Landscape Associates Inc in Frankfort

I loved their service for YEARS. Then they changed lawn service employees, and I almost canceled service. But now with Dan servicing my lawn, I couldn't be happier! They call the day before they're going to be here and Dan does an amazing, thorough job every time!

Have been a customer for over 20 years. I always have the greenest lawn on the block. The technician is professional and knowledgeable. He gives us mowing and watering tips that also help keep our lawn healthy and green. Thank you Dionis.

They are bringing our lawn back to life and it looks great! Only 2 weeks in our new house and even after the first treatment you can see the difference. I wish I took before pictures!

I gave been a customer of Landscape Associates, now for a few years. I have never had any issues. If I had any questions, I called the office and spoke directly with the owner. Paid Lawn associates to start the 4 process application for my lawn they came out one time in April and never came back. Kathy gave me the run around for two months and then gave me excuses on why her company didn’t finish their job when I went to cancel. Apparently this lawn company doesn’t come out to do their job when it rains sometimes and it’s to hot in the summer? Since it’s the customers fault on why they are unprofessional I won’t be calling them again ever. Lucky I even gave them 1 star. My lawn is worse now then it was before thanks to Lawn care associates

I truly appreciate the advice and responsiveness that I have received from the staff. Great customer service and they are all able to share pertinent info on lawn care.

UPDATING THIS REVIEW: I originally gave them 2-stars because I witnessed a decline in their service over the last three years. However, after posting that review, they contacted me to apologize and asked me to allow them to correct my concerns, which I thought was a great approach. Since then, they have corrected their poor scheduling and have reverted to calling regularly to alert us when they are coming. I’ve been a loyal customer for over twenty years and I’d like to see them continue to succeed. I promise to change to 5-stars once I see their excellent customer service continue.

I have used LA for over 20 years and have never had an issue with the quality of their service. Everyone who has worked at my house has been knowledgable and helpful. 20 yrs ago my lawn consisted of weeds, clover, and creeping charlie. By years 2&3 we had a much improved lawn, and by year 4 our grass was the best looking in the neighborhood.
