I'm giving Hoyer's a five star review for several reasons. I appreciate that: 1) their pricing is fair, 2) they are reliable, 3) they respect my property, 4) they respond quickly to emails/concerns, and 5) if there is a problem, they make it right. That's the way to build a business!
Zach and his team have been installing Christmas lights on our home for the last three years. They do a great job! The installers that come are very kind and professional. We appreciate them.
Our front lawn needed new sod pretty badly. The crew completed all the necessary steps to get my lawn back in good shape. Zach has been great quarterbacking the whole process and following up after the job was completed. Highly recommended.
Hard working and respectful crew. I am very satisfied with how clean and well taken care of they always leave my lawn and flower beds. I truly appreciate how they never forget to close the gate when they are done so my dog doesn’t escape. I have several trees that drop their leaves late fall and they work hard to leave the lawn leaf free. I only have positive words for this company and its owner. I have been using them a good 8 years and hope many more.
Hoyer’s was great from the very beginning. Zach listened to everything I wanted and was patient and responsive throughout the whole process. We got exactly what I was hoping for and Zach’s customer service has been amazing from start to even after the job is complete! I highly recommend!!
If you are expanding your landscape where there was previous grass do not use this company. All they do to prepare area for planting is use a weed eater to cut down grass and then they planted flowers right into previous turf. Also did not use any potting soil. I complained about this a week or so later when the grass grew up around the flowers and got no response. I had to dig up all the flowers to remove the grass. They also cut into the watering bleed line in several places. They repaired some of them but left one unrepaired after I pointed it out. I am very dissatisfied. See attached pictures.
How do you spell CUSTOMER SERVICE? Hoyer's!! From the time the landscape designer listened to what you would like to have done, to the actual workers (worker bees!) diligently executing the plans, to the follow up with the boss, AN OUTSTANDING COMPANY! Fair and competitive pricing. VETERAN OWNED!!
Excellent company and work completed. They were extra thorough in their quote and took pictures throughout for my records. They cleaned up and left the place looking new and with better drainage for sure. Great communication and fair pricing

Excellent service with fair pricing. I had them level my yard, install new sod, clean and mulch flower beds, tree trim, and irrigation. I couldnt be happier with the work and quality they provided. I would recommend Hoyer to anyone in the area looking for work to be done.
I had a great experience working with the team at Mr. Lawn & Hoyer s. Zach was very responsive and the team did a great job installing sod for us and they even came back right away to repair some sprinklers for us. Would definitely recommend!
Reliable good service at an excellent price. I highly recommend this hardworking crew. They always keep my yard looking great. I receive a monthly invoice using my cell phone without having to down load an app. that stores my credit card info and with a simple click I pay my bill, simple and easy.

Hoyers recently installed a French drain system for our detached garage with sump pump, drainage basins, etc. The work was professionally done, and I would recommend them highly for that kind of work.

I hired Hoyer s team to add an 8 foot privacy fence, extend our driveway with pavers, and create a row of greenery for privacy screening on my back patio. We were hit with every city ordinance and HOA wouldn t allow on every part of this project. Alex worked with us the entire time and found solutions that satisfied the city, HOA, but most importantly us! He went above and beyond on every aspect of this major project. He even had huge custom planters made for me that fit in my budget. The communication was like no other experience I ve ever had with a contractor. Absolutely the best there is. 10/10 would recommend and will hire again.
While the end result was great. When it came time to pay, he over charged me. We had a set agreed upon price and that if he didn t finish in the time frame he was supposed to, I requested he stop and come back to finish so that I can stay with in that price. And the owner claimed that the worker went over that time and charged me an additional fee. When I brought it up to him, he quickly changed the price back to what we had agreed on. He claimed it was a mistake on his end, maybe it was, or maybe he was trying to over charge me. I am not sure what happened. I m glad it was resolved easily with no fight. The work was good. I would even say very good. But have to give 3 stars because if the paying situation. Overall, I m happy with the service. I am undecided if I will use them again.
We have used Hoyer s twice now and plan on using them again soon. They are incredibly responsive, very professional, do an outstanding job, and are competitively priced! Veteran owned is a plus!

We recently had our entire front landscaping done by Hoyer s and I could not recommend them enough. Very professional, quick in responding, and very fast with the completion of the project. We will definitely be using them in the future and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Hoyer s Landscaping did a great job with landscaping on my property. Hoyer s removed freeze damaged landscaping and installed a rock flower bed. Alex communicated with me throughout the project and completed the job exactly as quoted. I would recommend this business.
Experience was OK Until I got home to look at my gate and notice a area of lights were missing. I called DEYANIRA several times asked why the section was unfinished, (Crickets). Being that he had no solution or offer for to fix the problem. I came up with a solution myself by adding a 4 piece of section to my gate so the lights could be finished properly. DEYANIRA Promised several times to come out and add the section of lights.. I was even more than willing to go and purchase the lights to finish off the area so the house and the fence would look complete with Christmas lights. Very simple solution, But again in text messages he stated he would but never showed up never communicated with me telling me that he could not be back out to solve the problem. Unfortunately I have to state the obvious, not a man of his word. Horrible communication and follow through.

Alex is a professional, trustworthy and hardworking businessman. He knows a lot about home and garden maintenance and repair. He has done garden work for us previously, and just finished a complete replacement of our back fence (it s really long!). He worked through the rain, sleet and snow and the fence looks amazing. I will definitely hire him again.
I have been very pleased thus far with the work that has been done. Alex and his crew take much pride in their work. They are here by 7 in the morning and are non stop throughout the day. I had a couple of trees removed, part of my fence replaced as well as my entire fence stained and 2 rock gardens installed. I m a happy lady in Keller!!!!
Hoyers has done a wonderful job of taming my backyard bamboo jungle. They kept their word and kept at the project, despite many roadblocks along the way. I appreciated having a written (typed) quote that detailed exactly what would be done and what it would cost. I highly recommend Hoyers to anyone with a lawn.
Alex was at my house 30 minutes before he said he would be. The work was excellent and he even did a great job of putting up with my wife. That s harder then the work !
