The crew supervisor explained they we there to trim bushes, trees and general landscape cleanup. All the guys were professional and respectful. They did an amazing job despite the heat. Very impressed.
We pay a monthly HOA fee and lawn maintenance (mowing) is part of that yet ever since we put in a garden Lawnscape will NOT mow our back yard and mow around the garden. I’m out there with a push mower to keep it under control ever week. We’ve emailed them about this, I’ve talked to the mowing crew about this, yet week after week it happens. They will mow a stretch across the very back of our yard to get from one neighbor to the other but will not mow our back yard. If their crew can’t mow around a little garden they need a new job!
This company does not value their customers nor do they take pride in their work. My husband had been using this company for a few years before I had moved in. I had attempted to contact them last summer to request additional services multiple times and was never able to get through to anyone or have any of my voice messages returned. I kept the service through the end of the year and tried again to contact them the beginning of this year. I still could not get through but to voicemail and did not get any return correspondence. In addition to this the services rendered this year were terrible. They cut down two of my blooming lilies, flung mulch all over my front yard from weed wacking, missed patches of grass when mowing, and the employees show up to work in gym shorts, band t-shirts, and an overall unprofessional attire. In order to cancel my services I had to attach a letter to a payment that I sent in as well as fill out a communication form on their website. After this no one reached out to discuss my complaints at all and they just stopped coming. They then sent a statement that was over a month old which they state was never paid but also did not show up on the most recent billing cycle as past due. When I asked for detailed clarification of the charges as I had thought that they were paid in full they just sent a new statement with the "dates of service and statement dates" . Not detailed at all. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
This company will never see any business from anyone I know. Everyone I've talked to says the exact same thing about their experience. They did concrete work on a sidewalk that was less than 2 feet from my vehicle. Instead of getting the vehicle moved or protecting it in some way, they just cut concrete all over it. I took it to a professional auto body expert per the request of the company and the professional auto body shop quoted me 1k to get it fixed from the damage. This company would not take responsibility for their actions and acted like they did nothing wrong after wasting my time acting like they wanted to make it right. Their concrete company is under the name Reasoner Concrete but it's still ran by the same people. I would try Carr's Lawn and Landscape, much better quality and more responsible people.
If your homeowner's association is considering using Lawnscape for maintenance, I seriously recommend you talk w/individual homeowners in the Hamlets East first.
Extremely rude. Spoke with someone with the company who is working on our street right now "for the city." They have prevented mail delivery for the last 2 days, despite us asking nicely for them to move their equipment. His response (Lee) was that he "has a permit" however, that permit has NOT been approved with the city. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I have had this company on my property for approximately a couple weeks now extending a sewer pipeline for the city for some kind of connection. Hoping they will keep their word in fixing my driveway and lawn. UPDATE: they did an excellent job fixing the driveway back up and kept their word!
They are the most unprofessional snow removal company you could choose. Never on time, they destroy property, and they have outdated equipment. I would choose any other landscaping company than them.
Lawnscape Lawn Maintenance, Inc. is supposed to provide mowing and trimming service to our section of Buckner s Crossing addition on Flaugh Road. At this point they have not been here for two weeks and counting. Our grass, and that of the entire neighborhood, is very long and unsightly. However, the weeds and crab grass seem to be doing well. I can not and will not recommend anyone go with this service until they get their act together.
Always late for mowing and Cant get manager to correct problem. Mow crew racing mowers and missed trimming areas alot... Not a good service...

Do not use this company. They hit my car and the employee agreed it was his fault but when my insurance company tried to reach out to settle things they won t provide their insurance and claimed no fault. It was over $1500 in damages. Very unprofessional company. If they damage something on your property they probably won t pay to fix it. BEWARE!
Never been a customer Im sure they do top-notch work that looks like a real professional company tried to get employment through them filled out an application have 10 years experience running equipment doing landscaping couldnt get a call back their application form for employment as far as stating your experience and what you can bring to the company is non-existent

TERRIBLE customer service! Skip weeds and dont blow off grass and/or bag it. I wouldnt recommend on any level.

Worst landscape service in town
Your crew can damage a brand new poured driveway & you weasel out of it by saying Our mowers didnt do it .. Guess this is the response expected, just like the exact response you gave to the lady that took you to the Better Business Bureau when your crew did snow removal & damaged her garage/frame .. You would think a company would man up & pay for their damages .. You can bet every Thursday when your yayoo crew mows, Im going to be standing, following & video taping their EVERY move .. Better tell them to smile, for Im recording .. Going to bring this up at the association meeting & ask for a different mowing company to be hired .. they just fired one worthless company, can do it again .. The neighbors driveway across the street driveway was also damaged .. I have before & after pictures, but wasnt home when when you came, so you told my neighbor your remedy of telling your crew to stay off the driveway .. you also told my neighbor You can hardly see it ... Oh, hardly see it .. that means you CAN see it ... If I could give less than a 1 star rating, I would! ..

Your company doesnt even deserve 1star. Horrible service. I will be recommending my home association fire you after your contract is up. I cannot believe you are actually ok with taking money for a service you dont provide

Horrible, every year we have problems with them not plowing the snow from our companies parking lot and receiving lot. Try to call the office and no one ever answers, terrible service, if you want your snow removed you are better off doing it yourself.
My husband and I have used Lawnscape Lawn Maintenance for 3 years. Each year the service provided met our expectation but this past year exceeded all expectation. They not only provided us with a beautiful lawn (as they always have) all summer but this fall did all leaf removal and trimmed and pruned all landscaping! This is a task that we typically have set aside entire weekends to do in the spring. I highly recommend this company to any one looking for a lawn service that goes above and beyond to meet their clients needs!
