Driver blocks my driveway for hours every time hes at my neighbors. Makes sure that my neighbors can still get in and out of their driveway though. Very rude white boi would not recommend. I shouldnt have to make a 5 point turn to get out of my driveway

Unbelievable great service! Kenny turned up within a few hours and replaced my pump and any heads as needed. They are the best!!!

Called all around the area and this was the first person willing to move stuff around in his schedule for us. Additionally he walked us through some troubleshooting over the phone to see if we would even need a technician and when we determined I would he was able to fix the issue with no problem he even went around adjusting and checking all of the other sprinklers after I had indicated I thought there was another broken one. He was honest and told us the other sprinklers were all good and that if we found any other issues he wouldn t charge us the service fee next time around. Basically, honest. Knowledgeable. Prompt. Quick. No upselling. Everything you would want from a company and rarely what you get. Thanks for everything, we have our sprinkler guy now! :)

I had a great experience. Called for what I wanted and was told they were about a week out for appointments. Sure enough was called in a few days, described the work and was given a tentative day. Was pleasantly surprised I got another call and they were done early on another job and could get to me that afternoon. The crew came over and we walked the yard to go over what I wanted done. While we walked the yard, the crew recommended improvements to my sprinkler system which were spot on and I accepted. They got to work right away, fixed my issues, and made the improvements. They had to come back the next morning to finish up. They were prompt and didn t waste any time getting things done. I will continue to use this team for future sprinkler maintenance.

I called 4 different irrigation businesses before I called Paradise Outdoors. Several said they would come but didnt. One came and said they would come back, but didnt. With Paradise Outdoors, they showed up the same day and were able to replace my water pump the same day. The price was reasonable as well. I plan to call them again when Im ready for more irrigation work. Thank you to the guys who came out...both friendly and professional.

Fantastic, timely, & accommodating service! With a lawn that was starting to brown due to the heat and a broken master valve relay, Kenny said he would be able to get someone out to check on the system within 48 hours and just before I was headed out of town. About 1.5 hrs later he called me back to see if I was available for a tech to come out in the next 20 mins. When the tech arrived it took about 15-20 mins and he had everything s back up and running. Worth every penny! I didn t feel overcharged and the level of customer service from both Kenny and the tech was outstanding.

Never used this company before. Called spoke with Kenny the owner, he said he would come out check the system and he got it going. I asked about putting the sprinklers heads flush to the ground and he could start the job Monday. His crew came out got front and back finished mind you with the heat wave we ve had. They did awesome job. I will definitely use this company again.

My lawn pump decided to stop working today so my landscaper, at Sunbridge Lawn Care, recommended I contact Paradise Outdoors. I called and spoke with the owner, Kenny. He said he had one more job to look at after which he would pick up a new pump and come over to replace the old one. About an hour or so later the new pump was installed and my sprinklers were working perfectly! Kenny and his team get 5 stars from me! I Highly recommend this company and will definately use them in the future!!

Kenny and his team provides excellent service. My yard didn t have enough sprinkler heads to cover the entire yard efficiently. Kenny and his team came out at 9am and by 3pm I had a functional irrigation system. Additional, per my request they swapped out my timer with a timer that had wifi so I could control everything with my phone.

If there were more stars, I d give it! Great service! Pump gave out, so I called the firm we have used for years, got a call back but no visit. First time I called Paradise, called right back and visited after normal hours. They installed a new pump right then and saved our lawn! Used them to switch from impact rotor to solenoid smart controller, I love it! Auto adjusts with temperature and rain, saves me a lot of guesswork. Reasonable price, great service! Will be seeing them agsin soon for winterization.

Kenny and TEAM are FANTASTIC! Initially had my irrigation pump replaced and a follow up to add some additional rotors to my lawn for full coverage. In the time they arrived and completed the work, I d still be in Lowe s or Home Depot trying to figure it out! I don t expect to need them frequently, BUT they have my EXCLUSIVE business! It s frustrating to get older and not be able to do physical stuff like we used to. We have no family here to help so we have been really lucky to find professionals who are kind and quite talented to help us with our projects. Kenny et al, at Paradise Outdoors, cleaned our roof and pressure washed for us with excellent results! They moved items too heavy for us to move, protected our flowers thoroughly and clean up was perfect. We will definitely all Paradise Outdoors when we have a need.

He trouble shot an issue I was having with my system wiring, located and fixed a broken underground pipe, replaced a faulty valve, and repaired a few sprinklers, all while keeping in touch with me via text with photos, as I was out of town on business. Extremely pleased with my experience!

Kenny and his crew were awesome. He tried to repair an irrigation pump so I wouldn t have to buy a new one. Unfortunately, I did have to buy a new pump, but the honesty of trying to fix a 17 year old pump was surprising. Most people would have simply tried to sell you the more expensive option. After the pump was installed, they took the time to check every my zone and sprinkler head. I didn t contact them about all that. I just needed the pump repaired/replaced. But they checked every zone and found a few sprinkler heads that were misaligned and took the time to adjust them so I had adequate coverage. I would highly recommend Kenny and his crew with Paradise Outdoors.

I doubt if Google Review will allow me enough characters to type out all of the great things that I have to say about my experience with Paradise Outdoors. I had an old school, manual control irrigation system with a broken pump that had not been functioning since I purchased the house. I knew that several heads were broken and suspected several broken pipes underground. I called Kenny and he answered right away and came out the next day to diagnose and give me a quote. We decided to replace the pump and upgrade to a digital system. Kenny s team showed up a few days later and completed the pump install and digital conversion in just a few hours. After that was done, they powered it on and the fun began. They were able to quickly detect line breaks and repaired them with essentially zero damage to my recently laid sod. Kenny and his team helped me to determine which heads needed replacing and calibrated each one to ensure proper coverage. I no longer have to drag a hose and sprinkler around my entire lawn, but rather I can click a button on my phone app and watch the water show begin. Even better yet, I can let the system decide for itself when to water because of the automated program that Kenny set up that is based on weather conditions and previous rainfall amounts. Also, because of the pump, the water is free and no longer coming from the city water spigot attached to my house. My experience with Paradise Outdoors is probably the best experience I have ever had, with any contractor that I have ever hired to do any type of work, in three different homes/three different states over the past 20 years.

I m from Texas area and was down for one week to get things done on mother s house. I called at least 3 places for quotes and when would they be able to come out. No one could help me. So I called Paradise the gentleman name is Kenny he was so nice and eager to listen. This young man had more jobs to do at the time. Kenny came to my rescue that same day the afternoon to be exact.He started on the sprinkler system right then and there he had his back up guys with him and he immediately had them digging up the sprinklers replacing with new then he went to the pump it worked everything. I asked for a new pump and more sprinklers and Kenny made it happen in one day and half Awesome. The price was awesome where the other prices were totally outrageous. I m back in Texas now and can relax thanks to Kenny and his guys. Please call Paradise for all your needs this young man goes by my moms place to make sure everything is working fine because new sod has been put down. Arranged through Angi. Kenny came out the next day to take a look at my sprinkler system, within 30 min he had it spraying water again. We then ran through each zone and found a leaking valve and broken sprinkler head. Kenny was able to replace all items and had the entire system working. Excellent service, would likely utilize again in the future
