If you want a company with inconsiderate drivers who travel 10-15 mph under the speed limit with dozens of cars stuck behind them trying to get to work than Landscape Depot is for you!
These people were so nice and helpful when I arrived. I had to return a few pallets of bricks and pavers.. Simply put they couldn't have made it any easier. Recommend using them, I know I will..
The service is okey. But I think the loam I bought here has too many stones in it and less dirt. And I also found there’s small piece of metal and glass in it.
Went here to get Screened Soil/Compost Mix loom they said they would be able to deliver it which they did and it was delivery at a timely manner, BUT when it arrived and I inspected it in it was not screened there were huge chunks of dirt, pieces of glass, rocks, and what looked to be cloth in it. I went up there to tell them to see what they could do and they pretty much said there’s nothing for them to do and to just leave. I will NEVER go here for my lawn material AGAIN. Bad service and didn’t really care about their product.

Shopped around a bit and their price was good for course grade fill and concrete sand. Delivered within an hour! Delivery driver (John) was skilled and gave some great advice for finishing our patio. Very good experience!
Great materials and good people! I've been going to the Depot since I started my Water Feature Construction Company in 2012. From the outset, the staff has been great–from when I was a complete outsider in the industry to now. I can't speak higher of Justin, George, Louis, and Billy. They're always willing to help and very knowledgeable. Landscape Depot (Framingham) is my go-to on any project!
I am not a contractor. I only made single purchase that got screwed up somehow, but they took responsibility for the problem and corrected almost everything. I would give them 5 stars if they compensated me for part of money I paid helper for half day of not doing anything. On very positive side, I found the variety, quality and price of materials to be far better than that found at the Home Depot or Lowe's.

Service is terrible. Not friendly at all. And the staff was not very knowledgeable of products or installation. Prices are also very high in comparison.

Simple order for 5 gallon of crushed stone. Handled efficiently and courteously, priced fairly, contactless transaction. This was BYOBucket, BYOShovel, drive to rock pile and fill bucket. We were the only retail customers present - mostly contractors and big gardening outfits.

Personally went to there with the sample of the gravel to order a replenish of a few yards for the driveway . They delivered the wrong gravel . Went back to see if could be fixed and all a got was terrible customer service ,rudeness and bad attitude . Must have some new management . Will be going else where for my landscaping needs
I am looking to dress up my front entry with stone probably granite and went to landscape depot with questions. Person in office was very helpful and yard staff was extremely helpful by showing me my options. Which made it easier to visualize. It was truly an exceptional experience. It will be a no brainer when I make my purchase where to go. Thank you Landscape Depot of Framingham!

Racial discrimination refers to the practice of treating individuals differently because of their race or color. Federal law prohibits race discrimination in the workplace and incidents of race discrimination can take many forms, in the workplace particularly, race discrimination can be hard to identify and what i,ve got from your worker was unacceptable specially being a customer for over three years as you said that some people has being dishonest in the past it doesnt give you power to put someone out there to humiliate others i will find my rights to resolve this matter since you MR john done nothing but say that it was just a misunderstanding, i,m so disappointed i wish i could give you no stars unfortunately i will have to give you one

While service was quick and had soil delivered to me when promised, sales lady failed to disclose that there will be ridiculous $150 charge to deliver 8 yards (btw, most others in the area charge $50 tops). When I called to get the overcharge solved, lady was very condescending, though it was her mistake, she failed to disclose there will be a charge. I was told owner will call and make it right, this person never called. So I had to initiate chargeback. Not spending my money with these people again.
