They show up when they are supposed to for my lawn care and are reasonably priced. They also help with problem spots in my lawn. Its nice not to worry about buying fertilizer and knowing when to spread it.

This is a great company. Very good at what they do and responsive to customers.

I have been with Signature since 2012 and my yard looks amazing! Joel runs the office and he will answer any questions at anytime. Jason, the technician, is polite and professional. He takes pride in his work. He checks with you before he starts and after the application to make sure you are satisfied. I have used the big chain companies in the past and always felt like I was just another address. However with the Signature Lawn team, you feel like family.

We 1st started using Signature Lawn and Tree Masters when another lawn service failed to tell us we had moles really bad that 1/2 of our 3/4 acres was dead. The other company blamed us for not asking what is going on. Now four years later we moved into a new home and the grass is a mess. Signature came out to Columbia City from Fort Wayne about 20 miles to treat our yard, we had them aerate and overseed the whole yard this fall. They are so kind and they will email you or put on your door the bill for their service. Thank you for your services and I would recommend you to anyone. Brady has gone above and beyond for us.

Signature Lawn and TreeMasters has given me very good service for two years now and have always given us a good looking lawn.

I have never used a lawn service before due to living in the country and dealing with clay soil. However after moving into a subdivision and noticing several of the neighbors having their lawns treated I started calling the places and asking for information. I gave up as they were not friendly and didn t offer a plan I felt would fit into my budget. About a month ago Signature was treating my neighbor s yard I decided to talk with the person Dylan, he introduced himself and called the office told them what I needed and was given the ok to treat my lawn. Dylan answered my questions I had about my yard. I called them to come back out because my yard really looks nice I asked for Dylan to return I was told no problem. This is a wonderful company that I highly recommend trying.

The lawn aeration was great. I would have liked them to blow off the walks and drive when finished.

I can t give enough praise to Signature Lawn and Tree Care. I have a stately pin oak on the west side of a stone multi-tiered living space. Without it, the brutal sun would drive us from the area. Treemasters saved my ailing tree with multiple iron infusions. This oak stands tall and healthy, giving emince shade and making friends and family smile in relief!

I love that this business is locally owned. I had a few stubborn thistles in my yard that a first treatment didnt get all the way; they quickly came back out and repeated the treatment to get ideal results. Great customer service and they took the time to talk to me about my goals, treatment frequency, and lawn issues. My yard went from crusty yellow grass with dandelions, thistles, and poison ivy, to green and uniform after a few treatments. They have an easy online pay system too!

Their website is great. At the time of this review I haven t used their services yet. Although I can say the prices the have quoted me are on average what you would pay in my area. Talking with them on the phone is great! Very friendly and helpful! I have signed up for their 6 step lawn service and received a discount. The previous owner of our home used them and the lawn looks great.

4 years ago we had a 15 year old tree that we were going to cut down due to its lackluster growth. Tree masters gave us plan to save the tree and thankfully we took them up on it. The tree is doing well now and we have had Tree Masters back every year since. Since then we have relied on them for the maintenance of all our shrubs and trees. Josh is extremely knowledgeable and radially available. When compared to the investment and time we have in our landscape, their fees are very reasonable.

Have never been disappointed with the services. Josh goes into detail what hes going to do and what to expect. When comes to our trees, we depend on Signature Lawn & TreeMasters to to the job right, the 1st time. Bravo!

We continue to rely on Signature Lawn & TreeMasters to treat our evergreens, willow tree, maple trees, and ash tree. Over the years, some of our trees have become sick and we trust Signature Lawn & TreeMasters to either offer a plan of treatment or recommend that a tree should be removed. Several years ago, our ash tree was infested with the ash borer. After consistent treatment and care, our ash is healthy and looks terrific! I am amazed they were able to save the tree and I have attached a picture of our beautiful ash tree as the leaves are turning. We have invested a lot of money into the trees on our property, and we are pleased to have a reliable partner in Signature Lawn & TreeMasters to care for those trees.

I recently called them to receive a quote for new service in the Fort Wayne area. I received a quote for $35 more than my current rate. I gave 5 stars as I did not want to hurt their ratings from current customers, but I thought this would be helpful for others as you consider new service.

My wife and I have been with Signature Lawns since 2015. Our previous applicator had been first rate, but had decided to retire. All the personnel with whom we have dealt have been very positively interactive. They have listened to our viewpoints and worked with us in every way. They have called us before coming for each application, and adjusted our times of application to our and their convenience. They have more than once come back to spot treat weed problems. Numerous times they have made recommendations over the telephone. Their bills have stayed very reasonable for our limited available budget. All 5 review characteristics have been evident throughout: Quality; Responsiveness; Professionalism; Value and Punctuality.

I called to see about lawn care. Rick was not able to provide me with grass cutting services, but he took the time to provide me with a couple of numbers of guys that could do it, and it was with a good result. Our neighborhood association, Georgetowne Place, has over 40 pines that are over 40 feet tall. Our evergreens are dying from bagworms. Signature came out and quoted us a great price, and then offered all our residents an amazing price if they sprayed, and even offered the group discount to an adjoining property not part of our association. Everyone got sprayed over 2 days. Signature really spent a lot of time soaking our trees. Everyone was polite and helpful. The biggest surprise was that the quoter, Rick, told a dozen residents they did not need to spray, that they didnt have a bad infestation of bagworms. We will be using Signature in the fall to kill the bagworms again.

I called to get estimates for lawn & tree maintenance. Joel was very professional and offered expert advice for our requirements. Rick came out and evaluated our trees for the maintenance needed on them. Rick was very knowledgeable and provided recommendations. Jason and Adam came out and applied the recommended treatments for our lawn and trees. They were also very professional and did a fantastic job for us. I will recommend them to all my friends and family!!

Yard was patchy and full of weeds two years ago. I had tried Scotts step by step program and it never worked. This is my second year with Signature and the results are amazing. Weed free, green and even all across the yard. My only complaint is my nagger on the lawn mower fills up a lot faster than it used too!

Cancelled in the fall of 2013, they ignored it and came out spring of 2014 and fertilized anyway. Cancelled again after they came out. They came out again spring of 2015 and fertilized again! Had to call and cancel 3 times. Get your act together.

We have used Signature for our last two homes. They are out at the right times and do a great job for us. Our lawn is thick,healthy, and free of any pests. An easy recommendation for me.

Signature Lawn has done a GREAT job on my lawn this past year (bare areas filled in, moss disappeared, never any weeds, entire lawn getting thicker). It has been a notable change from Kapps (even the neighbors noticed) and Im excited to see how it will look this coming Spring.
