The crews at Top Mowing always performed the services on schedule, weather permitting. The only evidence that they had serviced the lawn was the fact that the lawn looked groomed. No mess was left behind for me to clean up. Should I ever need lawn maintenance in the future, I will definitely go back to Top Mowing.

This was my first mowing season using Top Mowing and Ive been very pleased with them. The owner is very good about communicating with the customers concerning bad weather, make up mows, etc.

I am new to the area. Oscar was very rude. He bumped my schedule 2x. I waited for him to show up, but he was late on the day i was rescheduled. I had to leave and drive to work. All day he kept on forcing the payment method to be cash only, which made me really suspicious. He told me just to leave it somewhere in the patio or yard and not to give it the the crew who would do the mowing. I even offered the chase quickpay option which i thought was more convenient and a formal way of payment. After that he finally offered to pick the cash up himself after the service. Later that day, when he finally got to my house then he said that the gate was locked. I had unlocked it in the morning since i left for work. The previous day he was able to check out my yard. This guy had the audacity to accuse me of leaving it locked 2x. Are you kidding me? I told him to cancel services after that because I had had it. He responded LADY. I ALREADY DID. What terrible customer service!! Unprofessional. Never recommending this business to anyone. Hopefully this is no surprise for his manager because i did tell him i was going to write a review about it.

They always mow on time, (barring inclement weather) they ask a fair price, theyre very responsive with their communications and their mowing/edging is always impeccable. Couldnt recommend them higher!

They have always done a good job bimonthly. I have a dog and they remember to close the gate before they are finished.

We had top mowing take care of our lawn for over a year. They did very good job in keeping the lawn in great shape. Oscar is very professional and his communication through emails was very good always updating of any changes in their schedule. I would recommend them to anyone who needs lawncare.

Oscar has been wonderful to work with. He has been easy to contact and responsive every time I needed something. He was flexible with timing and always happy to do his best. Lawn mowing, flower beds, hedges, etc. He does it all!

Owner is very friendly, is an excellent communicator and always accommodating to your schedule when needed. Would recommend to friends and family, great prices and the service is excellent. Workers trim and mow very efficiently.

Worst customer service! Not only do they not answer the phone, but will not return calls either. Oscar failed to do lawn service for my rental home on the service date scheduled. He emailed me instead of calling me directly as I requested. I assumed the work would be completed and I would be invoiced as stated in previous communication. The yard was overgrown and he wanted to charge $45 per hour for landscaping. I emailed and attempted to call Oscar, but there was no response. I was happy to pay the fee for the work. Eventually received an email back stating Ugh how am I suppose to get paid if youre not there, contraindicating their website information. Very poor communication and the worst customer service.

We just recently had to leave the great state of Texas and my experience with Top Mowing was top notch. Really great communication and always did a great job. On the rare times when there was a question he was always there to fix it. No questions. I would hire him again if we move back there.
