Had to PCS out of the area and didnt have the time to do my townhomes lawn, so I hired Greg and his company to do the very overgrown 30ft by 30ft backyard and trim the bushes in the front for $180.00. Being I moved, he was supposed to meet up with my landlord at 1500 but showed up around 1530. Greg and his employee did a good job on the bushes in the front but did a subpar job on weed eating in the back (not cutting all the weeds fully & leaving allot of weeds still on the ground), leaving the backyard not fully completed. My landlord told him hed pay him $140.00 and hell receive the other $40.00 once the weed eating was completed and fully picked up. He told my landlord that he wasnt doing it and that he would contact me for his $180.00 (even though I was paying them through my landlord with my initial deposit when I moved into the place). Also my landlord told me he believes they only did about 45 mins worth of work so take that for what its worth. I paid Greg the $180.00 and will be hiring another Lawn Service company to finish the job. If Greg wasnt disrespectful to my landlord he couldve had a repeat customer that lives and owns several properties in the area. Im active duty and dont own any companies, but if I did I for damn sure wouldnt be disrespectful to any of my customers and would remain professional at all times. If once Greg had seen the backyard and believed he should be charging myself more then the initial $180.00 we had agreed upon I couldve respected that being he knows more about how much work itll actually take. Granted I sent him pictures of the backyard beforehand & he showed up to the property and started the job only doing 70% of the work but expecting 100% of the pay. If I wasnt 1000+ miles away I wouldnt have paid him or his company anything until the job was fully completed or be prepared for legal troubles. Im not much for doing reviews ever, but if your looking for a reliable company to do your lawn, stay away from this company and look elsewhere.

Greg has been very professional and reliable during all of the work that he has done for me. He was able to clean up a mess left by my previous landscaper the same day I called him and fixed my sprinkler system for a better price than anyone else. Thank you Greg for all of your hard work.

Greg replied to my message on fb within a couple hours. Set up an appointment for the next day. Gave me an extremely reasonable estimate & had the time to do the 1st step of the work right then. Used Paypal so everything was easy for me to do. Ill be seeing him every month now till the work is finished. So glad I saw his post in the Fort Walton Plant People group on Facebook.
