Heritage is a great company and Cedric is wonderful. I've used them for large and small jobs and will definately use them again. They do great work at an afordable price. Cedric will work with you to get exactly what you want. This last time they took down some major tree limbs that were causing me stress, cleaned them up and did an amazing job!
Unfortunately I have to leave this review because people need to know that this business is a scam. We paid upfront for 6 months of weekly lawn care visits and only got a solid month of lawn care. I have texted, called, left voicemails and have received no response from the owner, Cedric. Although he was a nice guy, he 100% scammed us and I would not suggest his services.
**SCAM ALERT** Customers beware: This individual was paid upfront (I know, not a smart move) for 6 months of work in which he would come and mow once a week. Cedric (the owner) started off reliable the first month, but quickly started scarcely showing up and also showed up to work with alcohol on his breath. After 3 months of barely showing up and my wife and I battling to get him to do what we paid him for, he stopped showing up completely. He also stopped responding to our texts and will not pick up phone calls. Cedric is a nice guy, but highly unreliable and I would not recommend using his business to anyone. Updated response to below comment: The service that was purchased was lawn care, I, the owner, do not need to be home for this service to occur. Compounded by the fact that you would regularly come at different times and we did not know when to expect you. As stated above, when you first started your services, you were fantastic. The quality of your work was never at question, rather, the fact that you stopped showing up. There are no emotional feelings about this transaction and no name calling occurring, it’s only business and my duty to let others know about the experience I have had with your business. If health issues was the cause, we never got official notification and I am glad you are ok. I have texted you details with an acceptable way of how we can move forward.
Great quality service for the lowest price I really recommend this service. Great job my yard looks like a million bucks, gave me the best experience 12/10
