Pinnacle Turf+ in Fort Smith

These guys have been great. I have recommend them to several of my clients with great feedback from my clients saying how great they were, how prompt they were, and how respectful to them and to their homes. I love the fact when I call them I always get a call back. And when I ask them to do something they always show up, get things done and always looks good.

We have had a horrible experience with this company. We hired them last summer ( 2016) to take care of our yard. They did a full trim and clean up of our yard and bushes and when they trimmed our 13 rose bushes they killed all of them. We asked several times for them to replace them. When the owner finally came out to look at them he said that it was too late in the season and that they would replace them in the spring of 2017. I have had to call numerous times to ask for them to make good on their promise to replace them. Still waiting... Very poor business practice!!
