Sprayed my lawn and left no notice that it had been sprayed. The worker pulled up and saw me walking my dog and didn’t say anything and when I asked him if he had already sprayed my lawn he said “it’s not my job to micromanage what you do”. He said it’s not their responsibility to alert people when they spray your yard. They are hired by my HOA I would never use this company. Tried to call the main number and no one answers and their voice mail is full.

While spraying our development, Jarrad noticed I was unloading my car and there was a large box and stopped to offer if I needed assistance. Not only does Native Green do excellent work, their employees are excellent as well!

We were immediately impressed by the courteous and helpful way in which the office personnel took care of our needs regarding the ant problem. Jake the operational manager called us right away and came out to our home and not only gave us a complimentary quote and action plan and treatment but took the time to answer all our questions. Also in a very timely manner “John” a long term employee of the company who is a certified knowledgeable technician came to our home and also performed a thorough investigation of our entire premises (interior & exterior)and treated accordingly. John has even called back on his own volition to make sure our problem was eradicated.

Native Green responded within one day of my request for additional service. I just had Katie remove wasp nests from my home. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and offered to return whenever I have any issues. I’ve used Native Green for 7 years and wouldn’t think of using anyone else. Would recommend them to anyone.

We are a big roofing company in the state of Florida and we were renting a house up in Vero Beach. Unfortunately, we had some bad beg bugs and I immediately called Native Green and was in contact with Jake. He was phenomenal, he went out there as possible (worked around our schedule) and by the following week he had already done the first treatment. Jake was very honest with me from the beginning to the end and I greatly appreciate it. He was in communication with me and an associate the entire time. I recommended this company before but failed to wait long term to see results. Do not use this company. After over a year of having them treat my palm trees for nutrient deficiencies, I have lost a royal, the rest are in bad shape and my shrubs are full of fungus. They use cheap fertilizer full of filler and charged me for services never delivered. When I questioned this, their explanation is that I was on the low quality nutrient program and had to pay extra for the good quality stuff. I guess I missed the "we use low quality product" when I signed up.
