Pass on this company. Response time is slow. Staff is courteous but their scheduling process is painful. May take days and weeks to figure out when they will visit you.
I seldom have the pleasure of being able to give a 5 Star review but my experience with this company from the moment Ed Saleh provided the most comprehensive and transparent quote with tireless answers to our questions and 2nd visit without hesitation to the installation crew of the hardest working , longest day men you will ever know along with Austin the most knowlegeable and present when needed foreman who is an actual hands on worker with solid experience. Whew! Dan Seigle the inside manager was just waiting for any e mail to immediately answer and totally answer. This company cannot be this good to everyone but they can be that good and I believe it can be expected even if there were a hiccup. We had a large installation that was completed on time , perfectly at a competitive price and with superior performance. 75 sprinkler heads placed perfectly and adjusted to reach every single inch of grass , garden and flower bed with little water wasted in any direction. This company has great communications and delivery. If you want to have an irrigation system installed from the beginning to end without a hitch , this company is head and shouldera above the rest. Did they pay me for this review. No! But they EARNED IT! Thank you AllWet / Eco Systems
My technician Devon was fantastic. Arrived in the time window given, very helpful and thorough in his inspection, explaining everything along the way. Great at his job! My only complaint is that the first technician they sent never showed up, and the visit needed to be rescheduled.
The work All Wet has done is fine. It's their awful customer service that I have an issue with. They just don't value MY time. For the Spring system start-up, I was given a window of 1pm-5pm. It wasn't until AFTER 5:00 that I was notified that the tech wouldn't be here for another hour or so. Why wasn't I called as soon as they knew about delays?!? When I called to speak to a manager about this, I was told the manager was busy and would call me back. That never happened. Now for winterization my window was 12pm-4pm. Our doorbell rang just after 9:00am! Luckily we were home, otherwise we would have likely been rescheduled. Why doesn't All Wet respect my time?
My service today was exceptional. I have a complex system that required sleuthing, understanding, experience & knowledge - Kurt “ran the mission” for the team-of-3 giving both excellent, smart service AND doing an impressive job of training his team in an effective, smart way that seems to ensure the further transmission of smart thinking, knowledge, good technique and systems management. Christian was our technician. He was friendly and kind. He provided us with very good service. During a second visit, Matt was our technician. He was punctual, polite, professional, considerate, and informative, He and Anthony, who accompanied him, provided excellent service. Matt returned for the third visit. I can’t say anything other than to repeat what I’ve previously reported. He was punctual, kind, professional, and patient with us as he explained why he was doing what he was doing. My mom was so impressed with him that she asked him if we could request him in the future.
Hugo was a gentlemen and top professional. However, this was two months later that I got serviced after my initial service on 4/19. The former technician promised to return two weeks after 4/19. He did not. In fact, when I called - he told me he forgot. He did apologize, but damage was already done to my grass. My lawn paid a servere price. This is evident by your own technician's observation. Now I am stuck with getting my grass back to life. These pictures are just a few examples.
Austin, Anibal and the rest of the guys were very professional and very impressive. They went beyond my expectations and worked quickly to get the job done. They informed me of everything they were doing (every step of the way). I really appreciate their kindness in looking at something that was not even on the list for them to look at. Job Well Done!

The technicians at All Wet go above and beyond! We have an old system that needed repair. It was a big job and they arrived late day but worked on the issue for hours including when it was dark pulling out their flashlights. The dedication and determination by both technicians was appreciated.

All Wet found an issue. Before they could identify the problem, I was charged $100 to troubleshoot and find the issue. When the issue was found, I was told the repair was an additional $365. I think the fee to find the problem is unwarrented and excessive. Just a way to boost the bill. I have never been asked to pay a fee to before a repair. Very unhappy with this.
Kurt and his crew fixed my leaking sprinkler heads and added new heads in a professional and efficient manner. I am very satisfied with their service.

Our business has been using All Wet Irrigation for Backflow inspection for the past two years. They are always professional and provide an excellent service at reasonable prices. I would highly recommend them.
Last service was 2 months ago at which time I was charged around $500 to fix broken heads and a leak. All was good supposedly after that. Yet, now, only 2 months later, the technician is telling me I need over $1,000 worth of additional repairs. Nothing happened in the last two months to warrant those repairs so my conclusion is that either the techs are completely incompetent or your goal as a company is to just rip people off.

Called and got a lovely lady that got someone to us quick. She also let us know of the maintenance plan which we used. Then a nice gentleman showed up and explained everything fully. Not only fixed our system but reset our sprinklers to get the most economical usage! 100% would highly recommend this company!

The best thing about All Wet Irrigation are the people they send out to do the job. Today Mike came out to perform our seasonal adjustment on our irrigation system and he was polite, professional and made several adjustments that I know will make our system more efficient. I hope to see Mike in the future as he is one of the best things about All Wet!

The crew was here for almost 11 hours to make sure the job got done in one day. They were polite and made sure to explain everything they were doing. Jared is a very hard worker and though I couldnt get him to stop calling me maam (I told him to use my first name):), I rate him a 10 out of 10.

The technician did not seem very experienced (needing to check with his manager a couple of times on how to proceed) and the cost to replace a pipe was just absurd. I will try to fix the issue myself rather than paying $1300!
Lee was very helpful in explaining all of the fixes he was making for my irrigation system. Took a phased approach to make sure everything worked. Offered additional services to update and improve system, but wasnt pushy about doing them.

We constantly had leaks in our 27 year old irrigation system. When we called all wet,who we have used for 12 years they recommended to replace 4 zones. The price was reasonable so we agreed. They showed up on time with a crew. The crew manager was also there Austin to provide us with a detailed explanation of what they were going to do. They finished installing the system that day. they did a thorough job testing to make sure the system was functioning correctly. They came back the next day with a crew and spent several hours remediating the lawn to bring back as if they were never there. They stamped the ground to level it added dirt where necessary and seeded all areas. A very professional job highly recommended.

Great job winterizing my sprinkler system. Their truck has the proper air compressor when connected to my system blows out all the water, so it won t freeze and damage the pipes.
