Iv been dealing with a fungus in my grass and it seems that this is a troublesome situation for many people as I can see peoples lawns And if not treated it will overtake the whole area. Kristen has done a no charge treatment twice and I appreciate her working with me to resolve the problem. Positive

At first I was a little confused. I didnt realize they were just going to put granules out. I was expecting them to spray for weeds. I called the office and she explained to me that they would be back tomorrow to spray.

My yard used to be a pasture with many weeds, now it looks great.

I hired TruGreen late last fall to get some weeds under control through the winter. My intentions were to have a fresh start in the spring. It has been nothing but a horrible experience with this company. I feel like a paid a premium price for them to show up once a month and put some fertilizer on my lawn. I have more weeds this year than previously due to me not taking care of them myself. I would watch them after every service, and they were in and out in five minutes. If they were washing a vehicle the way they sprayed my yard, it would have dirty spots all over it. Today was the final draw. I called them and told them I want my money back. It was disgraceful watching them on video doing such a horrible service. A blind person could have done a better job. Never again. Save your money or go with a company more reputable.

I have been using Trugreen for well over 10 years now. This is my second year with Trugreen since I moved to Fort Smith. The first year in Arkansas I received excellent service. This second year they have skipped two fertilizer applications. In my over ten years of Trugreen they have never skipped a service. A service means a payment. My guess is the cost of fertilizer has gone up, so to save money they skip this service and provide the ones that make the most profit . I was due on March, they canceled, and they canceled my application in April. It has been since February since I had any lawn service. I called corporate and was told I had a service coming up end of May. It was a service that didnt include fertilizer. She told me that they would send someone out May 9 to fertilize and crabgrass control. Pretty irritated that I should of had two fertilizer applications by now and havent received any. I get wanting to save money, but my service shouldnt be cut because of fertilizer costs

Very disappointed in the aeration service on 02/zzzcn 13. Many places in my yard were completely missed, and others were only partially aerated. However, to TruGreen s credit, they agreed to return and redo the entire aeration.

Ridiculous price of $79 quoted for my tiny yard which has extensive hardscape and landscaping. They base all their quotes on satellite images so BEWARE! Others quoted $49 to $50 based on square feet and on site measurements.

I used this service last year and paid for my yard and my nieces yard to be sprayed for mosquitos. I canceled these accounts, i paid for both accounts and my niece did not sign or order anything. My yard was sprayed and when I called them telling them I did not want the service this year, this was May 8, 2021, I was told that even though i did not order it for this year that i have to notify them to cancel. I sent an email, called them and paid for the spraying that i did not order, i went ahead and paid them. Now my niece is getting billed for a cancelled contact. These people are so greedy and fraudulent on their dealings. Watch out.....

Top pic before TruGreen, bottom pic AFTER. IKR should be reversed. Had a beautiful lush lawn for years before I let TruGreen onto it for weed management and fertilization. As they re not local to my town (technician came from another state) they did not preform the correct treatments at the correct times. My lawn, the actual sod grass, is severely damaged and won t be green again this year. Be wary and hire local companies who know what they re doing!

Technician now has cancelled twice because of pet in back yard. Thats odd since I do not have pets. Today I was home in the yard working and got the same response. I have requested for a local manager to call me and still waiting. Yard looks the same as it did when I started the service at begining of year and have tried to contact someone to discuss. No one seems to care after they get your money.

The guy that called to give us a quote was very rude we will not be using them. When I said I would talk with my husband he got very rude and hung up.

Very thorough, arrived earlier than expected, no nonsense, just arrived and started working immediately.

Many weeds in the lawn. Called to report it. They sent a tech out to treat for weeds again. They only treated half the yard. I ve had them them come out every month during lawn season since last year but this year they ve really dropped the ball. Too many weeds from not treating the whole yard. I m done with trugreen.

I had a $164 aeration service performed late February during a week that we had 5-6 of rain. I included pictures that I took just hours after the service was performed that show of how saturated the yard was and some of the damage that was done by the technician. Now, I have grass growing, but the muddy spots are thin and my sod is pitted and uneven due to the footprints and tire tracks. I spoke with a representative and manager who agreed that my yard should not have been aerated that day and that they were responsible and would take care of everything.Since then, I have only received multiple emails and letters in the mail to pay for the original service. And now, I dont really want to risk more equipment being drug around my yard this late in the season... Very disappointed with TruGreen so far.

They make even the worst lawns great. Very affordably and they take care of my mosquito and pests in the lawn and they fixed a fungus problem in my landscape.

I called to setup a appointment they never called me back with a appointment time and charged 254 dollars for services I didnt agree to and now they say it takes up to 48 hours to call me back.

I have finally be able to control when my lawn is treated, which was impossible in the past years. Now they spray every three months and post emerge in Feb. As per my request. Thank you for believing my system and experience of over 50 years of lawn service, and producing a lushes lawn.

This is the worst Lawn Care company anyone can use. If you want to call an 800 number just to never get in touch with anyone that can help you, have them use the wrong chemical and accidentally kill your lawn, promise to put new sod in to replace your dead lawn by August but still havent done anything in November, or say they will call you and never do, this comapny is for you. This is the epitome of a corporation too big to care or have the ability to take care of problems.
