I hired Brad’s Lawn Maintenance to remove overgrown shrubs and other debris from around a home I just purchased. The previous owners had let bushes and other shrubbery over grow making the home look shabby. Additionally, the owners had stacked up fire wood and other items against the house and other out buildings. Brad took it all away. And, he took care of some Helene storm damage debris that wasn’t on the property during the original job walk-through. There is no doubt that I’ll be having Brad back for more work. Thanks Brad for a job well done.

Genuine care is the thing that comes to mind most for me. I have cycled through a myriad of different landscapers over the last 3 years and none have come close to what Brad has done in the handful of weeks since he's started taking care of our property. He's extremely professional, easy to communicate with, punctual, hard working, fairly priced, knowledgeable, and he cares for my property as if it were his own. He's genuine in what he does and you can tell he isn't showing up just to get a paycheck, he's passionate and shows true care of our entire property. I would recommend him to absolutely anyone I know. I look forward to continuing to work with him!
Brad was punctual and professional. We purchased a home in Otto and received Brad’s number from our neighbors that used his services. They spoke highly of him and his company. Brad came out immediately, I explained we had an Aussie that needed exercise regularly and our grass was severely over grown. He not only worked us into his schedule immediately, but did it for a cost that was more than fair. The job was professionally done and thankfully we are now on his service schedule. Our yard now looks amazing.

Brad came over and said he would start the job in couple of months. I called him, texted him inquiring about when he would start. Never heard back from him. Sadly, I have to leave a negative review for him due to his unreliability.
Showed up almost 2 week later than was scheduled, his price is almost 3x what i get it done for now

Brad and his team always answers our calls. His crew comes out quickly and gets the job done in a timely manner. He came and cleaned up our commercial lot in Franklin, NC and we re hoping to use him for future landscaping projects in Sylva, NC.

Was able to work us in with only a few days notice. Very prompt in responding to a call and later texts. Arrived ask a few questions and went to work. His charge for job very reasonable and the cut and trim excellent. May ditch my mower and use him exclusively next season and for sure the final cut of this year.
