We started using Spring Green a year after we moved into our house and realized how horrible our mosquitos were with our backyard having a creek running through it. I have been a loyal customer with Spring Green for approximately 6 seasons now. During the course of the applications we determined driving the riding fertilizer machine in the back yard causes ruts and grass damage due to how wet my back yard is. Spring Green acknowledged the issue and informed me they would accommodate the situation and not use the machine in the small backyard. Unfortunately every season they drive the machine into the rear yard and cause ruts. The first application of the 2022 season was no different as the technician drove around the fence in the neighbors yard to the rear of my yard. The technician drove right next to a small arborvitae tree as I could see the tire tracks from the riding machine. I noticed the tree was uprooted. I called Spring Green and informed them of the issue and they proceeded to tell me to take pictures and send them in, which is the same thing I had to do the previous season because they had burnt my yard in several areas which they denied was from anything they did. I informed them I was refusing to pay the 55 dollar bill for this first application of 2022 as the driving in the rear yard continues to occur with damages. I received a phone call from Tristan and he advised Spring Green will no longer treat my lawn because they need to part ways with me, which is due to my issues I have with Spring Green on occasions and because they cannot meet my needs. I suppose being critical in their eyes is too much for them to deal with and it is easier to just drop a paying customer than to rectify an issue. Regards, Bobby Hollo

I cannot say enough good about what Spring Green has done for my yard. I bought my home three years ago and the previous owners had really let the lawn go to pot. Now, I have people every week come tell me how good my lawn looks! Weeds are gone and grass is full. Thank you!!

This is my second year with spring green and will definitely be my last. I hired this company to eliminate the broad leaves in my yard. Ive spoken to the techs over and over advising that the broad leaf weeds are again taking over my yard. There is always an excuse. Here are a few they have given me. These are direct quotes. Sir broad leaves are hard to get rid of. Sir I just use the stuff the company supplies even though I know it doesnt work. Sir you will have to pay for a special extra trip to utilize a very specific special product to get rid of the problem. Sir its been really hot and broad leaves grow really bad in the heat. Sir everyones yard is full of broad leaves .... I love what the tech said. He said I know what we use doesnt work but it is what it is so have a nice day. I have given this company enough opportunity to eliminate the problem and they have failed miserably. Now what this company is really good at is constantly trying to get add ons. They want to do over seeding They want to do aeration They want to do grub control They want to do mosquito control They want to do flea control They want to do tick control When all I ever wanted from them since day one is to eliminate my broad leaf weeds and dandelions. I wanted fertilizer. It appears spring green is trying to be a pest control company rather than a lawn care company. They really suck at the lawn care and I cannot recommend them as a result of 2 years of failure. Although I still have broad leaves in my yard they did manage to have drift and kill my carrots in my raised garden and my blueberry bushes. So they did kill something Ben Williams

After many years of using spring green I went to the office to resolve a problem I told the young lady I was not gonna pay for something I did not authorize. As soon as I started explaining to the young lady a big mouth tristin king came out of his office and it turned in to a yelling match .Ryan the owner needs to put this big mouth bulley on a one way ticket down the road .they did damage to my front yard and I was not happy with Tristan kings half azz repair all I can say is good riddin spring green Ryan youll never be in business 44 years as I have with a big mouth tristin king on your payroll so long spring iam not gonna miss you Bob Reavis

I have used spring green the past two years on a lawn that was originally a foreclosure house and had lots of problems. I tried treating it myself for a few years and finally decided to pay for a lawn service. Arif has been my technican both years and has done an awesome job! :) My dog is always SO excited when he comes too because he leaves a few treats with the receipt at the door which is a thoughtful touch to remember I have a dog - Thanks Arif! I feel like I really started to see great results this year (2nd year) as it does seem to take some time understandably to work through the weeds. Weeds were almost eliminated this year and my grass seems way less patchy/more full. I have some drainage issues, so it s a difficult lawn and it has come a long way! Thank you Spring Green!

The Sod-father does it again. Caleb really helped our lawn this year. Between the weather and a huge uptick in yard usage, there were some bare spots and thin areas throughout our yard early on. I asked if they could kill the weeds in a certain area that was not included and he did with no questions asked. Prices are unbeatable for the service they provide. Very happy! Highly recommended!

Had been raining all night the day before and all morning, everything flooded and soaked. To my amazement, I see the spring green truck pull away and was livid to see they decided to fertilize on in such awful conditions. Took pics as soon as they left...Rutted up my yard and was so wet water flooded into the tire tracks. Ridiculous, unprofessional.

I have had an issue for several years with foxtail and have mentioned it over and over to this Company and was assured that they would get it under control. I called today to let them know that I have areas ( all by the curb and other concrete) with foxtail as high as my knees almost. All they want me to do is aeration and over seeding. She said foxtail grow because of cracks or bare areas in the lawn( my foxtail is all in grassy areas) they wanted another fee to treat my yard again. I am done with this company!! I am on limited income and cant afford being gouged like this. I dont recommend this company as they do not keep their word.

I have to change my rating from 2 years ago. I have become increasingly frustrated with my service over the past two years since my initial review. Its my belief that they have some inexperienced technicians that are unaware of what or how much product they are putting down. Just in a weeks time, my yard went from luscious thick green grass with no disease present to having brown patch almost cover 70% of my lawn. It started appearing the day after my last treatment which I felt was rushed since they had just been out a few weeks before. If you do some research, one of the main culprits is over fertilizing with nitrogen. No one in my entire neighborhood has this issue now except for me. Now Im left with a dead yard that Ill have to have treated with fungicide to correct. I think this will be my last time using spring green. One of my biggest complaints from them is that they do not use the same technician each treatment to service your lawn so you end up with a new guy every month and they are unfamiliar with your lawn. Also their comments on your service statement couldnt be more generic, saying you have this or that wrong or your blades are dull even when you just replaced them. Add in the fact that they have started jacking up the price nearly $10 a year for the past two years I cant be more unsatisfied especially when my service quality has fell off a cliff.

We had a very invasive weed attack and take over our lawn this summer. It consumed our front yard within a matter of weeks and looked horrible. We initially used a different lawn company (competitor) and had no luck eliminating this weed and it continued to take over more of our lawn. We have used Spring-Green for the past few years. We are always satisfied with their work. Their pricing, quality, and service are all great. They always show up when they say they will and are flexible if we ever need to reschedule. Our technician is Jon and he was wonderful!

I had a few issues with this company. First, we had a fungus on our yard and were told that it needed to be treated immediately and it would be the first thing they scheduled. They came out to fertilize but never scheduled the fungus treatment. I called and was told it was labeled as ASAP in their notes but never scheduled. Second, their response time is terrible. They had to cancel due to weather a few times but then never followed up regarding the reschedule and I always had to call them. Third, they use this motorized cart to spread the fertilizer. This wouldnt be bad if it werent for the young kids they put on those carts that try to ram it through your fence opening that isnt big enough for the cart. We had to go out and tell the kid that it obviously wasnt going to fit and to stop before he damaged our fence. That was when we were home. We have noticed damage to our fence posts clearly done by this cart but of course they never own up to it. Our lawn has stayed green, not weed free, but green. So I guess they have that going for them. Unfortunately, we will seek another company for this next season.

We love Spring-Green! This is our second year using them, and our yard has never looked better! When we purchased our house, the yard was in horrible shape. Spring-Green has been worth every penny as our yard is now healthy and weed free! Our technician, Tom, was wonderful and served us well this year! This was our first time using a lawn service in several years. We chose Spring Green after researching several companies. Im pleased with the service we got from our technician (Justin). He was very professional and polite to deal with. He was able to answer my questions on the spot. Other than the sod worms we ended up getting, our lawn looked great. I was pleased with the service. I will, however, ask next year how they can proactively treat the sod worms so we dont end up with dead patches. Overall, very pleased with the service.
