We had a great experience getting our Christmas lights installed this year! Fast and guaranteed customer satisfaction.
Unprofessional, negligent and somehow unapologetic too! My neighbor used this contractor and they decided to drive a box truck and tracked forklift across my lawn to service neighbors backyard WITHOUT my approval...didn't even bother to ask. I spoke with onsite supervisor as well as office manager, both seem to think its okay to cross private property as they deem necessary. Manager ridiculously stated to me, " I authorized it" to my astonishment. Recommend due diligence when hiring private "respectable" contractors and vigilant owners to protect against contractor damage to private property.
I can only highly recommend this company. They show up when they say they will. They clean up after and their crews work hard. They did an excellent job on our yard and it looks so much better than before. They answer questions one might have and they are polite. They cleaned up shrubs and took care of the many weeds we had. I only wished that I found this company sooner. You cannot go wrong with hiring them.
This company made many promises to repair the damage by crab grass in our yard over a years time. Unfortunately they did not do what was promised, and now the repair cost is quite a bit of replacing parts of my yard. I spoke with them today after they turned me into collections and they were very rude and would not assist in any way that the manager had promised. Its really sad, they don't care about a long term always paying customer. I was told the balance would be taken care of by their manager and again not getting what was promised.
I really wanted to be a customer as I appreciated their website and felt that is who I would like to do business with. I was scheduled an appt for 4/3/2024 @ 3pm. The owner, Terry, called me @ 2:40 to let me know he was running late. I really appreciated that. THAT was the only time he called. I called him 4/5/2024 and left him a msg to call me because he was not at work. As of today, 4/9, I have to say I am glad I don't do business with him.
Can't say enough good things about this company! For several months our grass was getting worse and worse. Bare spots popping up right and left. Our bushes began to have what we thought a fungus. Our landscaping company we had at the time gave us a plethora of reasons for its condition. They treated, nothing worked. Next week they had additional reasons for our yard's demise. Told us to just keep watering but the lawn got worse. Several months in, I noticed many of our neighbors were using Real Turf and their yards looked spectacular. We made the move and have been thrilled ever since. Real Turf truly cares. Their technicians are professional, they listen, and they are knowledgeable in resolving your yard issues. The bushes had aphids that were taking over. They sprayed continuously until they were gone. The lawn, they said had a fungus and possibly bugs so they took care of that as well. In a few short months, our lawn looks great, has grown back, and the bushes are clear and have new growth. Sorry so long but they deserve major kudos! They are affordable and so very pleasant to work with. Extremely happy we switched to Real Turf Solutions! They are the best!!
I have called Real Turf Solutions to have one of the lights repaired due to short but no one from the company has contacted me or more my wife to resolve the problem. Real Turf Solutions customer service is not good it has been four weeks with no response.
Have contacted them twice this past week with issues regarding my lawn..I have yet to receive a response...no response to online inquiry either...taking business elsewhere
Austin just left after servicing my sprinkler system and after the attention to detail I witnessed and the above and beyond service I received, here is my 100% reccomendation for any services he or his company perform
Real turf no solutions
Two poor interactions with company. Salesman came out to discuss my needs said he d send someone else to address drainage and that he d follow up on a walkway once I sent him samples. Didn t hear hear back on either. Some time later, emailed an aeration promo to take place in May. I opted in. GA Power shows up end of April asking if I m digging. On my confusion, they advised Turf Solutions had called them. When they determined it was for aeration, I was told they didn t need to mark the yard. I informed Turf Solutions. They said it needed to be done, and ended up not showing up. Never heard back from them. Not impressed.

I don t know that I have had service from anyone like I have Real Turf Solutions. They are prompt, they answer your calls and do what they say they are going to do. I without a doubt will recommend them to everyone that is needing what they offer .and no, I do not work for them.

These guys are the best for lawn care
Austin came out to repair three sprinkler heads . This guy really helped me. I had a problematic line in the front near a tree root but he didn t push a bunch unnecessary things. I really appreciate people who are real and understand the situation. He was a very personable guy and did whatever he could to help out in my situation. I need to to take a tree down and but when I do I will be calling real turf back to fix the line because of this guy s professionalism and willingness to help! Put this dude in a sales role. He will do really well! Thanks again!
Got a quote and I accepted the quote in early June and I did not receive any communication to schedule the work for nearly 40 days. I decided to find someone else to do the job and it was done within 3 days of getting my quote. If I did not cancel on my own, I would probably still be waiting to schedule. Not even a call to reach out to the customer to let them know they are busy, if that was the case.
They are Really rude individuals They are Not Professional To their employees.

Returned my call for an estimate the next day and scheduled an appointment to visit my home after lunch that same day - that was two weeks ago, no one showed up or call me back since . I thought for sure your team was better than that ! Stay safe!!!!
Ive used Real Turf Solutions twice for irrigation system issues. On both occasions, they were prompt, polite, and professional. They repaired my system and even adjusted all of my sprinkler heads while they were here. I highly recommend this company!
This is the first of 7 applications, so I am not able to comment on the effectiveness of this service. However, the folks at Real Turf Solutions are very easy to deal with and they maintain a professional attitude. I am able to contact them at will and have questions answered. So far, so good!
Great work and friendly staff
Needed some physical help with a drainage problem. I knew exactly what I needed done and materials had already been priced and located by me. Terry (owner) came to look at the job. He said that he preferred to supply materials. If he had left his phone in his vehicle, he might have paid more attention to the measurements instead of who was trying to call him(no less than three interruptions)! A week later I received the quote and I pointed out to his office assistant (very personable) that drainage grate measurement was 8 short. She called back to tell me that Terry said that his quote would increase by $200 because of his mistake. I could have gotten the full 20 feet of channel drain for $200!!!!! Businesses are in business to make money. But if you unable to acquire the materials needed at a reasonable price and your customer is able to, then you should defer to the one ultimately responsible for paying the bill!! I wish this company no ill will and hope my review helps them and potential customers.
A great landscape company serve all your landscape needs

We called Real Turf to come out and give us a quote on cutting bushes they gave a great quote and we went with them to do the job. We were so pleased with the work that they did , we got them to come back and do more work in our yard and to go and cut bushes and put down pine straw at our daughters hair salon. They have made us very happy with there work. We will call them again and highly recommend them to our friends.
I signed up with these guys about 6 months ago in the Tampa area. I explained that my grass was not getting healthy after dealing with Tru Green so Real Turf took over. I made 3 or 4 payments (4 months) and still no results. I thought to myself why pay $47/mo for nothing? I called the guy and discontinued the service. Apparently he had already applied a recent application so a few months after discontinuation, I get a call to pay the $47 balance. I tried to explain that I never got any results from the first few months of service and asked that the last payment be waived as a courtesy. They transferred me to a supervisor and she kept saying last application was applied so you owe the $47, period. She said I never gave them any indication of a problem until I cancelled. I told her that I thought I needed to at least give you guys a few months to see if you could make a difference in my lawn. I also asked if they had any responsibility to look at the grass month after month and decipher on their own if the applications were not heeding any results. She said No, it was solely my responsibility as if to say the client is the expert not us, were just there to throw our stuff down and bill you. Absolutely terrible customer service on this call and the lady should be ashamed of herself for the way she handled this situation and a prior customer. If you choose to deal with Real Turf, good luck!
Our lawn was newly sodded and a different company burned the lawn. Called Real Turf and the lawn looks great. They also provide our bug control and it is also very good. We recommend them.

This is the BEST lawn service I have ever experienced and I have tried (3) commercial companies in the area. They managed to control a large weed issue I had with my St Augustine. I thought at one point I had to replace the entire lawn but within a few treatments it is gorgeous. Keep it up guys!
