All Green Lawn Care in Fort Wayne

They came out and did a treatment on my yard the I was informed of nor did approve of it. They said they called but never left a message. Now I am expected to pay for a service that I did not ask for or approve of. They don't go year to year or make sure they have your approval ( you have to tell them to cancel and they don't call to ask if you want the service for the new year, they just show up and expect you to pay for their mistake. Will never use them again. I will go with a more professional service in the future.

I scheduled them two weeks ago and no one ever showed up. I was sent an invoice that I could prepay for services. Messaged the employee who signed me up and I was told they would be out. No one ever came.

I received a collection letter from All Green though I haven't contracted their services this year and paid for full years service upfront in previous years. I wasn't ever particularly happy with their service, which is why I didnt contract them this year. Sending me to collections over what appears to be a single application that I never agreed to, while also being unable to provide me with any dates or proof of such an appliacation feels predatory, like a scam. This review will stay until they contact me back and remove this erroneous charge that could negatively affect my credit and cause further damages to me financially.

Dealing with Matt has been a pleasure. The gentleman who came to aerate waited till I came home to start. He walked the yard with me 1st asking about any problem areas. They were prompt and detail oriented. I would highly recommend them!

Good service. Mr. Matt was very nice to me at the Home and Gardens show, and was a good at selling me. Small problem - I don’t have a yard, but if I did, I’d use them. — 3.1.19 (11 months later) take two of the home and garden show, Matt is still there. this time I walked up to the glorious all green booth and said “which one of you is Matt?” to which I got a very odd look from him. once I told the cool cat why I was asking who he was, he remembered me. I still think the quality of All Green’s product is great, even though I don’t have a yard to call my own. I also will endorse them as the celebrity that I am because I have a reference for a job now.

I have used All Green the last two years, and results have been great. Good service, competitive pricing, and the yard looks great. My experience with lawn companies is they are in and out with no interaction with the customer, but last year the crew member offered to walk the yard with me. I have been very pleased.

All Green approached us and we decided to give it a try. After ONE application, my lawn had chemical burn spots all over. We called to cancel the next treatment and they didn't take responsibility. They're rude and kept giving us the run-a-round and didn't want to cancel our next treatment til they saw our lawn. The young gentleman that approached us said we could cancel any time, no questions. Just bad service all around.

I believe we were taken advantage of ! Havent seen any difference! Don't believe there treating full yard either . Called and they didnt offer to make it right or nothing. Just said they would take us off there schedule. Aeration 120.00 and 3 treatments of like 57.00 down the drain !
