My landscape has never looked better! Your team was fast, friendly, respectful of my cars and did an AMAZING job including clean up (not a leaf left behind)! I love how they evened out all my small bushes in the fronts of the beds, raised the canopy of the monster Holly Berry bushes and even trimmed them down to a more aesthetically pleasing size and the Box Woods are perfectly boxy

They dont answer or call back. I left about 5 messages with no call backs

The service is terrible. I don t recommend them to anyone.

They are great people and do a great job on our lawn.

Great service, great people. They mow on a schedule. Sometimes that means they mow when you might not think it needs it. I dont see this as a problem, but if having a set schedule bothers you, having someone else mow your lawn might not be your best solution.

They would run over my kids toys with the mowers not tell us when they were coming always changed days also did not take care of the weeds like they said they would complained multiple times but never got better

Edging was poor, some areas trimmed and others not. Only mowed front lawn..would forget back side...not worth it.

Good company overall. Some of workers can seem a little shady but they get the job done and for the price its solid.

I understand its been raining and theres gaps in service because of it. What I dont understand is how my neighbor gets services weekly and its been over a month for me. Im on ever other week service. When they schedule a skip for me, the following week should be service, not the next month. I contacted them and the OWNER responded to my request for service but they still no showed me on a sunny day after 48 hours of no rain. They pulled this game in the past as well. Constant emails asking for forgiveness for late mows and no shows. They cant keep crews running and they sub out their work, subs tear up your lawn. To top it all off, they charged me for a mow they didnt preform. If you want reliable and quality service, look elsewhere. If you choose to use them, youll get an email every month with an excuse on why they cant mow.

Called and the lady was very rude! Clearly not from Texas or just mad at the world lol. I could only imagine how I d be treated if I was an upset customer.

They did I great job before they came my backyard looked like a scene from Jumanji.

My husband and I were customers for almost 3 years. I was never impressed with the job they did, but my husband works a very demanding job and I care of our two very small children. So we didn t have much of an option to do it ourselves. I will give credit to them that when we complained about a really poor job someone would come fix it. But there were times it just wasn t worth our time to call until someone answered to fix the problem. And we shouldn t have to. I think in this situation, you get what you pay for. I will also agree with other reviewers that whoever answers the phone and talks to customers is very rude. Also, my husband called twice and sent an email last Friday to let them know we were canceling their services. No answer and no reply to the email. My husband called Monday morning to make sure they got the email and the lady was very rude and said we were already on the schedule for that day and she wasn t sure if she could stop it. My husband replied he was not paying for it if they came because it didn t need to be mowed (we did it ourselves) and he had canceled their services on Friday. She reluctantly said she d see what she could do, and was able to catch the mowers before they came. As a person who worked customer service for over ten years and did a damn good job, I find it shocking that someone would behave so rudely to a customer, especially one canceling services. Instead of replying to all of these reviews making excuses and defending yourself, focus on making some actually change to your business. I won t be recommending you to anyone.

Our lawn care crew is awesome

Grass King has been taking care of my lawn for over 5 years. I can t put into words, how amazing my lawn looks after they have mowed, edged and used the weed eater. I love to look at the edges around my driveway and sidewalk after they have edged. There is a nice crisp straight line in between the grass and the driveway, with the grass pile standing about 2 inches above the concrete. It s beautiful! I get so many compliments about that edging! I talk to Teresa in the office about once a week, and she is a sweetheart! Kris and the whole staff is like family and they do back flips for their customers! LOVE, LOVE Grass King!

Terrible service. Much of my backyard was destroyed after they provided lawn service all winter. When I contacted the owner, he immediately said it wasnt his fault....never asked for pictures, never offered to come look at my lawn, just said it wasnt his fault. Exchanged correspondence for all a week, no resolution was offered by Kris Dorsey...his was response was I never asked for anything .According to him, I should have provided pictures (which I ultimately did), asked him to come and see my yard and td him I wanted a solution and what is was to be...I did tell him I expected not to be billed for the month of May for the terrible service and the mess he left me to clean up and his response was your account is current and you wont be billed again until its due....mind you, we had been their customers for several years. The bottom line is Grass Kings customer service is lacking. Upon my first contact with you, your response was its not my fault...a conclusion you reached without looking at my yard or even a picture of my yard. My second email, I received the same response its not my fault. I never stated I had cleaned up the problem areas, I stated I had spent 2 days cleaning my back yard but there was more to do. I offered a reasonable solution, to not be billed for a month - you stated youve already been billed. At no time did you make any effort to investigate what was going on, you simply offered your opinion which was, not my fault. Apparently its just a coincidence that the one winter we actually had you service our yard, over a 1/3 of our backyard grass didnt grow back. In all the previous years when we did not have you service our back yard, it grew back fine.

Teresa is very rude and poor customer service skills. Be careful calling.

The crews have damaged my fence several times and destroyed my water hose caddy. They said it would be fixed or replaced a year ago. They have not kept their word. Owner was rude and blamed me in an email.

Poor quality, owners don t care Broken sprinklers all the time. If you want crappy work and service along with being told to fix it yourself, then call these slackers. They are terrible.

I just called to see about having them come out to give me a quote on some work. The first question they asked me was if I was looking for an ongoing service. I responded that I didnt know yet. The man on the phone implied that I go somewhere else if that was the case due to being so busy with already established clients. I have no idea what kind of a business model that is but good luck with that. I hope someone like me reads this before calling. Sometimes I feel like I cant even make this stuff up

We stopped working with them because every time they missed service we called them and they said they cut the grass in the wrong house and we still got charged for supposedly cutting someones grass. It happened more than once. They never give us they money back. So we decided to not pay for cutting someone elses yard. Sorry but apologizing doesnt cut our yard. They also damaged our sprinkler lids and also the back entrace mat.

This is a great company. As others here have said, they always do their best and if rain prevents them from arriving on their usual day, they send an email explanation. Very professional and reliable and very reasonable prices! Highly recommend!

THE WORST lawn service Ive EVER had!!! I can not believe how bad they cut my lawn!! First of all, the lady on the phone assured me their guys would use an edger to edge. Not a weed eater. But no. They used a weed eater any ways. Looks terrible as youll see in the photos Ill post. Next, they use a zero turn mower and tore up the grass at every turn as youll see in the pics Ill post. AND they didnt even finish their butchery. Left the lawn only 1/3 mowed. I thought maybe they ran out gas and would return, but no. The mower they used cuts uneven. The weed eater guy chopped the grass down to the dirt. So they called me to see how I like the service. Well, you can guess how that conversation went

These guys are truly amazing. They show up on time at the same time every week and do an outstanding job! I really cant say enough.

They do a great job, except that they dont always do what was agreed upon when I signed up for their services. If I am not here when they arrive, parts of my lawn do not get done. Part of this is caused because I think the crews are not always the same guys. My house is new to them every time they arrive. It is very frustrating.

Pretty straight forward with pricing for different services. I have always been able to communicate with them through email for any questions or adjustments that needed to be made and they have always gotten back to me within the same day. They will communicate to you if they are running behind for your given lawn care day which is nice to know and something rare for a business to communicate as much as they do to their customers. My lawn care day is on Tuesdays and I always come home to a nicely cut lawn both front and back and have only needed to explain to them once what all I wanted done. They also trim my front bushes when they need it so I never has to worry about that.

Kris and his crew have been wonderful. I have had them many many years! They work with you to accommodate your needs, and Kris replies quickly to email requests. When it rains, they inform you when they will be out if they cant make it. I have a pool and there is always very little if any grass debris after they cut the yard. I am really pleased with Kris and his crew!

I have used Grass King for years. They are reliable and consistent. The communication is wonderful. Payment is easy. And they accommodate special requests with no hassle. I will be a customer for a long time to come.

I spent over 200$ replacing furniture and equipment that they broke or destroyed during my 2 seasons of service. I did like the online billing and payment options and they typically responded quickly to emails.

Grass King has always been exemplary in the services it has delivered. I can truly say that when Ive sent an email, asked for a change of date, requested a lower/higher cut on grass for the backyard, etc that Grass King responds in a timely manner. I also appreciate when theyve had difficulties, as weve had rain storm after rain storm this year, that they send us an email notifying us that they are behind. On one occasion, they ran over one of our sprinklers that had stayed up instead of dropping down after watering the yard. I advised Grass King and they took care of it. They have a great team and their service is something I never have to worry about. As a homeowner, I heartily recommend their service above others.

So much better and professional than my last one. Grass is like a carpet, beautiful. They are on time, go right to work, know what they are doing, and leave with a great clean edging and clean up. They change direction every time they cut and I think that make the grass grow better. I didnt ask for that, they just do it. Did I mention that they charge less than my last servicer. So lets see. Lower price and better service and performance. No, Im not related. Never met the owners. I am just a satisfied customer.

I use Grass King for my lawn service. They are very reliable and professional. When I call the office, the staff is always friendly and accommodating. During the rains I received an email letting me know that my service would be changed due to the weather so I didnt have to guess. I would recommend them. Thank you!

Have been with Grass King several years and have been more than satisfied; they show up on the day that I was told they would and if there is rain on that day you are notified by email that they will be there the next day. Everyone at Grass King is very professional and friendly.

Grass King is a wonderful company. All transactions have been professional. They are always prompt and respectful. I changed from an individual mowing my lawn to Grass King. The individual left my gate open and my dog got out. He is fine. This has never been a problem with Grass King. Highly recommended.

My Grass King crew is awesome! They are friendly, conscientious and professional. I especially appreciate that the grass is cut perfectly for the high temperatures so as not to cause grass burn.
