Our lawn has looked a lot better since signing up. Vonte is an awesome technician. Very personable and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

We are on our 4th treatment and I could not be happier. We had another company for the last 1.5 years and our lawn contually looked awful, but within months of switching to Gecko Green our lawn looks wonderful. Im excited to see what it looks like after a few more treatments! Also, the customer service is top notch. Clear communication, shows up to scheduled appointments, and give excellent notes on services completed. I highly recommend this company. UPDATE: 4 months into treatements. I would 100% recommend this company if you want your lawn to look great and for communication to be a breeze. Our lawn looks so good now and we are so glad we found them!

I ve been with em about a year and haven t seen much in the way of results. The fall treatment did nothing to stop weeks from emerging. My lawn is covered in crabgrass and it s only 4/1/24. I called and the woman I spoke with said they can retreat. I asked three times to talk to a manager. THREE TIMES before I got her to agree to a manager contracting me. As it stands , I was told 24 to 48 hours would pass before a manager could talk to me because they have their own schedules. The fist technician couldn t even identify the weeds in my yard last year. Should I ask for a FULL REFUND for ALL MY PAYMENTS? Will Gecko Green truly stand behind their work? Update: The local manager called me and sent a tech out to respray.. I m giving them one final opportunity to fix the issue. FINAL IPDATE: I fired the company because of their poor customer service and lackluster yard service. They did not stand behind their product or their services and did not provide a refund nor even try to keep me on as a customer. Stay away from these people. I ve updated the rating to a single star.

We ve been using Gecko for awhile and today I had some serious questions about wether I had crab grass or Dallas grass in areas. Edward was very helpful and treated our lawn for such. He also contacted tree specialist bcs my red oak has some mushrooms growing on some old bark, not serious and he explained everything. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We used two other lawn care services in the last three years. Gecko Green service appears to have made the best positive impact on the overall appearance of our lawn. As with every Gecko Green technician that has come to our house, Lonnie Carr was very personable, knowledgeable, and explained the purpose of our recent lawn treatment. After several visits to Home Depot during the year to purchase various fertilizers, and including the application time, Gecko Green saves time, guesswork and manpower of applying the right treatment at the right time, and it costs about the same as doing it myself. And the results are great. I highly recommend Gecko Green and our technician Lonnie Carr.

Really disappointed. When I signed up, was told the first appointment would be within the first week. Made numerous follow-up calls to first get scheduled and then was cancelled on twice for unforeseen circumstances. When I escalated the issue, they were able to send someone out. The person who came very great and very thorough, so no problems there. Was advised my next appointment would be in a couple of weeks so that the initial treatment could be effective. That has not come and it has been nearly a month. When I followed up again, was told they would schedule something, but that has not been defined yet.

Mechanical Aeration Carson communicated his arrival ETA, was professional and knowledgeable, took time to understand the irrigation that I flagged to ensure no damage, and did a quality job once again. In April he did my personal lawn, and all the above applied then, too! I requested him for our HOA common area due to his quality work ethic. Thanks Carson, and Gecko Green! The mechanical aerations really help out my lawn! Everyone should get an aeration every Spring and Fall!

Ppl that advertise state you can call them anytimethen when you do call they forget you set up your service truly you dont need a company unless youre lazy or just dont have the time. Just scotts turf builder in yellow bag...because were in Texas id recommend seeding every month or 2 months and water only in the morning 3 times out the week long as you stay consistent green grass will come. For those who cant water in the morning add Scotts disease ex to your seeding so you dont get the brown fungus when you water at night. This is a total rip off.

The Gecko Green field technician, Carson D, sent us an ETA, showed up on time, helped me mark our sprinkler heads and then aerated our lawn efficiently. He was ver professional and helpful. It s hard to come by service like that any more.
