I called it. The attitudes and entitlement their employees have is absurd. I paid around 1k for yearly services and I had to call back consistently because they treatment s were not working. The manager then blamed lack of water, I told him I have an irrigation system then he stated he would come out and take a look him self and never did. I asked to know about my soil Ph because when I signed up I was told they would take samples but when asking for it they could not provide it and said they go off of what s common in the area. Last fall I talked with the the manager stating that I ve had so many issues I will not be using their services next year and he said he understood but would make it right if I did. I called this morning and spoke with a lady that was extremely rude and condescending on the phone. I explained my conversation with the manager last fall and she could have cared less and stated she ll cancel the services moving forward. She stated I initially signed up in April and it would renew in April but then told me she did not say that and that they don t do contracts but customers buy yearly services. So they have been coming to my houses unknowingly to do treatments and sent me a bill. When I asked about it renewing in April she didn t have much to say and got an attitude again. I can only speak on my experience from the Murfreesboro area but I would not recommend them.

We recently signed up to have Lawnwise provide fertilizer/weed control. After the first treatment, weeds are almost completely gone. It will be a process to get our yard in shape because of having an empty lot next door for over 3 years. But we just had our second treatment and are optimistic we ll have an increasingly healthy lawn as the service continues. Jon Ray, JP, and Calvin are knowledgeable , courteous and efficient. Very happy we finally made the decision to stop trying to DIY our yard, and leave it to the professionals!

Have used Lawnwise for a couple of seasons. They do what they say they will do at a reasonable price, but that should be the standard for every company. The difference is, they also respond promptly to special requests and inquiries. And, they do a professional job, every visit - we have cameras. Contacted 2 other similar companies when we selected LawnWise. Glad we did.

Technician rude and argumentative. Will stop using service. Lawn in one spot has an issue and can not get any knowledgeable answers. Have used them two summers and this year yard has not done well, would not recommend this company.

The service they provide, and Jons promptness in response to questions and requests, is genuinely amazing, especially these days, when its difficult to even get a call back from a service provider or contractor in less than a week. Lawnwise is the hands down best in Nashville. Fantastic workers- great products- and consistant. JP is our tech- he is great, Calls before arrival. He is always on time! I highly recommend LawnWise for lawncare needs. We have used them for 2+ years and find them to be much better than the large franchise companies. They have been very responsive when I have issues or questions with the weed control. I like the emailed report of the services provided along with any issues they notice requiring additional attention. Also, these last two years have been very challenging for lawns with heat and infrequent rain. Their services have helped my lawn cope and it looks much better each year.

At our previous residence, I had used two well-known service providers and was incredibly disappointed with the quality of their service. After a few years in our new place, I decided to try again to find someone who could help us grow grass and manage weeds in a yard with a lot of shade and some rocky soil. Lawnwise has exceeded my expectations on both counts. Their team is extremely professional, knowledgeable and conscientious. They are more than willing to come out and address any areas of concern between treatments and are great about sharing their expertise. I cannot recommend them enough.

We initially contacted Lawnwise because every time I had lawn envy when I would go for walks, inevitably the house had a Lawnwise sign in the yard. I have not been disappointed. After almost two decades of neglect, our lawn is starting to look like a lawn again. Their pricing is very reasonable, their staff is knowledgeable and professional, and, while our lawn had a lot to recover from, our grass is looking fuller and healthier all the time. Grass is even growing in places where we have never been able grow it before! I highly recommend this company. :)

Came home today with a flyer left on my doorstep after the salesman clearly did not see the driveway is marked with no trespassing and no soliciting signs. He proceeded to continue to my front door and then seen at my front door again marked no soliciting and then threw a flyer down on my porch littering. I do have this all on video and then he Walked thru my yard back to his car in the driveway. If he was any sort lawn person guru he would know that you shouldn t walk thru someone s lawn after they spent thousands of dollars doing a fall renovation last year. I use only top of the line products because I m a LAWN CARE NUT!

My experience with this company was not good. After almost a year of service, my front yard is full of weeds. I would not recommend them if you are looking for a weed control company. They can t control weeds. And It s expensive.

May 2021 My my my In college I has a physics professor, professor Lewis, he would try and make life lessons about physics. One day he explained the concept of the expression the grass is always greener... We talked about shadows and light refractory and perception of color. Well, let me tell you Professor Lewis never met the LawnWise folks. In like the other guys with Green in the name, as if that will impart a color change. With them you pay for treatments, with LawnWise you pay for results. I tried for years to get and keep a nice lawn. Then I got help, the other guys came out and treated. After a couple of years, they would say, it is the shade, it is my dog, it is (fill in the blank). Treatment after treatment Then I found LawnWise, my yard has never looked nicer. They are print and courteous. They don t sell chemicals or treatments, they sell results. Looking out my window, my yard is actually GREENER than my neighbor ( sorry Professor Lewis ) So if you want a yard that is truly green and luscious, give them a call. You will be glad you did. A combination proper watering and using LawnWise, helped transform our yard from an eyesore to one with very few weeds. I m honestly blown away by this company. I got quotes from Lawn Wise and 3 other large chains. It took weeks to get them from the other companies and was told once I decided they could come out in a few weeks. Y all- I reached out to Lawn Wise On a Wednesday night, got everything sent to me and setup on Thursday and they came on Friday and performed the service! Their prices are great! The communication is phenomenal. I worked with Jon and he is super on top of everything. Exactly what I needed while trying to get this completed while working from home as a nurse. Courtney was my tech and even took care to put things i accidentally left in the backyard on the patio for me. Highly recommended!

I used to have true Green and my yard looked great, but one year they hired a high schooler and he sprayed my herb garden amongst other things and they started making little mistakes that made me want to support local business. Lawnwise had maintained great yards in my neighborhood, so I switched. Maybe its just my bad luck but I used them all of last year and the beginning of this year and have never had more issues with my lawn, even when I cared for it myself. Nut sedge invasions, goose grass, spotty random weeds...with phone calls to technicians to follow up and the weeds got even worse after they spot treated it. I went out and bought sedge killer myself and took care of it and it worked. Paid for them to do my parents yard which took care of the weeds, but gave them the reseeding job and very sparse growth. Figured it would be fair to see how they start this year out and not only did I spend 2 hours this morning hand pulling weeds, but the last time a technician came out he never rang the doorbell, never followed up and even sprayed the dog toys in my backyard without even moving them out of the way... And I always request a lawnwise sign in the backyard because my kids play outside and want warning when the baby sitter is over. 2 weeks ago the manager called and said they really dropped the ball and he apologized thoroughly. They didnt charge me for my last two applications, which I appreciate. However there has been no follow-up since and its been quiet the last couple of weeks so I will be switching lawn companies. Im giving a star because the payment portal is a really nice system and Shenoa at the office does an excellent job managing accounts and providing service. Again, a lot of yards in the neighborhood have excellent lawns with lawn wise, so its possible they may do an excellent job for you ...but certainly did not for me.

LawnWise is by far the best lawn chemical company in middle Tennessee. I have tried all of the lawn chemicals places over the years and none of them match the service and quality of the team at LawnWise. JP takes care of yard and he goes above and beyond to make sure my lawn makes all the neighbors jealous! I get an email each time he comes to the house detailing the service he completed. This is the only company that consistently send the same technician to you house every time. I think JP takes a lot of personal pride in my lawn. Review are reviews. The magic is in the results. These folks are GREAT!!! And we are lucky to have JP as our tech. He does an amazing job. Our lawn has never, I mean never, looked this good - and believe me, we have tried. Use these folks!

They have a horribly rude customer service person working for them. I almost didnt use them to begin with because of how rude she was before I even scheduled. We worked it out and I went ahead and booked the service. They seeded my lawn and all was well until a couple of months later and everything died. I called to see if i could schedule additional services and the same lady was terribly rude again for no reason. I wont be using them again until they have staff who arent rude at every interaction.

LawnWise has done prompt and professional service all year. Jethro aerated and seeded this week, and he hand-racked and seeded difficult areas. That is not something done by the previous lawn care company we used. Most appreciative to Jethro and the other techs.

Im giving the company a two star because I think they did okay for a few months. My last serving was unacceptable for any company. I wont go in to details, because it may have been a one-off issue that has been corrected. If you use them, make sure you are home while they treat your yard.

First time using LawnWise and was very impressed with their application process. Jean-Paul was my technician, he was very understanding of a bush problem I have. He truly is an asset to LawnWise and hope he stays my Tech.

If I could rate them 0 , I would. Everything started off fine and the service was acceptable. Towards the end of the season when it came time to aerate fertilize and feed things went south very quickly. I was billed for services that did not happen! I spent a month $300 watering because I trusted them to do what they said they did. No new grass ever came up because they did not seed! They just billed me anyway and insisted they had done the work. Buyer beware!

After reviewing feedback on multiple companies , I contacted LawnWise based on their customer feedback. I was impressed with their professionalism and punctuality! After my initial call, someone was on-site within 30min to evaluate our situation and offer a recommendation. They were knowledgeable, very down-to-earth and, even though I had inquired about aeration and seeding in the spring, they talked me out of it and encouraged me to do some more cost-effective treatments over the spring and summer and reevaluate on the fall. No up-sell on things I didn t need and very professional!

Ive been a LawnWise customer for about 2 years now. My lawn is in a totally different state than it was 2 years ago. Theyve been great to work with, always professional, always friendly. Yesterday Gabe (the tech who came to service) went out of his way to leave me with some extra seed for the mole hills that pop up from time to time and we had a very pleasant chat as he explained I thought this was a fantastic display of customer-centricity!

I can t speak highly enough of LawnWise. I did a lot of research on companies before selecting one and found that they had the best prices and best reviews. Our grass was so bad when we called them- nothing I did seemed to work on it, so we didn t know if there was anything that they could do to help. JP (our tech) is a rockstar. We now have some of the most beautiful, thick, green grass in the neighborhood. After every treatment, he sends us an update on what our grass needed and how he treated it. The first picture is our lawn vs. our neighbors over the winter. Yes- it was that green over the winter!!! The 2nd picture is our grass today. The area shown used to be mostly dirt. Not anymore :)

Thank you so much for Mr. Carlos Dunn. He serviced my yard on 8/5, and asked how long have I been receiving treatments. When I told him Ive had about 4 or 5 he stated that I a lot of crab grass. As he walked my yard with the back pack, I told him that he was the 1st Ive seen use this method. He explained that with the number of treatments, I shouldnt have so much crabgrass and that I should probably have a service call in a couple of weeks to follow up. We bought our house last year with a lawn that was half grass and half weeds and now after last summer and this summer, we are the envy of the neighborhood! Lawnwise performed weed control and brown patch fungicide. When we had to call for whatever reason, they were always polite and willing to please. Lawnwise is always quick to reply! My place had been vacant for 2.5 years and the mosquitos were something else! Since it is a big yard we also had flea/ticks done just in case! After a big rain the mosquitos were a nuisance again and they came right out the next morning, can t beat that!

I have been using Lawnwise for the last two years and my yard has never looked this good. Our lawn was recently aeriated and seeded. Two days later it rained so hard I was afraid most of the seed had washed away. They sent a tech out a few weeks later to check the grass coverage. He was great, offered to spread more grass seed in places that were thin. I will continue to use this company for my lawn.

I have only had lawnmowers for a few months and they ve done better than other companies did in a year. I also used them for aeration and seating and they were great. Took their time and cared for the yard. As a result, grass grew all over the yard, not just out of a few holes :) I also put down some Pete Moss which I know helped but they landed me extra seed for free to mix in with the Pete Moss. Great company

After trying another service but mostly doing things myself, I tried LawnWise. We have Bermuda and planted some new Zoysia in the front yard. We needed some big time weed killing as well as better fertilizing. Our grass was way too thin. Jon Ray came to the house and recommended treatment for our yard. Weve had 6 treatments this year and the results have been amazing. JP is our service technician and he is very friendly and answers my questions. Hardly any weeds now and the grass is lush and thick!

Our grass looks great since Lawnwise has been providing our service. JP does a great job and I appreciate that he lets me know before he starts so we can get the dogs out or wait for the treatment to dry.

I recently moved to the area and bought a home with severe lawn issues. With over an acre of weeds, I had no idea what to do. My neighbor recommended I call LawnWise to clean up my messy lawn. Last summer, after 12 years with a national lawn care company and a still-lousy lawn, we decided to make the switch. We interviewed several lawn care companies, checked out the properties that they serve, spoke to their clients, and chose LawnWise. Now my grass looks better than it ever has. It is lush and green, the patches that have been there for years under trees are filled in, the weeds are decreasing, and we could not be happier. The Lawnwise team is responsive, understood what I was looking for, and delivered great results. They have treated the lawn several times, but the big difference was the aeration and over seeding in the fall. I believe they use more seed than their competitors, and the results show it. We hired LawnWise to take care of our lawn in Franklin earlier this year, after some less than satisfactory experiences with several other national law care services. LawnWise started with a thorough aeration and overseeding, and have made subsequent trips to fertilize and provide weed control. In four months, our lawn looks better than it ever has. In Spring of 2018 I began using Lawnwise. Prior to this I had used a National Company with no results, and horrible customer service. One year later my yard showed NO improvement. After a Google search I found Lawnwise and noticed it was a local company. After reading their reviews I decided to give them a try. The Tech that showed up was very patient and explained in great detail what would happen during the year. In short, he made sure that I understood that this first season the yard would look much worse as treatment began due to all the weeds in the yard, and just the lack of grass. He also advised me that come Fall, Lawnwise would aerate my lawn and seed it with Fescue and that come Spring I would see a drastic difference. So in good faith I paid for the entire year to include aeration and seeding. Spring 2019: What an amazing difference ! Everything the Tech told me was spot on. The weeds are now gone, the Fescue grass has really taken off and growning in thick and really green. I had to start mowing the lawn in March of this year... lol My lawn has never looked this good. Lawnwise kept every promise they made. I made a couple of calls during the season to their office with questions and concerns and they always called me back promptly and addressed all my questions and took the time to explain things.
