Ive had nutri green for 10 years and have been completely pleased with their product and service. Ive had to discontinue for a short period but plan on re starting as Ive changed grass type. In that process we had a small glitch with pricing which was immediately and professionally corrected by management. Actually, we have tried 3 other services claiming similar products, but they turned out to be fake! The yard looks so good it could be on a magazine cover and for less money than all 3 other companies.

Nutrigeen has serviced our lawn and shrubs for 14 + years. Our neighbors were so impressed, they switched years ago. Johnathan is our current specialist, and does an excellent job.

I have used NutriGreen for almost a year. The yard was not in great shape when we moved in and NutriGreen has been excellent with information and taking the time to explain the science behind grass and whats needed to get it healthy. My tech Tyler will spend. alot of time answering any questions I have. Emily in the office responds to any needs very fast, same day responses. Everyone has been fantastic. Nutri green has been the single best yard treatment company we have ever used. Over the years we have used various big name companies and have always left very dissatisfied. We changed to Nutrigreen about 3 years or so ago and have been absolutely satisfied ever since. The service is excellent, the tech (I don t remember his name unfortunately) is knowledgeable and professional not to mention a very hard worker. I can say only good things about the company.

Overall, three stars. Definitely better than Trugreen who has some of the rudest representatives in the world. However, they will send you propaganda in the mail and then berate you if you are not on a prepaid plan and takes you longer than 24 hours to pay the bill (ridiculous). There are a million lawn treatment companies in the area that all do the same thing, so competition is fierce. If it is so detrimental that payment needs to be rendered within 24 hours, then maybe their entire census needs to prepay? Called and canceled service. Probably will never do business with them again, although they were very quick with canceling and really did not give me any flack doing so, which is at least a quarter thumbs up.

Nutri Green has been very professional and done a great job protecting my yard. When I first started using them a couple years ago my lawn had been overrun with Dallas Grass and Dandelions and right now those are completely gone and my lawn is practically weed free. I highly recommend them.

We had a ton of issues with Nutri Green culminating in cancelling the service. We were billed for services that were not pre-agreed on multiple occasions. We had to replace most of our grass in the back yard because treatments were not done. At sign up we were advised that the services would be pre-scheduled as requested to allow access to our yard behind our gate. This never happened. Office staff were rude. Avoid like the plague.

I have been a Nutri Green customer for 3 years now and I have been pleased since Day one. Jonathan is super knowledgeable and friendly with any of my questions.

Charged us to spray our yard but failed to spray the back even when I told them they were watched the supervisor said he did the job himself. We are elderly and they are deceitful. Bad business and I had him on speakerphone and my family could hear him trying to tell me he remembered our wood deck? We have a huge concrete patio and no wooden deck! When caught he said he left a stake behind our patio no stake and now saying we have a patio?! Hubby was home upstairs and daughter (40) downstairs so no one saw him in backyard that day! Also zero odor or sign except in front! Do Not Trust this company unless you have a video camera to watch them.

I have a very specific no soliciting sign on my door. This was ignored. If they ignore this, I dont think I can expect them to do a good job. Very disappointed.

I begrudgingly decided to use a company to handle my fertilization and weed control after several years of issues with my 1 acre lot. Good lawn treatment with great service. Our backyard took a real beating over the winter, and their normal treatment wasnt doing much for the grass besides keeping weeds away. I reached out to them, and the operations manager came out to inspect the same week, apologized for the lackluster lawn, explained the best course of action, and hit it with a more potent treatment to get it going. That, plus some much needed rain, and Im already starting to see a difference.

I asked for one application to get rid of some weeds that were out of control last spring, one and done, and they supposedly locked me into a year with a bunch of unnecessary visits (8-10 visits per year, really?!) and threaten to fine me if I cancel a contract I never signed. Which would have been fine if they would have done 2 things: No one has actually came out and inspected my lawn and after all these visits there are still weeds and thin spots and my lawn doesnt look significantly better than it did last year for the insane amount theyre charging me. Just a one-size-fits-all program that apparently doesnt work for all lawns in Texas. And 2: they just randomly show up whenever they feel like it so I usually have a bunch of chemicals on the lawn when my dog or kids wants to go out and play. They even opened my back gate as my dog was running around since I had no idea they were coming! They do give me a 24 hour notice that they might be there sometime in a 10-hour window but its 50/50 if anyone checks their messages there for me to postpone. All my other contractors allow me to choose a date and (small) time window that works best for me, their customer. Were talking about hazardous chemicals they just throw around with zero regard to the homeowner. They dont even explain the applications prior to the visit, just expect you to play dumb and trust them to line their own pocketbooks.

My experience with NutriGreen has been fantastic. They have made my lawn look amazing and I see the improvement from each application they do. Both Justin and Jonathan have been the utmost professional when coming to my home and always are willing to hear any feedback I give them on what I see in my lawn and they address it. Simply fantastic and I will continue to use.

Pretty much all of our weeds are gone and our lawn looks 1000 times healthier. I appreciate how upfront they were initially in explaining how the programs was going to work, how I would be billed and answered all of my questions. If you bring them on and follow what they say to do for your lawn regarding watering/mowing, then I imagine you will have the same results as we have so far! Bordering on fraud and shady practices, IMO. I prepaid for a year of service; at the end of the year, they didnt terminate service, they kept coming out and billing me. I was furious, as I was still debating on whether to renew and thought I had more time from their notices. The owner contacted me to discuss after I left a message via their web site. He stated that was standard business for most lawn services in the area and he would give me the same price as the previous year to keep the service - I agreed. Well, I am moving out of the area next week and called the office to cancel the service - I was told there were no refunds but they can treat the lawn for the remainder of the year for the new owners. Such utter and complete ******* - what a scam to prepay, they never mentioned not getting a refund if I have to cancel. The whole prepay thing is a scam IMO - I hope to never use this company again. Ill go with a company who does things with contracts and in writing. Response to company: You tried to make your policies cleared and you failed. Ive spoken to all my neighbors who went with your service based on my recommendation to make them aware - none of them were. I truly hope to never deal with your company ever, ever again. These are hidden and deceptive practices.

Charles does an excellent job!! If I have any questions he takes the time to explain and I appreciate his knowledge of the services they offer. Charles was so helpful. When he was done he gave me detailed instructions on what I need to do to maximize what nutrigreen was doing. By the end of the year I had the lushest and greenest lawn on the block.

Sorry but this company has a terrible customer service, I spoke with the sales representative lady regarding Dallisgrass treatment a few weeks ago and they still havent showed up. I hired this company thinking that they would take care of this grass and they did nothing. She stated that they dont the treatment when the customer want it. I told her that I wanted to discontinue my service and she said that they will charge me $45 because is in my contract and I undertandant it. She was very rude when I told her that I was going to write a bad review and she said: You do whatever you want to do instead of trying to solve my problem.

Nutri Green Helped me turn my lawn back around. I had weeds slowly taking over my entire lawn, and now my Bermuda grass is beautiful, healthy and 99% weed free. I couldn t recommend them highly enough.

The actual service lawn treatment itself was satisfactory, but the communication and misinformation from several people left a lot to be desired. We had asked for some form of advanced notice when our lawn would be treated so we could make sure any gates were unlocked and that our pets were inside, but most visits were unannounced. We did receive an email notification for a couple of our treatments, but that was about it. We were also sold up into an additional type of tree/shrub treatment that the salesperson told us would be a one-time service if that was how we wanted it, only for the additional service to be performed and billed again the following month (once again, unannounced). Customer service said treatments cannot be made a la carte, but that is exactly how it was pitched to us by the salesperson. Any additional service requires opting out, which I can understand, but it certainly was not sold that way. Most of the people we spoke to over the phone were not very empathetic and were oftentimes condescending. The person we spoke with who helped us finalize the discontinuation of business with them unfortunately was the most gracious and fair person yet. Our family would have liked more of our interactions to have been as pleasant as they were with the department that helped us cease our services. Again, the actual physical results were okay, but the overall lackluster customer service and inability to follow through on a simple request of providing advance notice before visits bring me to a 2/5 rating. Hopefully most other potential customers have better experiences than us. Refer to some of the combative responses from the company to some of the poor reviews if you want a better idea of their attitude towards their customers.

Nutrigreen has exceeded my expectations. When speaking with lawn care services, Nutrigreen was the only service I spoke with that put me in touch with a service tech vs a sales rep. The guy knew what he was talking about and told me to give him a year to get my lawn in shape. 4 months later, my lawn is in outstanding shape! I have a relatively new Zoysia lawn and it was showing stress from the hard freeze we had last winter. That, plus my attempt at maintaining it myself. Not only has Nutrigreen treated my lawn per the contracted schedule of treatments, they ve also treated for a couple of other things my lawn needed at no extra charge. I ve always been confused about when, what and how to treat my lawn. I did lots of research and used some online lawn forums, only to find that the really good treatments are incredibly expensive and hard to use. Nutrigreen gives me the peace of mind to know that my investment in my lawn is now being protected by professionals.

After posting this review, I received a call from David. He was good to work with and we were able to come to a resolution. David was fantastic to work with and for that reason I am changing the review. If you work with David, then this business may be worth dealing with. I maintain that Jamie and Emily are the worst need training in how to treat customers. WORST SERVICE EVER! I prepaid for lawn treatment. On two of the four occasions, my cameras, neighbors and other workers at my home have observed them driving up, talking on the phone, sticking their sign in my yard, hanging the door tag, and leaving! THEY NEVER PERFORMED THE SERVICE! No wonder I still have weeds! When you call you can only reach Jamie who is rude, combative, and non-responsive to any request for escalation or resolution. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY on this business! Theyll rip you off.

I used Nutrigreen this passed season for doing my lawn fertilization and weed control. The rating has nothing to do with the quality of lawn service I received or the way my yard looked. If fact if the rating was just for that I would have scored higher. The reason I am not happy is that when you start service they will tell you they would like to keep monthly service going, but you can cancel anytime. What they don t tell you if you don t complete the service you will be charged additional to cancel. I can say I would have started my service back up in Spring but now I will look for another company and ask the right questions next time.

I thought this company was great. They treated my lawn and it was improving. The one thing I do like about them is I moved places and they serviced the home still. The new owner of the home came out there and let them know that they are not the previous owner and they still did the work. On top of that. They are still charging me $64 for the service instead of being a good company and taking care of the charge to even get that clients business back in the future. I guess not I do not recommend this company as they don t care about you.

Where to start. Company auto-renews your account, but not always. So be sure to contact Emily to cancel OR continue, cause Mark and her arent on the same page. That said, Id suggest not going with them in the first place b/c the quality of their applications is so poor that Ive had TruGreen reps who were servicing my neighbors yards stop and ask me if I wanted a free application b/c my yard looked so bad. Nutri sent letters blaming weather conditions, but why did my and the other yards in the neighborhood serviced by them look so much worse? On top of the $600/year they were charging me for my ~.25 acre yard, they wanted to charge ANOTHER $600/year for my crepe myrtles. $30 of pesticide sufficed. UPDATE: the company (Chad) called and offered to settle my dispute if Id remove this accurate review, which certainly suggests negative reviews youd normally see have been scrubbed off, providing an inaccurate picture of the company.

I received a random text referring to me by name that came from this company saying they are servicing yards in my neighborhood and want to offer a quote. Find a better way to market, ya creeps. I have not agreed to any terms for anyone from this company to contact me via text or any other means. I m not sure if this is legal, but I m about to find out.

This is the worst company I Have never seen before and will never do any business with them again. After a couple of services, a sales person emailed me proposing a very expensive service which I knew it is not necessary plus I did not see the values of the much premium Charges over the others, so I decided to cancel the service. Later, I found my credit card was charged for the service they DID NOT do. I called and asked them to see if there was a mistake and was told that it was the discount amount for the first application because I canceled the service ... I Was shocked and asked my credit card company to dispute the charge later got my money back !! Believe or not, I still received a flyer from NutriGreen saying that there is a 50% off for the first application if I want to go back....

Hands down the shadiest service ive ever used. Signed up for a yearly treatment system. Asked to be notified of when they were coming and what they were doing. I have only paid the price they quoted me per treatment twice out of all treatments. Some are as high as $225 when we were expecting $55. Company cannot provide proof ive approved additional services for each instance they have applied them. Extremely unhelpful when ive contacted them for resolution. They lie about being contacted. They lie about contacting me. If I see anything else from this company show up in my charges, Ill file against them. Update: as i see below, you are still perpetuating your lies. You have declined to provide records you claim exist despite my repeated request for these forms. I did agree to one additional treatment in the spring. The email you claim to have sent regarding this also doesnt exist. I cannot understand why you wont provide the documentation, except you havent provided it. You claim that i have been unwilling to discuss or resolve my issue, yet despite my repeated contacts, you failed to even attempt to rectify your errors, charges, or provide documentation. I requested to be notified of any additional services on two separate occasions, which you ignored. Your business practices are shady. Your customer service is pathetic. Please respond to the email I have sent, again, regarding your latest mishandling of this matter. Im sure you will not, though.

Called into cancel months ago. Said there was no record charged me for a service that should have been cancelled, but have record of me calling in inquiring about cancelling. Refused to refund my money they did not have the authority to pull ($75, thats a lot of money). Was just told unfortunately there s nothing I can do . I don t even live at the house anymore. This is a total joke and no one even seemed to care or want to help. Not cool at all.

Hello, if I knew the problem Id know which program I wanted. Then when I called for clarification, left a msg, no return call. Good bye, forget it.

Nutri Green is a great small, local business. They have always responded promptly and personally, and they are extremely knowledgeable about seasonal/weather affects on the lawn, how the lawn responds to treatment over time, etc. They also offer detailed tips about caring for your lawn (watering schedules, mowing recommendations) that make a big difference in the lawns health and appearance. We have been very satisfied with their services!

Very disappointing and bad customer service for a local company with deceptive billing practices. They increase prices without notice and then bill you automatically. The products they spray also are not as good as the competition. I would recommend other local merchants and avoid NutriGreen.

I have been a Nutri Green customer for several years. These guys are awesome & I cannot express how pleased weve been with their service. We have tried several other services in the past & they couldnt control the weeds effectively. Nutri Green provides a personalized service where the same guy actually comes out every time, which is a rarity these days. Several of our neighbors on the street have switched to using them now & their yards have all dramatically improved as well. This is a great small company & highly recommended!

Nutri Green has been spraying and fertilizing my lawn for five or six years now and they do a fantastic job. We stopped using their service for a few months one of those years (thinking we could do it ourselves) and heavily regretted it. Our yard looked terrible.
