I will be cancelling Purple Care today. I signed on for pest control in addition to the lawn care I already had them taking care of. Immediately following their last treatment, fire ants began to appear en masse. In the past two weeks I have had $3000 in wiring damages to my vehicles parked in the garage. Today I was notified that Purple Care would be coming out today.... Knowing we have large dogs and a locked gate they expect us to simply jump up and comply. Negative! CANCELLED! This company has degraded since we signed up. Nevermore!

We were previously using Trugreen, whom I had for over 10 years and had become dissatisfied with. So we decided to try a new company for weed control and fertilization and after research, I chose Purple care. I am already extremely impressed. Anthony was at my home today for at least 40 minutes. Twice I went out and had a conversation with him and he was very knowledgeable and patient in taking time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Purple care obviously trains their techs well, and truly seem concerned at customizing your lawn care which Trugreen advertises but never did. Purple Care technician, Cassius was very informative regarding weed control and what to expect. Our yard responded exceptionally well after the first treatment. Recently changed from another company and dont regret the switch.

Do not listen to their promotions. They tell you it is only for three times every three months then continue to charge even though you did not agree to it. Then if you don t pay they send you to collections do not use this company.

For 5+ years, Purple Care has provided A+ service to my property and customer care to my calls and requests. Their treatment plan took my lawn from dirt and sand burrs (goat heads to many) to actual full green plant coverage. Purple Care provides stress free lawn maintenance.

Cassius is the best. He is polite and kind and likes to talk like I do but I really appreciate that he takes his work seriously and am always amazed at how knowledgeable he is. He is an outstanding person.

I did not have a good experience. Chemicals are too strong and affected my breathing after they applied. They stick you with a four month contract and would not let me out after telling me no one has complained about that before. Nor customer friendly at all in my opinion

Clover and weeds in the lawn are still out of control. I am not sure if they are actually treating the grass or fertilizing the clover. My landscaping service had to pull the crab grass by hand to resolve the overgrowth. I used to have great results from Purplecare, the past year has been nothing but over promised and under delivered on lawn care.

Stay far, far away from this outfit. Purple Care is the most unethical, money-grabbing organization we have ever worked with. They are not interested in customer satisfaction or quality of their product. They have a string of BBB complaints and terrible reviews. Unfortunately, we did not do adequate research prior to lining them up for a simple concrete driveway pour. After the botched job was completed we expressed our displeasure with the quality of work mismatched color, footprints, streaks, cracks. President of Purple Care Justin Berg sent a threatening email stating that he did not care about my opinion. I should pay in full or risk legal action. After several weeks the subcontractor finally came back and tried to mitigate the obvious defects by painting the concrete. Driveway looks better, but not what we signed up for. We paid in full. Then they tried to bill us for irrigation work that was not performed (and not necessary), for prior services that we had paid in full (they always immediately charge to the credit card on file) and for late fees for those charges. Since it was only a couple hundred dollars we settled with the collection agency they had hired after months of Purple Care refusing to acknowledge their mistake. I get the impression this business is on its last legs desperate for cash and losing business. Stay far, far away. ****These next comments are in response to the owners post... The OWNER never reached out to us after several attempts to address the poor quality of their work. The only correspondence we received was the threatening email from President of Purple Care Justin Berg. Their resolution was to have the contractor paint the driveway, which we agreed to. However, the defects and the cracks in the concrete are still visible. Attached photos are of completed work. The OWNER does not even address the other issue of improper billing.

My yard looks worse then when they started a year ago. update The weeds that were not bluestem were still there during my treatment time period and the blue stem was most definitely not there prior to treatment. I have since gotten rid of the bluestem on my own and my yard is looking better than it ever did when I was having it treated.

My lawn is looking so much better with the help of Purple Care. I was hesitant to hire anyone since I have always done all of my own yard work. Decided to give them shot since I am from the north and am not used to this new type of grass and how to maintain it. Cassius was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of information and tips on how to care for my lawn throughout the year. So happy with these guys and would highly recommend them!

About 3 years ago we had a terrible experience with our prior lawn care service, Nuti-Green. I contacted Purple Care and they did a thorough and accurate evaluation of what was causing our lawn problems. Since that time we have had three lawn technicians who have been excellent resources, first was Cassius, then Brandon Brooks, and currently John Hatcher. Each technician has been excellent. John Hatcher is extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and courteous and is very personable and takes time to answer any and all questions we might have. I have been impressed with his attention to detail that will be of further benefit to the quality, strength and durability of our lawn. As a result of our change to Purple Care and having consistent, professional and knowledgeable lawn care technicians, our lawn is very healthy and lush, and we frequently get compIimented our the appearance of our lawn. We are extremely satisfied with Purple Care as our lawn care service provider.

We love Purple Care pest control. At one point I got suckered in to changing to Urbanex, but their service was horrible and just didnt work. Urbanex has their Web free guarantee, which from day one, was a joke, even after my very first service with Urbanex, not all the webs had been taken down, not to mention we had spiders returning within weeks. I was just done after paying for 2 services with them and not getting any results. I paid the cancellation fee with Urbanex, just so I could be done and return to what WORKS!!! Purple Care from here on out. Their service works and they stand behind thier products.

Signed up for Service in February 2024, Both pest and lawn care. They touted a greener weed free lawn. During the last 8 months of service, they have had to cancel and reschedule service more than 50% of the time for various reasons, primarily, technicians calling out sick. I have not had any consistency in service, as I have had at least 5 different techs because they have an unbelievably high turnover rate. Now I will admit my lawn is greener, but I have more weeds than I have ever had in the 10 years of owning this home. And it seems that everytime I speak to a supervisor about these issues, they are more concerned about selling me some other service. My recommendation would be to focus on getting their primary services executed at an acceptable level before trying to sell me something else

Buck has been taking care of our home and our rental for several years now and I have to say, not only does he take care of anything I have questions about, but he is one of the most honest and stand-up individuals Ive ever met. On occasion when weve missed a service, it becomes painfully obvious how good of a job he does! It is definitely the service that Buck brings to us. He is so respectful and courteous. Changing my previous review. They show you a QR code at end of visit and ask for a 5 star and stand there and wait. Purple care has treated my property 3 times now and hasnt touched the problem. I found scorpions and spiders inside every single day. When I call to ask for help they say oh thats what you should expect with a new build. They only spray outside of house at initial visit even when I have told them we find live spiders inside every single day. I cant wait for my 4 visit contract to be over so I can DROP THEM!!

Buck will take the time to learn where your problem areas are & the areas you dont want treated.He did a great job then and has been doing it since our initial service. We live next to a creek & have not had a bug problem since we switched. I felt like the old service used a watered down process & we always had bugs. The Purple application is effective for the Aledo area & the office crew is easy to work with, unlike the old service. USE PURPLE!

Quick and easy. Our guy was friendly and seemed knowledgeable about the area. With every treatment, the next day we would have a ton of dead crickets and other insects so it was disgusting to see but very satisfying considering we didn t know there was so many bugs surrounding our house. We even got a dead rat. Overall, it has been an great experience. Highly recommended.

I ve attempted to work with Purple Care for landscaping services and have been let down on three separate occasions due to no-shows, with no phone call or email to inform me of any delays. I did have two meetings with them to go over what I needed done, and they did complete a short service appointment that they actually kept. The work was of good quality, but the repeated missed appointments make it hard to rely on them. The staff I ve interacted with have been friendly, but it seems customer service and reliability are not a priority for this company. If you need work done in a timely manner, you might want to look elsewhere.

Buyer Beware! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Below the company response to my concern. They have not attempted to call or meet with me. They have not attempted to resolve the issue or concerns. Their response indicates I am not truthful. I have text and emails to back up my statements. Their response is defensive and untruthful. They have not reached out to me to see what emailed by the designer. They are not customer friendly. They said they would bill me for 5 hours but billed for 11 hours. They get your credit card upfront. My original statement: I would give them a -10 if it were available. I worked with a landscape designer who changed $150 an hour. He told me he could do the project in 5 hrs. I gave him a budget of $40k. I signed a contract for the work which promised a schematic among other items. The designer shared a link with a virtual layout of my yard and said he was at 4 hours. I was surprised because with AI, a drone could move the photo into that picture within minutes. I told him not to go over $1000 for the design and to keep it simple. After 2 weeks, the designer shared a virtual link of the project. I expressed concerns about how costly the project appeared. At week 3.5 he shared a link for the project and an estimate for $145k. I have a 50 ft lot. I wanted some flowerbeds, sidewalk, and extended patio. I asked for a water feature. He added in a $20,000 fountain. His design fee was at $1667.05. I got nothing for this. At this point, I said I was done. I justed wanted the schematics. He sent the link with the virtual layout. By definition, schematic means to provide a detailed lanscape layout, measurements, and a plan. There were no measurements - which are required by my HOA. I asked for measurements, and he told me it would cost more at $150 per hour. To determine the estimate, he had to have measurements. How would know how much concrete, dirt mulch, etc. Companies bill these based on square footage. This company is a scam. For $1667.05, I got basically a PowerPoint that cannot be manipulated or rotated. Basically, it is a overhead shot of the yard without full view of each area. I am not stopping here. My next call is the Better Business Bureau. I also tried their pest control before this project. I experienced side effects from the spray. When I called to notify them of the issue, they dismissed it. RUN!

Worst service ever! Had to call back after failure to return call for service. General manager is rude and believe clients should pay for company failing to provide service and sending rude technicians to my home. Do not use

In response to PC post below. I am still waiting for a call back one week later. We did experience side effects which you clearly are calling us a liar. The side effects are clearly listed on the invoice. I asked to be let out of the contract but you said no. I told you to no longer spray the inside of my house. So I am being forced to pay full price but receive 1/2 the service. I have seen several of your responses to other unsatisfied clients and your response is the same. It appears you do not care about the customer unless they keep quiet and give you money. I am reporting you to the BBB where anyone can see the multiple TRUE complaints filed against your company. Those are facts. Experienced side effect to the pesticide used in my house directly after application. After reviewing the invoice, the side effects are clearly stated. Called to stop the service and was basically told I was lying. I told the lady on the phone the side effects are on the invoice and she seemed surprised at that fact. I could not stop the service until I have had four applications. Run from this company. They are not interested in the customer, only the money and will not take responsibility for their product.

I have been a customer of Purple Care for 9 months now. Every single time Logan comes to treat our home for pest control he is extremely friendly and professional, and he s such a hard worker. He answers all of my questions in perfect detail and goes above and beyond to make sure I m satisfied with the results. I wish everyone provided customer service like Logan does. He is exceptional employee. I also have Purple Care for my weed control. David has provided us with the service. David is very knowledgeable, personable and gets the job done! I cannot speak highly enough of these two young men. Thank you, Purple Care for instilling in your workers the standard of quality service that these men exemplify.

They used an old picture to say they were here. Wow! What a scam. Since now the owner is responding to these reviews.. call us back and make it right. $160 service that wasn t done. update from their below response to my review: they did know our concerns, they talked to my husband twice yesterday and emailed with him. I called again today and their manager isn t in the office. We asked yesterday for the gps time they were at our house. They didn t know. Only could provide street picture of our house. I was in my backyard when said service was apparently completed and none of our outside cameras picked up purple care like they would if they came. Still lying! Shameful and gross company practices. I posted the below review to Facebook and I was blocked so other customers wouldn t see it. Caught them twice lying.. who knows how many times they actually didn t show. Shady business. Review for mosquito spraying- Twice purple care has sent emails saying the outside spraying was completed, however, I m home in the summer and we have cameras around the outside of our house and found twice they said they came and never showed. Cancelled today. They were able to send us pictures of the front of our house from the street but the person never got out to spray. Not going to pay when you don t provide the service.
