He presented himself with knowledge of lawn care and even pointed out the mistakes that were previously being made. He answered all my questions in detail, offered suggestions to improve our lawn appearance, and submitted a reasonable written quote with services and pricing that he has honored. I feel very comfortable contacting him with my silly questions and he always responds in a quick manner. Good quality service, however they raised the price without informing me which I feel is a poor business practice.
Owner does not take constructive criticism when his employees do a bad job at edging. Then leave a bogus claim about late payments and dog waste never discussed. Additionally left a note about this and didn t have integrity to say it directly. Not a business I want to work with.
Really friendly people to work with. I recently moved into the same neighborhood as the owner and he helped me out with the yard. Couldnt ask for better service!
