Denmark Lawn in Fort Worth

Recently set up a service visit, and to make a long story short, there was a bit of miscommunication in regards to estimates on the lawn mowing and trimming. While I do not belive the company will be a good fit for my (rather convoluted) lawn care needs, they did a fantastic job with what they handled, their customer service is direct but very nice and they are punctual. I do belive the prices are fair for the quality of service they provide. Despite my shortness over the phone I do belive their reputation is well deserved as they have done a great job.

Professional and reliable. Installed the most beautiful zoysia for my new home. Also did rock in spots grass wont grow and everything looks amazing! Highly recommend them.

Denmark Lawn is wonderful to work with. They offer many services that not all lawn companies provide. They also have a great billing system and flexible scheduling.

The front office is always so super friendly, and they did an excellent job ripping out my hideous hedges and making it like they were never there. Now they come every Monday to mow my lawn, and do a fantastic job. I have a few more projects for them in the future as well.

Was hesitant to hire someone to do my lawn since I d been doing it for many years myself and am a perfectionist. Denmark has been doing an excellent job for me and I couldn t be happier. Highly recommend them. UPDATE May 2024: After almost 2 years of maintaining my lawn of over an acre, Im still super happy with Denmark Lawn services. They covered my Jasmine before the big freeze this winter, and they survived after having having to replant them after the February 2021 deep freeze. Top-notch service and very reliable. Great communication. The owner has contacted me several times to make sure Im happy with everything.

Having owned my own business for decades, I have learned your business is only as successful as those who do the work. Denmark has accomplished the rare feat of having an excellent staff at every level who are professional, courteous, and perform their task with the high standard of keeping their clients desires as their goal. Mission accomplished in my case. They took an untamed- overgrown jungle and made it a manicured yard again. What a delight to drive up and see all they accomplished in one day. The sure sign of a satisfied customer is a repeat customer--I will have them back again--they understand my vision and are helping me accomplish it. In summary--they have my highest recommendation.

My spouse loved their company and it is really frustrating because normally they do a great job. However, this time one of their team members broke our fence by pushing too hard causing the latch to break off the fence causing another crack and you can see that by the screws being bent another direction too. The team told Nayeli that it was because the fence was old and had water damage. Look at this picture and tell me by the look of the new screws being bent in another direction and completely unhinged and cracked, even if there was water damage on the 1 1/2 year old gate, water can t bend the screws in a 45 degree angle the other direction. This team member was careless and when the told Nayeli they apparently knew about it because they tried to talk out of it by explaining it. Why rush off in a hurry and not tell the owner or Nayeli that they had an issue with the fence if they weren t guilty of something. Then they told us they couldn t get a team member out today because they are short staffed and I told them that I have a husky and can t let him out back because of this issue. The break is severe enough for you to have known what you did and they didn t tell us. Instead they left the gate wide open and drove away not telling us or Nayeli. My spouse had to call her about it and she had to ask them. It also speaks volumes that the manager can t be bothered or care to give us a call and see what happened or try to fix the situation. It is really frustrating because my spouse now has to find another company to go with and we liked having you as a service. I circled the breakage areas for reference. Unreal how people can t be held accountable for their actions now and my spouse has cancer and instead of focusing on issues that matter we have to deal with people who don t take responsibility for what they do accident or not.

Nayeli is the only good person at that company. The team broke our gate latch completely off the hinges bending the screws in another direction, cracking our fence due to the amount of force applied, left the gate wide open for our dog to potentially run away, ran off without telling us or Nayeli, had to call Nayeli to explain what happened and when they were asked about it knew exactly what happened and blamed all the damage on water damage and told us to get a new fence even though it is only 1 and a half years old and the way the screws are bent prove alone what they did accident or not. Then the manager cant be bothered or care to call to a customer to try and get a very pressing issue that their team caused to be fixed. My spouse has cancer and instead of focusing on things that matter, I have grown adults not taking responsibility for their actions in what they did. It is mind blowing. It is unfortunate because up until now I had respect for the company.

Fast, neat, and efficient. The two lawncare technicians arrived on time, mowed my lawn, edged, and were in and out in an hour.

Denmark Lawn did a fantastic job revitalizing our front and back yard flowerbeds. It was a big job, as we had grass overgrown in both areas. The team went above and beyond what I expected and took care of our yard like it was their own. I can t express how grateful my family is to have a beautiful backyard again to enjoy this summer!

We have a front and side yard of low maintenance with no grass, just low water use plants and decomposed granite. Weeding, pruning, cleaning, and removing leaves are needed. Denmark Lawn personnel are prompt and efficient. I highly recommend them.

Im signed up with Denmark Lawn for the weekly mowing of my front, back and side yards. Ive also hired them to remove existing foliage in my flower bed and plant succulents instead. The work the crew did finish was fine, and it is not that the crew did not work. However, you have to contract by the hour instead of paying an agreed upon fee for work up front. This means that a job that might take a little over an hour will cost you two hours. Unfortunately, the crew they sent came out, trimmed the bushes, and left all of the debris in the front yard because their hour was up. I d rather know what I am going to pay up front and get the entire job done. Otherwise, it just feels like you are trying to buy a used car.

I m not going to pay for an estimate. Yup, it was explained if I hired Denmark Lawn the $75 would be credited . An estimate is an opportunity for a company to earn a customers business. For whatever reason if I decide to not use your services, I.e. cost, timeline, plan/execution, a customer shouldn t be forced to pay you if not using you. IMO it s distasteful business practice. Have the confidence you ll earn a customers business. Not all reviews need to be based off of service. I was in contact with your company, was explained this estimate fee and I felt it was distasteful. This review is to help someone not make the same mistake I did by placing the call.

Two Denmark men worked next door on Oak Trail Drive in Aledo May 31 morning and blew clippings /debris into my backyard making a huge mess on my artificial turf. Walsh Ranch beware!

Very disappointed in our service. Often times they didn t come on the day they were supposed to come and most of the time did an incomplete job. I specifically called out multiple things they failed to do and it was never fixed. I was paying a lot of money for weed control and fertilization but my yard looked worse than my neighbors who were doing nothing. They also try to upsell you constantly. They use drought and heat damage as an excuse to sell you a chinch bug treatment, and then when you buy it they don t even do the full job. Cancelled my service and will not be coming back.

Expensive but decent lawn care.

I usually have great experience with lawn companies so this was a shock to me. First, I was told the service would start around noon it started near 5pm. This is important because like I told them inhave dogs and didnt want to interfere with their evening potty time. 2nd the workers left without completing the job. They sent men back out the next day and it still did not get done because they were not equipped. We were told again, they would come back the next day. Then the next day no one showed at all so there has been a huge hole where the sprinkler should be. If we dont get discounted services at this point I dont even know what to say but either way we would not hire them back nor would we recommend them to anyone. Two stars because the aeration service we really see a difference already. But overrall would not recommend and was not worth $400 And the response Mr. denmark gave was extremely passive aggressive and unprofessional. Anyone interested I have ALL TEXTS AND PHOTOS TO PROVE MY EXPERIENCE. I have never ever had an issue with other lawn companies. I tried Denmark because they offered the scalping/aeration service we needed. Otherwise I will continue with our other companies Salgado tree

We used Denmark to clean up the grounds around our elementary school. I met with Kyle on a Thursday, and he had his crew over first thing the next morning to start work. It was a huge job and they were able to finish in one day. They were accommodating, professional, and reasonably priced. We highly recommend Denmark and will use them again the first chance we get.

The Denmark crew did a great job of removing the overgrown shrubs in my landscape, cleaning up the landscape beds, filling in the holes in the beds left by removal of very large shrubs, removing the frozen brown ground cover materials, and cleaning up the entire space after they finished their work. Crews were professional and the fees for all this service were reasonable.

Denmark Lawn did a wonderful job on our front landscaping. They trimmed the bushes and trees, installed new plants, flowers, & mulch, & added landscape edging between the flower bed & grass.

Denmark did a xeriscape/dryscape project for me, and it was fantastic from start to finish! Chase and Eli have been doing a great job mowing our lawn every week. I appreciate their attention to details. Kyle came out and gave us a quote on some landscaping in our front yard about a month ago. The quote was reasonable, and we thought he and the office manager were professional and helpful so we hired Denmark Lawn. The crew came out a few days later to do the work, and they did a really great job and left the site very clean. We love the way it looks and they were great to work with. Wed definitely hire them again in the future!

Denmark lawn installed our Christmas lights in December 2019. Kyle was attentive, worked with in our budget, and installed a beautiful light display for our home. They returned a week or so after New Year s took everything down and placed the lights and cords in containers. We loved our experience with them and plan on 2020 Christmas light installation!

I almost never complete these evaluations, but Denmark deserves a shout out for its work last Christmas. We wanted the lights hung in a specific manner and they more than exceeded our expectations.

I have been with Denmark lawn for the past 2 years and have them service both my home and business. They are excellent! Always show up and great at communicating any problems they see with my yard. They have given me some great suggestions and my lawn has never looked better. They also offer clean-up services and I used them when I needed one on my large trees pruned. Amazing Service and Plans. Love that they have a schedule where they mow once a week during growing season, cut back during fall and winter and then dont mow during non-growing months. They also fertilize, spray for weeds, and do trees and planting. Truly a one stop shop. Every other company that we have used in the past we have to cancel during winter months, would often forget and they just continue to come. They operate on a 4 day week so if it rains, they still have two days to make up mowings. I also love that my billing is setup on autopay. Best yard service company we have ever used.

The Denmark team is extremely reliable and does a consistently great job on our landscaping. Even if theyre going to have to miss a day they communicate that appropriately and always reschedule ASAP. We have been customers of Denmark Lawn for about 5 weeks now. We just purchased a new home with a corner lot and have an expansive lawn to maintain. We are also subject to an HOA so the lawn has to look nice. I did my own lawn maintenance at my last house, but the yard was much smaller. Just the thought of mowing and edging my new lawn in the middle of the Texas summer was enough to make me sweat, so I decided that I would look into professional lawn maintenance services for the new property. Amid the chaos of moving, unpacking, buying new furniture, decorating, and all the other joys of moving, my lawn continued to grow...and grow...and grow. Before I knew it the lawn was a bit overgrown and we were hosting a backyard birthday party for my twins in a few short days! We left our mower and edger at our old house, so I called several lawn maintenance companies for help and they couldnt get anyone out to service my property for weeks. I called Denmark lawn and explained my situation to Kyle, he was friendly and eager to help, so we made an appointment for him to come out and get a lay of the land so he could give me a quote. He came out, measured the lawn, gave me a $25 gift card towards lawn services and a couple of frisbees and told me he would e-mail me a quote within 24 hours. He e-mailed me a very reasonable quote and said he could have a crew out to my house the day before the party to get the lawn squared away and then we could resume a normal service schedule on Mondays. I happily agreed. His crew showed up the day before the party as promised and despite the wet and overgrown conditions, did a commendable job. Theyve showed up every week since to maintenance the lawn and now it looks great! Im very happy with their services and am extremely grateful they went above and beyond to help me out. I would highly recommend Denmark Lawn to anybody in need of friendly, professional, reliable, and affordable lawn care!
