I.P.L. & Equipment Inc. in Framingham

Hideously slow and unscrupulous company. Dropped a mower off almost 6 weeks ago and it came back with more problems and a bonus oil leak. Avoid the hell out of this band of thieves.

Very poor service for too much money. I brought my lawnmower in Nov 2022 to have the self propel fixed. They did a tune up as well and charged me over $400, but when I brought it home I found that they did NOT fix it. The self-propel still did not work and it would not start. In all I brought it back to them four times to have it properly fixed (four hours of driving time). They ended up putting the wrong size drive belt on it which broke after two hours of use, and it never starts on the first pull like it did before I brought it in to them. I ended up bringing it to another repair service who fixed it correctly the same day I brought it in. They were incredulous at the sheer incompetence of I.P.L.

total lack of respect for the customer. I left my pressure washer for budget and did the service without my permission. If you need to fix your equipment, take it somewhere else.

My mower repair wasn't cheap, but it was effective. They brought back a 5 year old mower from near death by cleaning out my carburetor and diagnosing that I had bad gas in the tank.

Good place for small engine repair and purchasing parts for lawn equipment. I have not used their irrigation services.

The owners a complete jerk to say the least, he does not understand ryobis warranty. Complete waste of time and trip. Zero customer service take your products else where and do not buy from this guy!

IPL & Equipment always takes good care of me! They have done my lawnmower and snow blower tune ups for years and I have been very satisfied with their work. They also service my sprinkler system. I highly recommend them.
