Bay's Lawn and Landscape Management in Fort Walton Beach

I highly recommend against this company. They made me a promise to do something in exchange for a significant amount of money, then reneged on that promise. I owe them a decent amount of back pay because they would never bill me on a regular basis and I ultimately stopped using them. I understand I need to pay them in full to re-establish regular services. Today, I called and asked them to do a one-time cutting (not resume regular services), in exchange for me paying half the past-due balance. They said they would and I made the payment. Now, they refuse to do the one-time cutting, and say they will not do anything until I pay the remaining balance and then an additional amount on top of what I owe because it's been so long since they were out there last time. They are fraudulent, deceitful, and dishonest. I will be disputing the charge with my bank and pursuing a small claims action against them for their dishonesty. After I was promised they would do a one-time cutting if I paid $600, this was the response I got - and I'm quoting from the email "I spoke with our GM and for us to do your yard it will require you to have a $0 dollar balance and along with that we would need to do an additional clean up on the yard since it has been over a year since we have done the yard which would be an additional cost."

These guys have been the landscaping crew for my the office I manage for several years now. I have never had to worry about them showing up consistently nor about them doing a good job. They are also respectful of our business and have never asked to use our facilities. They also make sure to contact us when they have to reschedule due to weather conditions.

Bay's has been maintaining my yard for about a year. The yard has never looked better. They also landscaped around the pool area. With their suggestions on design and materials it turned out great. Thanks!

They dump their grass clipping and yard debris in the woods across the street. Lawn is cut super short.

I got most of my experience from this company Jim taught me how to mow and do it the bay way lol matt's probably running it now but I thank u jbay because of my exp back in 2010 I'm highly recommend up here at outerspaces landscape thank u

Amazing service! This company went above and beyond by performing additional work at no charge after miscommunication by my property manager. Highly recommend service by this company.

Sod was delivered to my house before I was able to find people to help me install it, and Bay's came through! My dad called them and they were at my house the next day and had all of the 20 pallets of sod installed (and looking amazing) within 2 days. They even worked through the rain to make sure it got done on time. I'm so appreciative to them for helping me out when other companies said they wouldn't be able to help me until July, and they really made the lines along the trees and future planting area look great. Thank y'all!

Impressed! The estimator was out to visit the day I called. It was more affordable than I imagined.The crews are on time, efficient and my lawn has never looked better. Now I’m not killing myself mowing, trimming,edging, blowing..... : )
