CPM is a breath of fresh air. Not only is the service fantastic but the fact that they do exactly what they said they were going to do is great compared to some competitors. Best company Ive dealt with in quite some time. Accolades to Mr. Colson and his crews. Addition after two weeks of service I have to say the yard looks wonderful. Its refreshing that they maintain their equipment blades are sharp and looks like it was cut with the laser. These guys know exactly what the heck theyre doing and Im an old fussy man with a two-year certificates in landscape management.... These guys are truly amazing. *****UPDATE... Tad and Dylon did a super job applying mulch in my yard. They were courteous and helpful and I can certainly recommend them.

Coastal Property Maintenance came to the rescue quickly when we got home from 2-week vacation and saw that our sprinklers were not working. Ronnie and his team at CPM were great. Arrived at our new house after it had been vacant during the spring for a few weeks between owners and beds were overgrown, the patio was covered in weeds and the lawn had weeds sprouting all over. Within a week of contacting him, his team came out and the property looks great. The price was very affordable and billing/ communication with Ronnie was easy. Would definitely recommend.

I ve been using them for awhile now for both cutting and cleaning up the yard along with sod replacement and they do a phenomenal job. 5 stars for sure.

On March 19th, I requested sprinkler repair and service with Ronnie from Coastal Property Maintenance. Ronnie was prompt, thorough in addressing my issues and affordable. He even provided some hands on training for any minor issues that could pop up in the future. I will defintely use their services again if needed. Five Stars!!

I think you need to be careful who you employ. I don t think your employees understand they represent your company when riding in your trucks. Today, January 24th at 12:20, I was walking the neighborhood in front of Colony House apartments (941 Pocahontas Drive). One of your workers whistled at me when they passed (they were heading to the residential area by the bayou). He was a passenger of the work vehicle. I provided details of the location and time so you can find who was assigned to that area. This is unprofessional behavior and honestly raises a safety concern for women who considers your business.

Terrible communication, dont bother contacting them

First they slaughtered my Rosemary bush to death, next on their hit list was my crepe myrtle. The last straw was the beautiful, healthy palm tree I had just put in two months ago. They cut off over half of the healthy palm fronds for absolutely no reason and the cuts were right up against the trunk. Don t let them near your plants or trees!! Also, they designed and installed the front beds but everything died within 2 years so I completely redid ever myself.

The crew arrives when they say they will, with a greeting smile even in this punishing heat. They pay attention to detail, put their heads down and work hard and methodical. We are always confident our property will be taken care of and look beautifully groomed after they are finished.

Ronnie was good at communicating. They changed out our timer control box in the garage and replaced a valve for one of our zones.

I have been very happy with Coastal Property Maintenance this season. Workers are friendly and always showed up when they said they would. Bills and receipts posted promptly. Management is responsive. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I called Coastal Property about my sprinkler pump not working. They came out the next day checked it out and said it had to be replaced. The next work day Thor came out and replaced the pump. He did a great job and even told me about another problem that I needed to address before it would cause problems. He went beyond just replacing the pump, by checking my system to make sure everything was proper.

Will never use another company. Ronnie is awesome. Great communicator and excellent technician. Highly recommend these guys.

They brought to life an irrigation system that had been dormant for more than 10 years and placed sod in a yard that had been neglected for almost as long. Its now beautiful. My husband works basically 24/7 and needed someone to cut our grass. Everyday this week he has been stressing over the grass so I took it upon me to find someone. Last min today I found Michael Anello. I told Mike I needed it done today. I live in the P section this man and his father came from the C-section area to cut my grass. I am so grateful for him. He was super nice and did an awesome job.

We were very happy with our service from Coastal Property Maintenance!! We needed our sprinklers repaired. Ronnie came out within days of contacting him. He was VERY HONEST with what needed to be fixed; minor repair. He never tried to up-sale us on a better sprinkler box. In addition to repairing the sprinklers, he gave us tips on watering and using the box correctly. Great service!

Although they were booked up when l called, Ronnie (the owner) arranged for me to receive quick service the very next morning for irrigation system repairs before I went out of town.

If you need yard work or maintenance I couldn t recommend these folks enough. My wife and I had gotten behind on cleaning out our landscaping beds/shrubbery maintenance and certainly don t have time to install all of the mulch and pine straw to make it look right. After calling we had a reasonable quote within 24hrs and 24hrs after that our yard had new life. Quality work, professional services, great communication.

As President of our HOA, I hired Coastal Property Maintenance to provide lawn, shrub and sprinkler mainteance to our property at the Hermitage Condo complex on Okaloosa island in 2018. Ronnie and his crew are wonderful people to work with. This company is very well managed and provides an all inclusive service that maintains the property in a beautiful way at a good price. We were very fortunate to come across this company as we were locating services to maintain our property.

I contacted Ronnie owner of Coastal Property to plant 2 very large sego palms, 8 Windmill and 2 Queen Palms. Very responsive, very professional. The crew not only planted but fertilized, deep watered raked area and disposed of trash. Very affordable. Use these folks for yard maintenance. You wont be disappointed.

Coastal did a superb re-sod job. Ronnie has a great deal of knowledge and spent time explaining the benefits and pitfalls in all our options. Regarding pride in work - Ronnie retuned several times over next weeks to make sure grass was properly irrigated and made adjustments where needed. He was as concerned about our investment as we were. Great choice.

Weve retained the services of Coastal Property Maintenance for about two years now for regular upkeep of our lawn in Fort Walton Beach. The proprietor, Ronnie, is hard working, personable, and communicative. Hes flexible and works over time to make up for lost days due to weather or other factors. Additionally, his payment terms are also flexible. He can bill for each service, or he worked out a regular payment plan for us, so that we paid a monthly fee for periodic upkeep. I would highly recommend Ronnie and Coastal Property Maintenance. His service allowed me to spend time with my family instead of outside with the grass every weekend.

I have 2 rental condos on Okaloosa Island at Waterscape that I have owned since 2008. I have had management and cleaning issues with them for most of those 7 years. I decided to begin owner management and rental of these properties is the fall of 2014. At this time I turned them over to Ronnie @ Coastal Management for cleaning service, beginning with the 2015 season. This decision has proven to be one of the best moves I have ever made for my rental business. Ronnie is a very hands on person and so far has proven to be honest, reliable and trustworthy and (along with his crew) does a fantastic job for me. He is very detailed oriented and conscientious about the work he and his staff do. I have received nothing but 5 star ratings on both my rentals since Ronnie took them over and almost every one comments on how clean the units are. One more thing he does that is extremely important for me and any owner who lives out of the area location of their rental property, is communicate with me. He keeps me updated on the status of the units. He listens to me and accepts any suggestions I may give, in the spirit they are given. I never before had a cleaning service that has done this and it is amazing how much more at ease I feel knowing he is watching out for my interests. I could go on more but I guess from the review I have written so far you can probably tell that I am very pleased with my cleaning service with Ronnie and hope to keep him around for a long time. As a property owner of a very heavily-booked high-end 3 bed/3 bath beachfront condo in Miramar Beach, one of the biggest headaches I have had has been the quality of my housekeeping. My rental guests pay for (and expect) a very high quality experience. Prior to starting with Ronnie and Coastal Property Maintenance, I had horrible luck with four prior housekeeping teams (two provided by my past rental management companies, two I found on my own). I just could not believe that there was not a great cleaning company that did their jobs well and at a reasonable price! Thank goodness I was referred by a friend to Coastal Property Maintenance! From the very start they have always done a great job, and the owner, Ronnie, is very can do and proactive. His management style and professionalism are exceptional, and he goes out of his way to provide above-and-beyond service and be a valued member of our team, not just our cleaning company.
