Prompt and professional response when I contacted them. A staff member came to my house and actually discussed my situation with me. He sent me a quote that day. Lawn service started within a few days of my first contact. A report was emailed to me explaining services provided.

Was referred to Brock Lawn & Pest Control by another business I had used in the area. Everyone was very responsive and caring. We are out of state and their team helped us make the situation a lot less stressful. They provided detailed timeline, the process, the options, instructions, checklist and break down of expenses. I will refer them to others!

We hired Brock 2 years ago our yard has never looked worse weeds are taking over everywhere. I talked to the tech 3 times told him my concerns we called the office and no response I just don t get how companies stay in business. I am over this

The lawn techs of Brock are always patient with me, and Im convinced that they know what theyre doing.

Brock does a good job and is always responsive if I have questions or concerns. They are not perfect but they are committed and that is 5-star in today s world of businesses that typically don t put their customers first.

So far not real impressed, had for only three months, had to call to see when they are going to show up. They missed the whole month of October, I will just wait and see how long until they contact me. Last time I called they blamed weather, the October weather had zero rain, waiting for next excuse.

Excellent communication. Incredible, really. 1st time customer. They showed up when they said they would. The report was detailed, but disappointed it did not say whether to water or not. I d give a five star, but I don t know if the stuff they put down will work on my yard or not. Next review a few months from now. Fingers crossed.

We used this company for 2 years for lawn pest control. Over all it wasnt horrible, but I did have a lot of weeds last year. When I called to complain, I was told that they had a big problem due to upper management wanting to dilute the solution they used for the weeds. This caused a major problem with many customers. This year, I have more weeds than grass. I was in the yard pulling weeds when a neighbor came by. Both of my neighbors use Brock. I was told that I may have a problem because the neighbor didnt see the guy spray the other neighbors yard one day, just drop the bill at the door. The neighbor suggested maybe they didnt even spray my yard due to the amount of weeds. I put in a call to Brock and was told someone would be contacting me to come out. A week goes by and I call and spoke to Heather in the PCB office. I explained to her my problem, how I put a question in the website a year earlier and never got a response. How I have never had a 24 hour in advance call when they were coming to spray. The problems with my yard and I want to get someone out there to spray. I never heard from anyone 4 days later, so I called the support line to get support. I had to leave a message and I informed them I may have to close the account since it isnt doing any good and I cant get a response to my problem. 4 days later, still have not had a returned phone call about my issue. I guess business is good right now and my small measly account isnt that important to this company. I do not recommend this company.

Brock treats our house quarterly for bugs. We called them for an additional visit between scheduled treatments. They came the same day and didn t charge us extra! We are very pleased with their work! Highly recommend.

We had a very good question and answer session before the work started. Discussed what to expect with treatments of the lawn, when to reseed any bare spots etc.

Brock has sprayed my lawn for a couple years now. My lawn was dirt, weeds and a bit of grass. I now have a beautiful lawn pretty much free of weeds and full of grass. Id highly recommend them to anyone in their service area. I had a quote of $4,900 to re-sod my lawn. They fixed my lawn in about 8 months at a rate of $46 per month. Ive had them do it ever since. Wonderful people.

The initial inspector was very good. But I did not see the service performed. Would appreciate a call when they are here, so I know the work was actually done.

Got a wood damage organism inspection. Responsive and on time. However - they need to be more clear on the process of issuing the WDO report. I thought that the summary report and invoice was the report but it was not. The WDO takes a few days to issue - the technician needs to make this clear to the buyer.

Technician just showed up at house. Did not have appointment. Did not call in advance. Not acceptable.

Killed all of the weeds about 4 months ago. By doing so the yard is bare in places and doesn t appear healthy. Left a message for some input on what needed to be done, but no return call.

The gentleman left before I could ask him any questions. He was here for no more than 15 minutes telling us that someone would come here this week. We havent heard anything. Brock was recommended to us by other local pest services, but, Im honestly considering another lawn sevice.

I ordered them over Terminix because they were cheaper $85/ quarter vs $120. They are prompt and do a good job. I had them come a second time in the quarter because my wife kept seeing bugs and they came and did the second service as advertised for free. Im happy to be a Brock Lawn and Pest Control customer. They will take care of you.

Fantastic Folks!

Asked man to spray buffalo burs growing by street. He said spray he was applying would get them. Well it didnt. 2 weeks later they were thriving and had to have my brother spray them. Not satisfied ! Trest yards alike, all yards are not alike!

Brock Pest Control always goes above and beyond for their customers. Moving to Florida from Virginia 25 years ago I had no idea how buggy things get here. I called Brock and they came out to help. We have been customers now for pest control and termites for 25 years and we are so pleased by the service that we have always received. Hurricane Michael gave us a new Surprise a rat. I flipped but knew who to call! Burton was their right away to save the day! Brock is the best!!

Quarterly visits happen as scheduled, and on the rare occasion that we have to get an interim visit, that happens properly too.

Brock personnel performed an annual termite inspection and 7-year retreatment of our home and outbuilding yesterday. The inspection was very thorough and with the retreatment, the total visit time was over 2 hours. I was very pleased with the service. We originally had the house treated about 14 years ago. We pay a small annual fee, which covers the annual inspection and the 7-year retreatment at no additional cost. The Brock employees have always been prompt and professional. We are considering adding Brock lawn services because of the positive experiences with termite control.

I had an issue with my service and I was contacted directly by the district manager. He had someone out to my house within a few days and the issue was solved. The tech who came out was friendly and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate when a company shows that they care about their customers.

The turnaround of personal is detrimental to my lawn I have been complaining and the last supervisor that came to my house was outright rude and pretty much told me that if I was not happy get another company. I stayed with the company since I have been with them since 2014 and my lawn is looking very sad. I called again and scheduled another visit then canceled it and instead I am going to follow the previous recommendation. I am looking for another company

We have had the same service technician, Thomas, since day one, so its nice to see a familiar face. Thomas is very good about scheduling around you and always shows up at the time he told you. He inquires about what we have been seeing (if anything) and treats accordingly. Highly recommend!

The Brock service technician who provides our home with bug control is excellent. I have been with Brock since I moved to town in 1999....shortly after I moved here, I had unwanted residents in my home called the big roach....the service has been AWESOME! 18 years later, they are still amazing! Highly recommend them!

Word of mouth is the best research, and that s how I came across Brock. One of my neighbors down the street told me that Brock s quarterly pest control treatments solved their problem with roaches, aka palmetto bugs. So I hired Brock a couple of years ago, and have been almost 100% pest-free ever since. Since then, one of my immediate neighbors hired them as well, and therefore the treatments are mutually effective. Once in a blue moon I ll see a dead roach, which is a lot better than the live ones I used to see before I hired Brock :) I highly recommend Brock Pest Control. Our service technician, Thomas, is especially professional and sets up our appointments efficiently, and is flexible as well.

Ill happily revisit and amend this review should our situation change. It suffices to say Brock has been maintaining our lawn for over a year and it looks substantially worse. It was in decent shape, but with some weeds to address when they started. We were prepared to have approximately 4-6 months of little forward progress as they focused on getting the weeds out. After that period it did begin to look better. We had a decent tech (left the company) who seemed to have pretty good handle on the yard. Since he left many months ago, the yard has slipped into a completely unacceptable state. It has more weeds than its ever had. The only parts that look as green and healthy as they should, are adjacent to our planting beds where I fertilize. While Britt Wills (and all weve spoken to there have been kind, respectful, etc) were paying to have our yard maintained. When our neighbors, who have no service, have healthier yards with very little care on their own - we wonder what were paying for. They keep saying theyll get it right, but have not. This is not something I dont understand how to do - its a convenience were paying for. In reality weve paid to have our small yard, with a healthy stand / base of grass (that should be incredibly simple) look consistently worse and worse. Again, Ill update this should they finally make it right - but well be cancelling soon if its not handled. Were selling our home and its the only part were embarrassed about, and the only part we dont maintain...

I have been using Brock Pest Control for many years and have never had a complaint.

Bock has done a great job of keeping my yard healthy insect and weed free this year. The cold weather had damaged my yard it looked like it was dead. I called Brock they sent out a supervisor the next day. He got things rolling and my yard was looking good within two months. I have a good yardman now and hope I can keep him seem like there is a big turn over of yardmen. I have been with Brock a long time and if they keep up the good work they are doing for me I really recommend them they are great people.

We called Brock to come out to spray for Army Worms that had just about ruined our centipede grass. We are very pleased with their professionalism.

I ve had Brock s service for about two years now and I m generally disappointed. There s not much difference in the condition of my lawn between before and after. When ever I ask for a problem to be dealt with it seems it is either too wet, too hot, too late or some other meteorological condition that prohibits dealing with the problem.

Kyle is attendant to detail and kind. He does a very thorough job. I especially like the approach Brock takes where spraying outside takes care of the bugs inside. Also, they are cognizant concerning type of bug that is the problem.

Not good so far.

Brock is absolutely wonderful. Ive used them for my pest and termite control for 2.5 years. I once thought my previous pest control company was decent, but I would still occasionally be plagued by typical Florida bugs. Since switching to Brock I have not had a single palmetto or bug in my house with the exception of a mosquito that flew through an open door. My tech, Tommy Ervin, is all-around outstanding...he comes over at a drop of a hat, doesnt mind my dog, is friendly, and goes above and beyond. 5 stars for Brock...I dont know how anyone could rate differently.
