Landmark does my weekly yard care and also my big projects like fence rows and ditches. Great to work with!

It took weeks of "touching base" to get them out every time I first made contact about our irrigation system. Tyler even told me that they had been out once when they had not. He never responded back after that, so we went another route and saved a lot of money in the process. The company I reached out to came out the following day and took care of everything. Great relief and great to have an honest, reliable service. I don't know what the problem was, but I'm glad I won't be dealing with it any longer.

My lawnmower broke last year and it was a blessing in disguise. My yard looks amazing, much better than I could ever do. They mow and trim and I had them remove some bushes last year too. Great service at a great price. I'm not planning to buy another lawnmower. :)

My RR tie retaining wall collapsed during the flood in Franklin. I had broken ties and mud all over my driveway. I called Tyler and the next day the damage was fixed! Looks like new. I highly recommend this company.

Landmark has been taking care of my yard for the last coupe of years and they are a major improvement over my previous company. They specialize in making yards stand out from others by training the lawn to "stripe". My yard looks fantastic. They also possess a serious attention to detail that's really important to the more formal parts of my yard.
