I have to admit I ve been through a few landscapers over the years. Green Scene is a top notch company they just do a great job over and over. The mowers alter the direction they cut each time good for the lawn. The trim and cleanup are great too. I do not have anything but praise for their services. Five stars !!

This company is fantastic. I used them to replace our deck with a beautiful paver patio and fire pit. They were very well priced and did quick work. About 3 years after installation, I noticed the top step leading from my back door down to the patio had sunken about an inch. I sent a picture over to Jose and within a couple of weeks, he had a crew out to fix and level the step and only charged me the cost of materials. They are very professional and hard working and I will definitely use them for future projects.

Purchased the installation of an irrigation system and some new sod. Their crew was a no-show on a couple scheduled dates with no communication, and then suddenly they showed up on a random day. I also received no follow up after the work was complete to review the work and how the irrigation controls worked. I had to call them to specifically request that. Not what you d expect from a service company you just made a substantial purchase from. They also failed to meet some specified scope of work requirements in their provided estimate but still felt it necessary to charge me extra for some extra sod they had to purchase that they hadn t originally estimated for. Ongoing services have not been a great experience due to delayed responses and arrival times. Giving them an extra star since their customer service person is always polite.

UPDATE: Jose and team came out, removed all old sod and replaced it with brand new sod. The team did a great job and the new grass is growing well!! -----------------------

Dont waste your time with this company. Getting a response is only half the battle. Made a major mistake in selecting this company to install an irrigation system and landscape lighting. Poor quality on both installs. Take notice of all the recent 1 star reviews - theres a reason.

I contacted Green Scene irrigation and spoke to the girl on the phone and told her I needed it started up before I leave for vacation. This home is an estate with a lot of zones. I told the girl on the phone if they could handle it and would it be done before I left for vacation since one of the boxes is inside the house they would not be able to access it once I left for two weeks. The girl on phone said it was no problem. They no showed once and I gave them a second chance and reminded the girl on the phone and alex their employee how important it was to start it up since flowers were planted in the front and back yard. She and Alex said the irrigation would be started up before I went out of town. They then no showed a second time with no phone call/text or email. I called and texted them and they said they had other customers before me and could not do it before I left. Unprofessional, unreliable, no communication. Greedy! A waste of time and money due to dead flowers I will be coming home to because of them. Then the owner Jose tells me he is sorry and not to leave a negative review. I also let Nextdoor app aware of my experience and people not to use them as well. I wasted my time and money waiting on them. They were fully aware they could not access the property once I left but did not care until I said I would let the public know about my experience.

I reached out to Green Scene earlier this year to get a 6 zone irrigation system installed as well as schedule Sod & Aeration Overseeding for the fall. Dianne in the office is fantastic and was always very quick to respond to my phone calls and track down any answers to questions i needed. Irrigation System Install - This could not have gone better. First of all very reasonable price. The installation started within 2 weeks and only took 2 days to complete. I was very impressed with the installation crew. They left my yard in great condition upon completion and within 2 weeks you couldnt even tell where the irrigation was buried. Alex and AJ were both incredibly helpful walking me through how the system works and even setup the Hydrawise app for me for optimal performance. I highly recommend the app by the way, a terrific value for everything you get Sod / Aeration Overseeding - Once again the green scene team did an excellent job quoting me and getting sod and seed down during the perfect time in the fall. Cant say enough good things about this company, i definitely plan to use them for other projects going forward.

My trees died within months of planting. I paid for a weed barrier but I currently have more weeds growing than before. I tried to call them several times but never got a call back. They have terrible customer service. I do not recommend them at all. Update: Jose contacted me and replaced the dead trees, installed a weed barrier and re-did my landscaping. It is beautiful! I really appreciate his professional attitude and detail to customer service. I am very satisfied.

We decided to bite the bullet and have an irrigation system and new sod installed in our yard (as well as having a fence moved). We recieved quotes from several companies and decided on Green Scene. We are so happy with the work! Jose and his team were excellent!

Asked for an evaluation of an existing irrigation system installed by previous home owner. They spent about 10 minutes and advised there was either an underground spring or a leaky line some where that would require extensive digging to locate. Wouldnt give an estimate to fix, didnt seem to be interested in the work so Ill find someone else and black list them in my community Facebook page where service recommendations are constantly requested.

It is rare that a company exceeds expectations in every area. From the first contact we had with Jose until Alexs crew finished our new patio, the guys at Green Scene were professional, knowledgable, and hard working (and doing it all with a smile.) The price was very reasonable; Jose communicated with us promptly throughout and kept us apprised of the schedule; and the work is beautiful. We could not be happier with our patio and are very happy we found Green Scene. Could not recommend them more highly.

Jose is one of those people that simply go above and beyond - He is super knowledgeable, a perfectionist and tends to provide more than what you asked. I cannot recommend him enough.

I had a very dissatisfying experience. I was having landscaping done to the front and back of my house. After I electronically accepted the quote, no one scheduled an appointment with me. Then when they said they would come, no one showed on Monday, then no one showed on Tuesday like they said then Thursday they came out to cut grass which was not what they were supposed to do. The following Monday they finally do the work but didnt put down weed mats and they had to come again to do that. My bushes didnt get trimmed like they were supposed to, some weed mats were sloppily covered and they dented my brand new window cover just installed by window world dead center in the front of my newly remodeled house. I spent a lot of money for a poor job. I hope you have a better experience than I did.

Kept billing me for days no work was done over several months, even after giving them numerous chances to fix the issue.

The team does outstanding work at reasonable price for all of our lawn care and landscaping. They are on top of the irrigation system monitoring. They did a 30 ft waterfall installation and it looks amazing! They do it all. Im impressed with their design expertise as well a the ongoing maintenance. Also, they did lighting for the waterfall that was gorgeous. Very responsive!

Can not say thank you enough to Jose at Green Scene and his amazing team for transforming a yard that was previously filled with weeds, rock, and patches of dirt , where no grass would grow, into a beautifully sodded lawn in only a few hours! We could not be more pleased with the exceptional customer service we received. I called Theresa on Thursday afternoon, & explained that we had a leak in our main irrigation box that was leaking into the water meter box, & had caused our last water bill to be over $600. She offered to get someone out that afternoon. I explained that my husband and I would both be home the following day. She told me someone would be out at 8am. They did not come at 8am. They actually showed up 15 minutes early? WHAT??? How often does THAT happen! The guys were (better than) prompt, professional, pleasant, and had the leak fixed, & were on their way in 30 minutes. We waited four days for our previous irrigation service to respond to numerous phone calls/emails. When they did not, we contacted Green Scene. They have won over our future business! Thank you for your prompt response, incredible communication, and exceptional service. Highly recommend!!!

My husband and I just relocated to Franklin for his job. I ve lived in the same city for over 25 years and have never moved to a different state. We love our new home but the yard was overgrown and messy upon arrival. I emailed Green Scene requesting a price. My email was returned the same day AND the price was very fair. I scheduled service via email and bam, two days later, service complete and completed excellently. I m sure it would have been done in one day if it weren t for the rain we were plagued with. HIGHLY recommend this company if you want excellent customer service and a beautiful lawn.

Jose and his crew just completed a landscaping job for us and they did a phenomenal job. They ripped out a bunch of unruly holly bushes and a dead crape myrtle and replaced them with various trees and plants that Jose assisted us in choosing. He was incredibly patient when we went back and forth on what to put where, he was extremely prompt every time he had an appointment with us, he was very knowledgeable in answering all of our questions on how to care for our new trees/plants, and his guys were all friendly, polite and hard-working and they cleaned up so well we could hardly tell they were there. Also, they put new mulch in the landscaping beds that they worked on and they had a little left over. Instead of just piling it on a little thicker than needed, they took the extra mulch down to the end of our driveway and remulched the existing two beds there. Everything looks amazing and we will absolutely be working with Jose again!

Jose and his crew did a fantastic job of installing 14 zones and over 130 sprinkler heads in a very landscaped yard. They also did a great job of installing a paver walk from our home to our daughters next door. They were on time each day, very personable and worked each day until the job was finished. Some days they put in fourteen hours. They were the hardest workers we have ever contracted with to date. Jose even called after the job was done to see if there was anything needed checked. A neighbor recommended another company to install our sprinkler system. They meant well but the person did a terrible job. Another neighbor told me about Green Scene when I needed someone to fix the first guys mistakes. The first installation was inadequate in several ways. I didn t have adequate coverage but the main thing was the geyser in the front yard. The first person used the wrong connectors which resulted in a $200 water bill. Green Scene came in and did it right. They also fixed several other issues so that I have good coverage. Since then we have asked Green Scene to help us with various landscaping (and fixing other things the first guy messed up) and they always do a great job and stand behind their work. Which means they answer my phone calls for starters. Unlike the first guy who is now a bartender somewhere in Franklin.

I called a few companies and they were the only ones that answered. They came right away and their pricing was reasonable. I will recommend Jose and his team. After receiving several bids, about my irrigation system. My wife and I decided to go with Greenscene, not only was affordable but Mr. Garcia was very thorough with his plan. My knowledge was very little about irrigation, he explained all that I needed to know about it. When irrigation system was completed I was very happy because all was installed according to plan, plants and my lawn had improved since the installation. Greenscene also fixed and improved my outdated existing lighting system. After several attempts to try to fix it myself, the Greenscene professionals were able to step in and repaired the issues that I was not able to fix effectively.

Jose was a real pleasure to work with, and I found his prices to be extremely reasonable. I have had various landscapers provide services over the years, and Green Scene has been far and away the best. Our yard looks great. Thanks Jose!

Jose and his crew were incredible. My family is just finishing up a big remodel of our home. Prior to the work getting done, we had a beautiful lawn and nice landscaping. It was pretty much destroyed over the 6 months of construction. I knew we wanted to install irrigation and repair the damage. I was given 3 different professionals that my builder trusted. I called all of them and the quotes I received ranged from outrageous to astronomical. I ended up finding Green Scene after making multiple calls to other companies. Jose showed up on time for our first meeting. I found him to be very laid back, but confident in the work he did. I got the sense right off the bat that he would have no problem finding a way to install our complicated irrigation system. I also found him to be deeply knowledgeable of different shrubs and grass/sod types. I asked Jose for a quote for the services we were hoping to have done mid October. He sent it over promptly and was very straightforward with me regarding the costs and the labor involved. His quote came in as a median from the other bids I received. Despite him being slightly more expensive than the lowest quote, I could tell that he was someone you could trust to do the work right, the first time. I also got the sense that he would have no problem coming over should something go wrong. We, as most people do, added to the project. He was happy to alter his schedule to get the work done in one block. His crew worked fast and was extremely tidy. They removed a large tree in our front yard and replaced it with another. They left not one trace of that old tree. The entire property was cleaned up immaculately. This was the part of the project that I was the most excited about. As such, I had really high expectations of the end result. He did not disappoint. I would never have a need to call another landscaping company. If you are looking to get work done to your landscaping, I highly.. HIGHLY recommend calling Green Scene. They did not disappoint.

Let me start off by saying I have NEVER posted a review on the web before, but I felt people needed to be warned about this company. When they came out two years ago they found a problem and after spending several hundreds of dollars they never fixed the problem. They created more problems by installing the wrong type of piping which has led to several more hundreds of dollars to get it fixed properly by another company. Your call will NEVER be returned. Even after you call several times in a row you will get a response only by text message. The age of the owner shows reflects itself and you can see that clearly by their response from the other review. Dont worry the competition wont make you have a bad name, you are doing a fine job at that all by yourself.
