If the employees of this company are the reflection of the business then find another option. The gentleman in the picture had zero regard for my safety as he willingly ran me off the road. Obviously the yield sign was too much for him to acknowledge, as it was easier to risk my life by ignoring the yield sign and making me swerve to get out of his way. This happened around 12:45pm, 5/20 in Crown Pointe, getting onto I65 north. Also notice the bag of fertilizer that is ready to fall off and cause more accidents. Eternally Green needs to educate their drivers on proper and safer driving techniques.

Eternally Green performs a fine service, I would recommend working with them directly (even verbally over the phone) if you have any issues or concerns. They are a reasonable service and are open to working with you on your lawn to get it in better shape.

These guys are amazing. The salesman I worked with was great. Wasn't pushy a lot all, never tried to sell me anything I didn't want or need. I've only had one application so far and the weeds are already starting to disappear. I didn't even have to be home to receive a quote or any of the applications. Leave everything in a little baggie on your door. From what I can tell from getting quotes in the past, they come in as one of the best priced. So far I'm very satisfied. There is a very high possibility of sticking with them through all of next season.

Eternally Green has made me thankful that I have finally decided to commit to use a lawn care service. I had always done my own fertilizer with mediocre results. After using another lawn care company a few years ago with similar results I went back to doing it myself again. I started with Eternally Green in the middle of last summer and could not be happier with my decision. It has been well worth the expense to have my kids running around the yard barefoot on green grass without weeds. I do not have a sprinkling system and only water as needed and the yard has held up even through this last stretch of heat. Mike the salesman was great in working with me, even offered to create a package that fit with our needs. Our tech is super respectful. We have a raised garden bed that they do not fertilize by. As well, even after the application there is never any fertilizer on sidewalks or patio. ....unlike the company that we tried earlier. For those that were a doubter like I was, it is totally worth having the service. You will cut your lawn more because of the extra growth when you get a lot of rain or you water it, but I like mowing and the end result is you get to sit back and look at how nice the lawn looks when you are done.

I've been using Eternally Green at my home & two business locations since 2004. They do a great job of fertilizing and treating my lawn & trees, and are very responsive if I have a problem or need additional services. Highly recommended.

Best Lawn Care Company that Cares! I have been threw 5 other companies that don't show up and still charge me. This is my 4th year with Eternally Green and they have done a fantastic job ever season in and out! I don't even have to call them to make sure they are coming the following year. With other companies it would be June and still trying to get someone out before my grass dies. Im a small business owner and I know about customer service and I have to say that I give them a 10 out of 10. Im not sure why customers come on a place to right a negative review because of some little thing? As stated in another post " I have used them for 3-4 years and now a corner of my grass is dead and they don't care and didn't take care of it" How do you not know that a kid that lives next store didn't pour some old gas there and killed your grass? Im sure that Eternally Green is doing what the can do for you other than putting down new grass. Im sure you didn't call them you just came here and blew off steam writing a bad review. I wish customers knew how much reviews mean to our companies and most companies would take care of your issue if you just called and asked to have your issue taken care of. Im sorry for long post but Eternally Green is a Great company and I think other customers should know! If you need a company to take care of your Grass I highly recommend Eternally Green! I hate writing negative reviews, but I'm hoping to save someone else the hassle I have to go through. My lawn has been cared for by Eternally Green since 2004. So you would think they will care, but in reality since last year they don't. I guess they are growing (busy) and the service quality has gone down (see pictures). I usually pay upfront (a mistake), and my calls to get them to come out have been ignored for the past 3 weeks, and I was not able to speak to a manager either. Whatever they claim they apply don't believe it, if you still using them, be present in each application. I'm still waiting for them to show up for a service call, and Jessica at the office has a very rude attitude each time I call. Not sure what happened, but this is the last year I will use them

My experience has been bad... first time user .. I have a normal size yard (well maintained) should have been extremely easy weed and feed application. It's 3 1/2 weeks later and actually have more dandelions then before the application. I never had this issue with Lanscape Associates. Should have never switched.... Also they said they would come out automatically to spot spray weeds... had to call 3 times for someone to come.. I will never use again... awful
