Infinity Lawn & Landscaping in Frankfort

Daily I am on the same roads as Infinity s trucks and they are never driving properly . No turn signals, excessively slow driving, paused at stop signs oblivious of people behind them, or not paying attention when cross-traffic has cleared and it s time to go. Today I had to wait behind a school bus parked in front of Infinity s home/ business while their kids run late out to the bus. At least there s alignment in the family business way of doing everything.

We are extremely happy with the personable, knowledgeable, quality service we get with Infinitys Turf Manager John Corrigan. He is the best! We are coming upon our 4th season with John as our go-to fertilizer guru. Thanks John!

We have used Infinity Lawn & Landscaping for years. We use Tina Turner as our Landscape Designer. She is easy to work with. She listens. She is talented in her design and figuring out our needs. Our neighbors say that we are the prettiest house in the neighborhood. The quality of her design and plantings are excellent! The men she works with labor diligently. They all work so hard. We are so very grateful to have them in our landscaping lives!

Working with Tina and her crew was great. They paid attention to every detail. They answered our questions and did a few extra things to make our backyard transformation a success.

Three townhome owners wanted some new landscaping in the backyard. I had originally got a few estimates from individual people. I decided to contact Infinity Lawn and Landscaping. I spoke to Tina who came out to my home on three different occasions. She spent well over an hour at each visit. She also was available to answer lots of emails. The townhome owners expressed more ideas and additional plans were included. Tina was very patient with all the changes. Several weeks later, the crew of 4 landscapers arrived in the morning to begin work. They brought a lot of equipment with. Tina also showed up in the morning to communicate all the project details. In fact she showed up several times to see how things were going. They worked at our place for two consecutive days. These four landscapers were gifted. They worked so hard in the hot weather. What impressed me the most about the four guys who did the work was how they communicated with one another, teamwork, craftmanship and attention to details. These guys were strong and knew how to use all of the equipment. The finished product far exceeded my expectations. They never took a break in 90-degree weather onlyfor their lunch. Sought out Tina Scanlon-Turner as I worked with her at a previous company where she was terrific. Well she didnt disappoint. She helped me to refresh and repair my landscaping. The team who came out and did the work were professional, polite and did a great job. If I need work in the future I will definitely seek them out.

Worked with Tina Scanlan-Turner with Infinity Lawn & Landscaping AGAIN after they did some outstanding landscaping work for us a couple of years ago. At that time, Tina and her team replaced three overgrown Hawthorns with a Witch Hazel, Golden Glory and Autumn Brilliance Serviceberry. Those took very well and continue to flourish in healthy growth. This time, Tina and Infinity planted a new Magnolia tree and Viburnum Blackhaw bush with ornamental shrubbery and sod in the back yard near the area where our old oak tree was removed. Once again, their work was outstanding with top level professional quality and cleanup upon finish. Repeat customers are the ultimate testimonial to fine customer service. Well be back! :-)

It did take longer than expected to get done with some added costs, however that cant be blamed on the contractor given a lot of it was due to permit issues. The end product was amazing, the due high quality impressive work!

Scott gave us great options to select from in our price range and the team executed perfectly. The team worked tirelessly and so professionally. They got our job done quickly and we are so happy with our lawn! Our sod looks so good still even into December! Infinity is definitely the right call for your landscaping.

I have used infinity for my lawn fertilization and grub control for many years (the predecessor of Infinity who sold to Infinity). Two years ago I decided to cut my budget for this and went with True Green which was a fraction of the price. WHAT A MISTAKE! The grass never really greened-up the following spring and the weeds and crabgrass were out of control. I felt as if Tru Green scattered nothing at all when they rode around the yard. Cut rate fertilizing is a total waste of money. My lawn always gets compliments with Infinity doing the work.

John has serviced our lawn for the last 3 seasons and I love my lawn. John is very passionate about lawn, tree & shrub care and is willing to take the time to explain proper lawn care. He has answered all my (sometimes silly) questions, I have even sent him pictures of a few issues and he has promptly responded and sometimes even come to the house to see and assess the problem. I highly recommend John and his team.

Infinity has been handling my lawn care for the past 5 years and it looks great.

Scott and his team always do a beautiful job with all areas of landscaping. Patio design, plant layouts and maintenance are their specialty.

We contracted with Infinity in 2018 to complete a landscaping project after our pool install. Infinity was not the lost cost option but we used them previously for a seat wall project and walkway and felt comfortable using them for the pool project. Unfortunately, Infinity did not meet our expectations. The project was delayed by many weeks, a tree that was to be moved was delayed and eventually a large part of it died. Landscaping light work was insufficient, and I personally had to make two repairs. When one of the lights went out a couple weeks after the project was completed, Infinity never returned to make the repair. The scheduling of the project was the biggest issue. Work crews would show up unannounced and with no oversight and they did not know what they were to complete on several occasions. Sod was installed from another job before our sprinklers were installed, which caused the sod to die and then had to be reinstalled. We had two trees that eventually died. When Infinity was informed of this issue in 2019, they said the warranty had expired. We made the final payment on July 27, 2018, Infinity was informed of this issue in June 2019, within the warranty period. Overall, I was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism, scheduling and quality of the work.

Tina was great in getting back to me. Tina was open to my input and made recommendations that met my taste as well as the care the plants would need. The work crew had a great work ethic. They were polite and hard-working. I would highly recommend Infinity Lawn and Landscaping.

I use Infinity for all my landscaping needs. I have used them for several projects from a built-in grill, adding plant beds, adding arborvitaes, and also weekly, monthly, and seasonal service. I have used them the past two years for my weekly service and I can honestly say my lawn has never looked better. John has a great job with the fertilization program and I see him all the time, he responds to my concerns the day of, and I see him driving around checking out the lawn all the time. Hired Infinity on a recommendation from my parents. They are very professional and made my lawn look great. Ive seen their work with brick pavers and will be having them do some redesigning of the landscaping in front of my house this summer. Id recommend them to everyone.

Infinity completed a new design and install on our front yard landscape this year. Scott was great to work with and gave us some really good ideas we ended up using in the project. They also installed a new steepest in our backyard patio. It looks like it is part of the original project

Our patio project is now complete, with the exception of a few bushes yet to be planted. The results are better than what wed hoped for. We are very pleased with both the design and the construction of our new outdoor living room. I am pretty sure that we will use Infinity to do our next project, when it comes along.
