I can’t say enough wonderful things about James and the entire staff at Wipeout. I had a nasty German Roach problem and they didn’t stop until they were destroyed for good! Highly recommend their service! Thank you restoring my sanity!
Have been a customer for over five years. Requested a call from a supervisor or owner it’s been over a week no call. I guess customer service is not something they offer. I guess it’s time to look for a new company. I use to refer people their way guess I’m the dummy.

I didn’t renew this year. For over 2 years now I’ve had a beetle infestation in my house, I complained about it repeatedly the owner even came out once to look at them and promised a plan to get rid of them but I never heard back after that. 3 years of paying for an annual service and I still have the beetle infestation. I can’t recommend a company that is unable to get a pest problem under control when that is their business
They were good for a couple years. For the last year I’ve never had so many ants. They told me I had to be home for them to spray outside and they charged me for spraying my outdoor tiki which they never did. Don’t wast your money. You will just get aggravated.
We can't say enough about WIPEOUT Services! After a few visits our pesty carpenter ants were WIPED OUT!! Dennis arrived on time and sprayed inside and around house for several hours. However, those pesty carpenter ants still wouldn't give up. Ryan arrived twice and on time and sprayed certain areas/rooms of our house. Now, we haven't seen one carpenter ant or creepy crawler since. Surprisingly, one week later Ryan followed up with me and I was happy to tell him that we were finally bug free. We are so pleased with the professionalism and responsiveness from WIPEOUT Services. They were referred to me and I will refer them to others. Thank you WIPEOUT Services, we are finally bugless!!
I called the office and the lady on the phone sounds like a zombie. She doesn’t even know what she’s talking about. I called to set up a service for a bug treatment. I’m glad I did not renew my contract with these guys. Be careful on who you let take care of your property. I think they got bought out or something changed because they were not like this a few years back.
Very happy we chose them for our pest control. We recently moved here and previous owners of our home didn't use a pest control service- and it shows!!! Stephen came out 1st time & did a very thorough job, spending quite a while making sure to treat everywhere. We did need them to come back out, which they did without hesitation. Ryan came this time & was also great!! Appreciate the company making sure we get the bugs taken care of.
One of the best pest companies I ever deal with
After 2 years and $600.00 dollars Im still dealing with the same problem. Company is not willing to work to fix the problem without another $300.00 annual fee to still have the same problem. Not happy with them at all.

Wipeout is very professional and on-time. The office staff is responsive and courteous. The technicians who came to our home were Steven and Keith. The techs were friendly, polite, clean with company uniform shirts and they did a great job. The whole company follows up and they make sure the problem is solved. Great job.

Little did I know what a real pest control company can accomplish. Since I have used Wipeout nothing lives in my house or business without paying rent. :-)
Weve been customers of wipe out for just about 20 years, and theyve always been courteous, thorough, and accommodating. We do their annual plan and on regular years we have no issues, on the extra rainy years they come out either same-day or next-day and retreat (after which the issues are resolved.) Their annual plan truly is the best service and their staff are amazing and respectful to us, our kids and animals, and our property. Absolutely love wipeout!

I just wanted to share my experience with Wipeout Pest & Termites last month. As an absentee landlord of some properties in Ft. Pierce it was very difficult to arrange for Termite service. I knew i had Termites so i just wanted to schedule service when i visited the property from out of town. I called several companies who refused to schedule service without inspection which was not feasible given my circumstances. These other companies were very pushy & rude. Then i was fortunate to call Wipeout Pest & Termites. Jackie was delightful. She promptly scheduled service & sent a technician over to inspect the property. Came the big day, the personable & competent Jamaican technician addressed all my needs & concerns. I had the opportunity to meet with the owner later that day & he was very kind to me. I always like to use MY GUY when needing a service; MY Pest & Termite GUY is now, Wipeout Pest & Termites. Thanks for the great service, larry kay
