Excellent service for termite protection. Big shout-out to Conner, our service tech, who was extremely diligent and professional in conducting our annual termite inspection. Connor identified potential gaps in our yard termite trap setup and installed additional traps to remedy the situation. He also followed up a few days later for fine tuning of the trap placement. Eddie Amos gave us a complete indoor and outdoor insect coverage. Also the webs etc were removed on the outside.

They moved furniture onto the grass and didn t put it back. They also were sitting in my driveway for 15-20 minutes while one gentleman smoked and the other was talking on the phone. This is a constant problem with every technician from this company. We have canceled our policy with them for this and multiple other issues that continue to be issues.

Carter Leach is the BEST EVER!! Today he treated my small Magnolia trees for the 3rd or 4th time. They are now thriving because of CARTER. Also he addressed my yard MOLE issue. I have been using Florida Pest Control since at least 2000 (back when they had the cozy office on Hollywood Blvd and Lisa was the office manager). Their service has been wonderful throughout the years, even during the rough patch when FL Pest Control was purchased by a huge corporation post-covid. The amazing service is maintained because of the local employees who know the area and many grew up in the area. Customer service is extremely important in the service based industry and I am really pleased with the quality of service from our local inspectors. This years (2024) inspection was performed by Conner Wagar. He is polite, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and great with my 2 year old dog. (Dogs are great judges of character btw!) He explained the post-inspection results in an easy-to-understand way, which is greatly appreciated. Overall, I had a great experience with my FL Pest Control inspection!!

I bought a new house and Florida Pest did the initial termite bond for the builder, so I continued to use them. I will say, I ve never had an issue with termites or pests. However, Florida Pest also offers lawn care services. They advertise all phases of lawn care, including pre-emergent, post-emergent, herbicides, and fertilizer. Since they did well at pest control, I paid them $800 for one year of lawn care. The first appointment they completely killed my lawn. I called and asked if there was a mistake. The supervisor was always in a meeting . Eventually someone came to look. Our security camera caught him making a call to the office, stating it looks as if someone took a flamethrower to the lawn. Clearly there was a mistake. I called for months on a semi-weekly basis. Their own contract says they d be by at least once a month, but realistically they d only come once every two or three months. After eight months, I finally got in touch with a supervisor who came out. He told me my lawn died of rot, was in terrible shape when they started, and if I paid $800 for another year, I d see progress. There was no grass left in my yard, but there were plenty of weeds. Weird, considering it should be the opposite. Interestingly enough, when you enter into a contract with them, you get a carbon copy of the lawn assessment. Mine said our lawn was well established, had few weeds, and was in proper shape. I also had pictures from before the treatment. I asked for a full refund. They countered with two months of free pest control and refused to ever accept responsibility. Fortunately, American Express agreed with me and issued a full refund. Unfortunately, estimates to repair the damage Florida Pest caused ranged from $7,000-$10,000. Do not trust Florida Pest with your lawn care. Use Father & Son. They re expensive, but they ll have it resembling a PGA course. Edit: Florida Pest never contacted me, even after stating they would over a month ago.

One of the higher priced companies in the area. Was promised expert service and was very disappointed in the workers that came out. Did not live up to expectations. Didnt get good vibes from the service technician. And then their corporate office wont honor the local offices discount.

Time wasters. Will not arrive on the day and time that was scheduled weeks ahead. They cannot give me the hours of my day back. Did not call to reschedule. Did not notify me that they would not make it.

Ive been with FL Pest Control since 1995. Have had two AMAZING techs in those years. Yesterday one called and TOLD me when he was coming. First time he called said he could come in 5 to 10 minutes. When that phone call wasnt returned he called again and TOLD me once again he was coming today between 9 and 10. I dont like to be TOLD when someone is coming to my residence for service that I pay for. The last two techs NEVER did that. They understood the dynamics of my family. I want my old tech back, period. However your company is being run now you need to understand that you cant just send any tech to anyones house and think thats okay. Ive been with your company for nearly 30 years, but will have no problem moving on somewhere else if need be. So why exactly was my information asked for and no one responded? You guys have horrible customer service now

I m a local real estate agent and use this company for my WDO inspections. I m very satisfied with their service. Particularly Gary. There was a repair done a day before closing - I couldn t get in touch with anyone at the office and I called Gary to reinspect - luckily I had his cell phone, he went out of his way and squeezed me in. Theyve been treating my house and yard for 10 years still no termites!

I was a client from May 2021 for a year - I had them spray for Palmetto bugs on the exterior which was extremely effective and wouldnt hesitate to get it again. The rep I had at the time as well as the technician were totally professional & responsive, answered every question I had and then some; I couldnt say enough good about either one of them - its a shame it seems they are not there anymore. When I had a spider issue coming towards the end of my contract and it was time for renewal, I called the office to get some assistance, I was told a rep would call me back, that didnt happen, and I was therefore hesitant to renew my Palmetto bug service - until I started seeing them in the house again. I called the office, I was told the rep would call ne, he did - however, it was not the rep I had previously and this one could not get me off the phone quick enough and I was barely able to keep him on the phone for an entire minute (I have a screen shot of the call to prove this). He told me a technician would be in touch to set my first spraying up - this was on 07/05/2022 - on 07/11/2022 I had still heard nothing. I called the rep numerous times, he didnt answer - I called the office numerous times and they didnt have a voice mail, the phone would just ring until it cut off - I called two different numbers for them. I was forced to leave a message for the rep to tell him that since no one seems to want to call me, return my calls or set up my service, I may as well go elsewhere - there are many other companies that would welcome new clients and treat me much better. It took the rep two days, and he didnt even call, he texted me telling me its been because of the weather... For the past year the previous technician came rain or shine because he told me the rain doesnt weaken the chemicals. He did not try to save my business. Of course, I tried to call the office again - both numbers and the phone rang 5 or 6 times and just cut off. You would think with the way the economy is these days, companies would be doing more to try to save their clients, not pushing them away. - Brigitte Thomas

This is the worst, most non-responsive company I have ever dealt with. Very unprofessional and many families in Origins have stated the same thing.

This company was used by Huff houses when I purchased the home. Since purchase FPC has harassed me via email and phone after being told multiple times to stop contacting me. I asked if I could speak to a manager about this to get the issue resolved and she was pushy and unprofessional, refusing to acknowledge the harassment that occurred. I had to tell the same representative (Michelle) three times to take me off the call list and stop calling me and she continued to do so. Judging by other poor reviews it sounds like not renewing with them is a good call anyway. I think this contract should be looked at by Huff and I see many legal issues with continuing to contact people once they ve asked to stop correspondence.

Never used the services however their drivers are awful. Good thing some of us are good defensive drivers instead of the folks here who can t even obey simple traffic laws. Do better.

DO NOT hire this company. I ve stopped services MANY times, spoke with reps MANY TIMES telling them to stop servicing us, stop billing us and keep getting billed. It is very apparent they do not communicate with each other. I ve never dealt with such a place. Avoid them.

I can t say enough for our sales account representative Mitchell and our tech Jamie who handles our account. Whenever we have had issues with bugs Jamie is out at our home the next day to correct the problem. Additionally, we have had a recent problem with rodents in our attic, which again, both Jamie and Mitchell were incredibly responsive too. Both Jamie and Michell are all about customer satisfaction and are quick to correct any pest problems we may encounter. The professionalism of both Jamie and Mitchell speaks volumes about what a great company Florida Pest Control is! Both Jamie and Mitchell have always gone above and beyond to meet our needs.

Great service with my pest control plan, Technician Bruce is fantastic and is really responsive. Has worked around my schedule if I needed to reschedule and has come out when needed. Also seems very knowledgeable of the different pests and uses multiple methods to control them in and around our home. Overall extremely satisfied!

The FWB office denied me of my service because they fired me in my 90 days for nothing. This company is terrible and the Milton office isn t any better. Don t work here. Especially in the Milton office. Ladies in the front office are horrible and have terrible attitudes. Managers are all horrible and don t want to speak with customers. They like to play phone tag just to avoid speaking to someone.

Dont hire Florida Pest Control in Fort Walton Beach! Ive had my homes termite bond with them for 12+ years. In 2019 the tech said he came out to my home and treated around the entire home (The treatment that I had schedule was the major treatment completed ONCE every 8-10 years) The TECH DO NOT COMPLETE THE TREATMENT but I was charged for it. I called and explained to the manager that for 3 weeks during the time the tech said he completed the work I had workers painting the exterior of my home and NO TECH was seen. The Manager researched and called back to say this tech had quit and I was correct NO treatment completed. It took a couple months to get this completed but it was finally done. Now Florida Pest has cancelled my termite policy. I would NOT use this company they only want your annual fee but do NOT come out an perform work.

Ive been dealing with a horrible roach infestation. Florida pest control came out and did and evaluation and came out the very next day to start treatment. This week will be the 5th week of treatment and I coulsnt be happier with the results! Not only am I seeing very few bugs now the technician is the nicest guy ever. He calls every Tuesday to remind me he will be here Wednesday. Hes always on time and very helpful. It was a good decision to go with florida pest control!!

We have used FPC for our personal homes and job sites. They are always prompt, thorough, and their prices are competitive. Ive never had a bad experience with any of the people that work there. They must really speak a lot about customer service, theyre really the nicest bunch of people.

This company was servicing our house when we bought it. Any time we have problem they have quickly come out to spray for bugs and the problem went away. We are not here year round. We receive invices and pay them. However, last January and again this January we received an invoice claiming service on a particular date and they were not here on that date. The invoiced claimed to service inside the house but they did not ask to come in nor ask our rental agent (specific instructions on file with them). So, I find it difficult to trust them.

I signed up for $1,000 worth of services with them, and am very unhappy with what I got. One technician was very unfriendly, and the other one no showed me twice in one week. This is very frustrating when you have a pest control problem, and are putting in a lot of time/effort into getting ready for them to come spray, and they cant show up. Supervisor Patrick could not care less about my dissatisfaction. Absolutely terrible customer service.

This past summer I had a flea infestation in my house, it was HORRIBLE, BAD, TERRIBLE!!! I called FL pest control and Jay Goldberg was able to really help me out. First they came out and sprayed the yard and the house to get rid of the pests. It was just before I left for a trip to Denver. When I came back home, althought it was better than before, they were still there. I called Jay and he immediately had someone come out to spray again. Since then I havent had any issues (thank God and knock on wood)! I cannot describe to you how horrible it was or how thankful I am that FL pest control and their amazing employee Jay were able to eliminate these pests - I am sooooo thankful. I will not only refer them in the future but also use them again should I need any of their services (I just pray its not for fleas or any other bugs in the future)!
