We were trying to get our yard cleaned up after some renters moved out and our yard was a absolute disaster. I called Nick and Jason at Green Arbor and they did a tremendous job of getting everything cleaned up. We had leaves and sticks all over the property. After the job was completed the lawn was mowed, the leaves were removed and bagged the bushes were trimmed to perfection. I would not use anyone else for my lawncare! They did an amazing job. I am so happy with the result

Nick and his crew were very easy to deal with.
My neighbor told them to enter my yard to cut down flowers and plants and stuff out of her fence while I wasnt home. They had no permission to enter my yard by me. They went by what my neighbor told them instead of getting permission from the home owner whom yard they entered and walked along the side of my house to do her yard work instead of waiting until I got home or coming back another day. I have it all on camera of them being in my yard without my permission and Im looking to talk to the police about what I can do about this. This happened on Saturday October 7, 2023
Terrible... extremely poor customer service. States they will return your phone message or emails within the same business day. They never received a call or email back. We are going to drop them when our contract is ready to renew. For a business it should not be in business. Please ask for a reference of this companies they have worked with before you hire them.

This company use to be great, but with new ownership of people with lack of experience and professionalism it has turned into a disaster. Hiring them for any job is point less as the quality of any kind of job is below poor standards. Prices are high and quality is garbage. Slogan maintaining excellence , more like ruining excellence.

I wish I had a before and after picture. Hire them there is no point ever planting shrubbery. Their tree trimming service leaves nothing but a mess of once was trees and bushes all over the grass and sidewalk. Its the Texas chainsaw massacre hits your garden! Make sure you have your own rake and lawn bags. You will need them; and, about two hours to clean up the mess.
